Is it really as good as they say they are and Im so easily influenced that I end up trying out these products so Im here to give you my very honest, non-sponsored opinion on all of these hype products and let you know whether its useful or Not Music.
Beginning the Skincare Routine
Hello, easy! I just washed my face. I have absolutely nothing. No products on my face whatsoever and Im going to take you through all the products and do a skincare routine alongside.
Tackling the Toner Pads
The first viral product are Tona pads Im using these ones from cerx. The green hero, cing pads Ive, seen this on a lot of K, Beauty pages and also there was this uh one YouTuber guju unicorn, who had shared that using toner pads, really really helped her skin, and that was her hidden secret.
Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask
Moving on to the next viral product, we have the Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask. I’ve seen countless reviews and before-and-after pictures on Instagram about this lip mask, claiming to leave your lips plump and moisturized. The packaging itself is quite luxurious and cute, so I was excited to try it out.
Hyphen Radiance Energy Mask
Next up, we have the Hyphen Radiance Energy Mask. This product claims to revitalize and brighten the skin, and I’ve seen several influencers and beauty gurus raving about it. The unique ingredients and promises of a radiant complexion made me eager to put it to the test.

I got easily influenced and purchased the Laneige Toner Pads. The packaging comes in a nice box, reminiscent of luxury skincare products. Opening it up, I find a pair of tweezers inside to help pick out a toner pad. According to the instructions, the rough side of the pad is meant for wiping your face, while the smooth side is to be left on the skin for a little while.
Benefits and Thoughts
Influenced by videos I watched, I decided to try these toner pads. One of the selling points for me was the inclusion of green tea, known for its calming and cooling properties, which are perfect for my sensitive skin. However, I wouldn’t say that this product is an essential in a skincare routine. Toning is important, but regular toners can achieve the same effect.
Alternatives
If the Laneige Toner Pads are not available in your country or you simply don’t have them on hand, any other toner that works for you would suffice. Personally, I’ve been using the Dr. Belma Facial Toner and find it to be just as relaxing for my nighttime skincare routine.
Extra Benefits
Aside from using the toner pads on my face, I also find them useful for wiping my neck, especially at night when I’m unable to wash it properly. The pads help to remove any excess dirt or oil that may be stuck, providing a convenient solution.
Trying VIRAL Skincare Products: Laneige Water Sleeping Mask
I don’t think it’s like super essential. So this is one of those you don’t need it, but you want it kind of products. Now that the skin is prepped, let’s move on to the moisturizer. I’m using the Laneige Water Sleeping Mask, which has been making waves in the beauty community. Many videos were talking about how good this product is, so I thought, “Okay, let me try it.”
The Laneige Water Sleeping Mask has a very light consistency. It looks like a cream, but it applies like a very light gel, not sticky at all. It absorbs into the skin beautifully, making it perfect if you have very oily or sweaty skin or live in a humid area. This moisturizer is extremely lightweight and very easy to use.
At first, it may appear a bit shiny, but when it dries down, it’s not oily or sticky at all. In fact, it leaves your skin feeling soft, bouncy, and nice. Even if you’re going outside or sweating, you don’t feel that thickness sliding down your face. It absorbs really well and stays put. I really, really love this moisturizer.
Trying VIRAL Skincare Products: Hyphen Charcoal Mask
Moving on to the next viral skincare product, I tried the Hyphen Charcoal Mask. This mask has been getting a lot of attention online, and I wanted to see if it lived up to the hype.
The Hyphen Charcoal Mask is known for its deep cleansing properties. It claims to remove impurities and make your skin look fresh and glowy. When I applied the mask, I could immediately feel a cooling sensation on my skin. It dried down fairly quickly, and after rinsing it off, my skin did feel clean and refreshed.
However, I didn’t notice any significant difference in terms of glow or radiance. While it did cleanse my skin, I feel like there are other charcoal masks out there that provide similar results at a lower price point. So, while it’s a good mask, I don’t think it’s necessarily worth the viral hype.

So this totally worth the money and the hype, something that’s quite similar in terms of feel but is much cheaper. Is this vitamin B5 moisturizer from the minimalist? This also gives you a very nice in terms of texture.
Hyphen Hydration Moisturizer
They look very similar. Let me put the cerx one also and show you in terms of look. They look almost exactly the same in terms of texture. This is more gel-like, this is a bit more creamy and watery, but both of them are very good in terms of being moisturizers for oily skin because I feel like they are so lightweight, but they keep me moisturized, so I’m very happy with both of them. And this one actually was recommended to me in the comment sections of my other videos. A lot of you said that this was really good and it was next up.
L’Occitane Immortelle Divine Cream
We have sunscreen. I tried this Fay Beauty, SPF juice I’d been seeing a lot of influencers talk about this and how much they love this. So on my trip to India, I ordered this. No regrets, like this is so good, has again a very lightweight texture like it looks thick like a cream, okay, but when you apply it on your skin, it actually absorbs really, really well. I really, really, really like this. I think this has been one of my best finds so far and totally worth the hype. I love the way it feels on my skin, it’s so lightweight, and it gives you such a good glow, and I feel my skin also feels softer and well-protected.
Fae Beauty SPF Juice
Lastly, we have the Fae Beauty SPF Juice. I had been seeing a lot of influencers talk about this and rave about how much they love it. So, I decided to give it a try during my trip to India. And let me tell you, I have no regrets. This sunscreen has a very lightweight texture that almost looks thick like a cream, but when you apply it on your skin, it absorbs remarkably well. I was pleasantly surprised by how much I liked it. In fact, it has become one of my best skincare discoveries so far and is definitely worth the hype. Not only does it feel lightweight on my skin, but it also gives me a healthy glow and leaves my skin feeling softer and well-protected.

It is recommended to use one or two drops of this oil and massage it onto the face before bed. I personally prefer to use it only at night, as I find it too oily for daytime use. However, I must say that it does a great job of hydrating my skin. When I wake up in the morning, my skin feels extra soft and moisturized. The only downside is that this product is quite expensive. If you’re looking for alternatives, I’ve heard good things about the kumkumadi oil from K. Aura and the True Frog facial oil. I did a video review of their products a while back, which you can check out. Especially during the winter or if you have dry skin, facial oils can be a game changer. Just remember to apply them as the last step of your skincare routine.

I recently rediscovered my Hyphen face roller after leaving it untouched for a couple of years. I must say, using it again has been quite the journey of ups and downs. However, I can confidently say that I’m currently loving it. Not only does it provide a practical use, such as contouring the face, but it also offers a relaxing and unwinding experience. Using the face roller feels like a nice face massage, and it just feels good. The irony is that I bought this guacha stone a few years ago, used it for a bit, and then forgot about it. But now that I’ve started using it again, I’m impressed by the quality and ease of use.

Many influencers and beauty gurus swear by this product, claiming that it gives them glowing and plump skin in the morning. Intrigued by the hype, I decided to give it a try.
When I first received the product, I was immediately impressed by the sleek and minimalistic packaging. It definitely gave off a luxurious vibe. Okay, next let’s move on to lips. I had been seeing this Hyphen lip balm everywhere. It’s KY Sanon’s brand, and a lot of people were praising it a lot. I know that people are pretty divided about her other products, but the lip balm was getting rave reviews, so I ordered it on Amazon.
My mistake was that I ordered the lip screen instead of the peptide lip balm. The peptide lip balm is the one that everyone says is amazing, similar to the Road Beauty lip peptides, which are all the rage right now. As you can imagine, I had very high expectations.
When I got it, I was a bit taken aback. First, I felt like it was really small. The tube was tiny and it felt very light. So, I thought, “That’s it?”. I decided to apply it and see how it worked. The texture was quite thick, and I applied it when my lips were feeling dry. To my disappointment, it did nothing for my dry lips. It just felt like I was putting a layer on top, without actually softening or improving the condition of my lips. Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed.

Now, let’s move on to L’occitane. This brand is known for their luxurious and high-quality products, so I had high hopes for their skincare offerings. One product that caught my attention was their Immortelle Divine Cream. It claims to fight the signs of aging, improve skin’s firmness, and reduce the appearance of wrinkles. With such impressive claims, I couldn’t resist giving it a try.
The packaging of the cream was elegant and sophisticated, which added to the whole luxurious experience. The texture of the cream was rich and creamy, and it felt indulgent as I applied it to my skin. However, after using it for a while, I didn’t notice any significant improvements in my skin. It felt moisturized, but the anti-aging benefits were not as remarkable as I had expected.

Also, I want to say Ill search for how people have described this. Cuz Im not really good at describing smells. Most importantly, I love the way it makes me feel like when I go for a sh. I get excited that Im going to have a sh with this, because my I feel so good in the sh when Im putting it on it feels extra soft.
Loccitane Immortelle Divine Cream
When I finish my sh, my skin feels like extra soft, and also it smells really good. Akash is like whats that, whatever you put, you smell so good Im like thanks, so its really like it it its a product that again its not you dont need it, but you might want it because it it makes.

And the last product we have today is this super viral Soul, the Jano Brazilian boom boom cream. You know for the longest time I thought it was called bum bum cream cuz. I thought youre supposed to apply it on your bum or something, and then I saw videos where they were like boom boom cream, and I thought, oh, I still dont know whether its actually bum bum cream or boom boom cream, but whatever it is Im annoyed again.

At how good this is um I bought, as you can see, I didnt want to commit, and I bought the chinu chinu version. This ones mini is really mini. Okay, like a super beig baby, one its if you like, vanilla, caramelly smells, you will absolutely love this and I feel like this um sh oil.
COSRX
Compliments this really well like after a sh. If you put this on like it, you smell so good um. However, I have to say, like the smell is quite intense. Okay, though Akash loves the smell of this almond oil, he doesnt like the smell of vanilla too much. He finds it a bit strong so as he can smell it from sofa hes like what have you put.

Have you put a lot of it and I was like no Ive just put like two three swabs of it and it was like. I mean I love the smell, so I felt great, but he was like oh its too strong for me, but whatever we are doing it for ourselves. This is very moisturizing. I dont know if it tightens skin. I dont know, but again its one of those products that makes you feel very good.

You smell really nice, so especially, I think before um before an event or before you go to meet a lot of people and you want to smell good all over. So just you put a have a Shard, and then you put this as your moisturizing, your body lotion and youre set like youll smell amazing. So this one honestly, I dont think I will go to buy the big um bottle simply because I feel like there are other uh body lotions like Bath and Body Works, or even body shop has uh moisturizers it smell quite nice. This, I think I just bought it for the social media hype, but Chalo its fine.
