Testing the Triclone Skin Tech Concealer
We are here today to test and review the newest concealer from House Labs, Lady Gaga’s Triclone Skin Tech Concealer. Priced at $32, this product comes in 31 different shades. I have personally chosen two shades to try out – Light Medium Neutral and Light Medium Peach.
A Lightweight and Long-Wearing Formula
The Triclone Skin Tech Concealer promises to be a lightweight, long-wearing formula that effectively conceals blemishes, redness, hyperpigmentation, and other imperfections. Additionally, it claims to de-puff, brighten, and blur imperfections. This concealer seems ideal for the under-eye area, providing medium buildable coverage with a natural finish.
Packed with Skin Care Benefits
What sets this concealer apart is its inclusion of skin care ingredients such as hyaluronic acid, niacinamide, and fermented arnica. Hyaluronic acid hydrates the skin, niacinamide provides numerous benefits including evening out skin tone, and fermented arnica aims to reduce redness and irritation. Lady Gaga has combined the best of both skin care and makeup in one product.
Swatching the Shades
Before we dive into the application, let’s take a look at the two shades I purchased. I have Light Medium Neutral and Light Medium Peach. Both swatches appear creamy and feel promising.
Testing Without a Color Corrector
Today, I will be testing the concealer both with and without a color corrector underneath to truly understand its building capabilities and coverage. The goal is to achieve a flawless look with just one or two layers. If the formula holds up, I won’t need to set this concealer as it already offers a natural finish.
With the Triclone Skin Tech Concealer from House Labs, Lady Gaga continues to combine her passion for makeup and skincare in a single product. Let’s see if her new concealer lives up to the hype!
Introducing the Triclone Skin Tech Concealer by Haus Labs
So I think that I may have to set it, but because of the hyaluronic acid, I’m hoping that that keeps the under-eye area nice and hydrated for the entire day and that it doesn’t end up looking too dry after being set, so let’s get started.
A Closer Look at the Concealer Shades
This is Ive, you know, Ive waited around for a good two-three minutes, so that is a closer look at the concealer shades. Light medium neutral, I think, is too light and light medium Peach is a little too peachy to use on its own. So what I think I’m gonna do is combine combine the two.
Color Correcting and Application
Let’s go ahead with a little bit of the color corrector, and I do try to keep it concentrated here along the inner corner, since I don’t really need it everywhere else. And now we’re going to jump right into concealer because I am going to be using a powder foundation today.
Blending with a Brush
Let’s grab our concealer, and the way that I’m going to blend these out is with a brush. Today, do you I’m going to start off with the medium Peach shade and then build it up using a little bit of the medium neutral. And I’m thinking a little bit goes a long way.
Using the Makeup by Mario F5 Brush
I’m going to use my Makeup by Mario F5 brush, which is a concealer brush, blend it out. And you know, I thought the medium Peach shade might look a little too Peach, but now that I have it on, it doesn’t. It doesn’t.
The Triclone Skin Tech Concealer from Haus Labs by Lady Gaga
In this review, we will be exploring the new Triclone Skin Tech Concealer from Haus Labs by Lady Gaga. This highly anticipated concealer has been making waves in the beauty community, promising full coverage and a flawless finish. Let’s dive into the details and see if it lives up to the hype.
Application and Coverage
Upon initial application, I found that the concealer blended effortlessly onto my skin. The texture was smooth and creamy, allowing for easy application without any tugging or pulling. With just a tiny amount, the concealer effectively concealed imperfections and provided decent coverage.
Curiosity led me to test the concealer on both my right and left eyes. Interestingly, the same shade appeared different depending on whether I had color-corrected beforehand. On the eye where I had not color-corrected, the concealer seemed too bright and slightly gray due to the darkness underneath. However, on the eye where I had color-corrected, the shade appeared true to its actual color.
Building Up Coverage
Although the first layer of the concealer offered decent coverage, I found that it was not enough to be considered full coverage. For those with dark circles, like myself, I would describe the initial layer as high-medium coverage. To achieve a more flawless finish, I decided to apply another thin layer of the concealer.
By adding a second layer, the coverage significantly increased. The concealer effectively concealed any remaining imperfections, giving a high-medium to full coverage result. It was a pleasant surprise to see how easily the concealer built up, without appearing heavy or cakey.
Providing a Natural Look
One aspect I appreciated about this concealer was its ability to provide a natural look. Even with multiple layers, the concealer blended seamlessly with my skin and did not settle into fine lines. This allowed for a smooth and flawless complexion, without any noticeable caking or creasing.
When it comes to the packaging of the Triclone Skin Tech Concealer from Haus Labs by Lady Gaga, I have mixed feelings. Every time I use this product, I notice that it tends to accumulate along the inner rim, making it a messy situation. The applicator, especially at the top, requires careful handling to avoid excessive buildup. Despite this issue, the product itself seems promising.
I must admit that the Triclone Skin Tech Concealer does provide good coverage. After applying two layers without a corrector, the under eye darkness is still slightly visible. However, when paired with a corrector, the darkness becomes almost invisible. It is impressive how well it conceals imperfections.
While the coverage is commendable, the finish leaves something to be desired. The Triclone Skin Tech Concealer offers a natural finish that leans towards the radiant side. Personally, I prefer a more matte finish, as I find that shininess underneath the eyes draws attention to the hollows, making them more prominent. This concealer, unfortunately, does the opposite of concealing, as it highlights these areas.
Setting the Concealer
To address the radiant finish, I decide to lightly set the concealer. I purchased the Haus Labs Bio Blurring Loose Setting Powder in the shade Translucent, which I contemplate using. However, on review days like today, I have reservations about trying out new products.
As an avid makeup user, I understand the importance of finding the perfect concealer. It should provide excellent coverage, have a finish that suits one’s preferences, and be easy to use. While the Triclone Skin Tech Concealer from Haus Labs by Lady Gaga ticks some of these boxes, it falls short in other areas.
While the packaging may be a bit messy, the coverage is commendable with the proper application. However, the radiant finish may not be ideal for those who prefer a more matte look. Ultimately, the decision to use a setting powder is a personal one, and I am hesitant to try new products on review days.
The Triclone Skin Tech Concealer from Haus Labs by Lady Gaga shows promise in terms of coverage but falls short in terms of the finish it offers. It may require additional steps, such as setting with a powder, to achieve the desired effect.
Review of the Triclone Skin Tech Concealer from Haus Labs by Lady Gaga
When it comes to reviewing a product, I like to stick to one variable. It helps me understand what is causing issues or why the product worked for me. In this case, I decided to forgo Lady Gaga’s setting powder and instead use my trusty Oma Beauty trip and smooth setting powder. Setting the under-eye area with a small amount of this powder made it look nice and smooth, without appearing dry.
The Issue with the Color Corrector
However, there was a slight issue on one side of my face where I combined the concealer with a color corrector. The area looked a bit dry and didn’t blend as seamlessly as the other side. It’s probably due to the color corrector rather than the concealer itself, as the other side appeared smooth and flawless.
Closer Look at the Under Eye Area
Let me zoom in and give you a closer look at the under eye area. On the side where I used the corrector, you can clearly see where I stopped applying the concealer. It does look a little dry in that area. On the other side, although not completely concealed, it looks really nice and smooth under the eye.
I have to say, while the Triclone Skin Tech Concealer may not be perfect when combined with a color corrector, it performs exceptionally well on its own. The formula is smooth and lightweight, providing decent coverage without appearing cakey or settling into fine lines.

Initial thoughts on the Triclone Skin Tech Concealer
After trying out the Triclone Skin Tech Concealer from Haus Labs by Lady Gaga, I have to say that I am quite intrigued by this product. The first thing that caught my attention was its lightweight formula. It feels incredibly light on the skin, and it doesn’t weigh down my face like some other concealers I have tried in the past.
Comparing with other products
I decided to do a little comparison to see how this concealer stands up against the competition. I applied it on one side of my face with the Becca corrector underneath, and on the other side, I used only the concealer. To my surprise, both sides looked almost identical. I couldn’t spot much of a difference between the two.
The wear test
I wore the Triclone Skin Tech Concealer for the entire day to see how well it would hold up. After about four hours, I noticed that it still looked just as good as when I initially applied it. It didn’t appear excessively dry or heavy on my skin.
As the day went on, I found the concealer to be exceptionally comfortable and lightweight. It felt like I wasn’t wearing anything at all. It also had a lot of flexibility, making it easy to move my face without feeling any tightness or discomfort.
The final check-in
After a long day of wearing the Triclone Skin Tech Concealer, it was time for my final check-in. I looked at my under-eye area up close to see how the concealer held up throughout the day. To my surprise, it still looked flawless and hadn’t creased or faded.
I must say, I am impressed with this product. It has become one of my new favorite concealers. The Triclone Skin Tech Concealer from Haus Labs by Lady Gaga is definitely worth trying out if you’re in the market for a lightweight and long-lasting concealer.
Coverage and Application
The Triclone Skin Tech Concealer from Haus Labs by Lady Gaga is a new addition to the world of concealers. In terms of coverage, it holds up quite well, even when used without any additional corrector products. The reviewer mentions that they usually prefer using a corrector underneath their concealer, but surprisingly, they found that this concealer works better on its own. It provides a similar amount of coverage to the side with the Smashbox Becca corrector, and in fact, the side without the corrector appears to be smoother.
Cakey and Dry Appearance
However, upon closer inspection, it is evident that the concealer does have a slightly cakey appearance. Despite this, the reviewer seems to be somewhat tolerant of this characteristic. They acknowledge that the concealer does have a dry look, but in comparison to the side with the corrector, it is less noticeable. The reviewer prefers wearing the concealer on its own, appreciating its ability to provide coverage without the need for additional products.
Purchase and Continued Use
Overall, the reviewer is satisfied with their purchase of the Triclone Skin Tech Concealer. They express their intention to continue reaching for this product and experimenting with pairing it with other correctors. This indicates that they believe the concealer has potential and are interested in discovering different combinations to achieve their desired look. The reviewer’s positive outlook on the product suggests that it may have become their new favorite concealer.
I can definitely get this to full coverage with the right corrector underneath it my Becca one today was not it. It was not it, it was just it didn’t pair well with this one, which doesn’t really happen, but anyway, I’m going to continue to play with it with other correctors, of course, as of right now, I prefer this concealer on its own.
I feel like it does a really good job of concealing without looking excessive or without looking like too much, even though I did apply a couple of layers. I feel like it still looks pretty smooth for the most part, granted, maybe a little bit dry, but it does look a little bit smoother than this side does for sure. The amount of coverage I feel I got was really good, even without anything to help it out.
A Pleasant Surprise
So I can’t wait to play with it a little bit more, but as of today, I like it, I actually like it, which, honestly, if I’m being completely honest, I didn’t think that I would like it. I really didn’t. I have a really hard time with celebrity brands. I really do. I have a hard time with celebrity brands because a lot of the time you know whether you’re thinking about it as a cash grab or like something that they didn’t really put much effort into. Whatever it is, I just have a really hard time with it, but there have been a few that have really put out some top-notch products, and this one, I think, is one of them.
A Brand That Surpasses Expectations
The Triclone Skin Tech Concealer from Haus Labs by Lady Gaga proves that it is possible for a celebrity brand to deliver exceptional products. With its ability to provide full coverage, this concealer can effectively hide any imperfections. Although it may require the use of the right corrector underneath, when used alone, it still manages to create a smooth and natural look.
The concealer does an excellent job of concealing without appearing excessive. Even with the application of multiple layers, it maintains a seamless finish, albeit slightly dry. However, the overall coverage it provides is remarkable, even without the assistance of additional products.
An Unexpected Favorite
Personally, I was pleasantly surprised by how much I liked this concealer. As someone who often finds it challenging to trust celebrity brands, I approached this product with skepticism. However, the Triclone Skin Tech Concealer has exceeded my expectations. It is evident that Haus Labs by Lady Gaga has devoted time and effort into creating a high-quality product.
