I think you will enjoy this, but that being said, its definitely not greasy. It doesnt leave your face looking super shiny uh and it works really well under makeup. I dont get any peeling of my makeup um with the sunscreen, so it has juvenil A juvenil, t150 tenis orb M and poly silicone 15 as the organic AKA chemical sunscreen active ingredients, so really good broadspectrum protection, and then it has some anti-inflammatory compounds that are soothing may help ward off oxidative stress.
Niacinamide: The Multi-tasking Ingredient
It has niacinamide, which you all know I love um its an ingredient that is a B vitamin thats really good for redness dark spots. It has anti-aging benefits and its good for Skins moisture barrier. It may help ward off skin yellowing as it relates to photo damage, and it also is just very soothing if you have irritation-prone skin.
Centella: Soothing and Anti-inflammatory
As the name implies, it has centella in it, which is a botanic ingredient. Extracts from that are very anti-inflammatory and soothing. It may support barrier recovery. Beta glue can super hydrating allantoin is very soothing. It has die potassium gariz, which comes from Licorice and is also an ingredient that is good for redness and dark spots. It is anti-inflammatory and may help soothe eczema-prone skin.

Overall, I really don’t have anything bad to say about this. It has been a great addition to my skincare routine, providing hydration, protection, and soothing benefits. I would highly recommend giving it a try if you’re in need of a new skincare product.

The Ela MD’s oil and gel cleanser is a purchase I made back in 2023 and I have been slowly working my way through it. This cleanser is specifically designed to remove makeup and water-resistant sunscreen, much like an oil cleanser or a cleansing balm. However, what sets it apart is its thick, rich, and colorless gel consistency. It reminds me a bit of Johnson and Johnson’s baby oil gel.

The Breakthrough Product
If you know what I’m talking about, sort of like that um, as you rub it over the surface of your skin, this new skincare product works wonders. It glides nicely over the eyelid area, even allowing you to glide over your eyelashes. As you do that um, your makeup starts to break up and melt into almost this oily consistency. It really does what it’s supposed to do: it dissolves and breaks up the film of cosmetic residue.
A Creamy Experience
When you add water to the product, there is a little bit of creaminess to it, but not as much as the typical emulsification I note with Japanese or Korean cleansing oils that I’m always raving about, or even cleansing balms that I adore. Nonetheless, the product rinses off fine in the shower. Of course, I always follow up with a double cleanse, washing my face after the oil cleanse step.
No More Raccoon Eyes
In this case, I washed my face and never had raccoon eyes with this new product, which is kind of my litmus test for any makeup removal approach. Does it leave me with mascara residue under my eyes that I then have to come in with some other method to try and remove? With this product, I did not have that problem. It truly works and removes all traces of makeup effectively.
