One of my newfound loves is the Revived Serum Ultimate Serum. After hearing all of your recommendations, I finally gave it a try and I must say, I am very impressed. Previously, I had been using the Skin Medica TNS serum, which is ridiculously expensive, costing upwards of 300 dollars. While I managed to find some good deals and discounts for it, the price tag was still a deterrent. A bottle would last me about a month, and the thought of spending 250 dollars on the next bottle made me question if it was worth it. I could have used that money for a micro needling or laser session, or maybe even put it towards something else entirely.

In my opinion, the formula of this serum is even more impressive than that of the Skin Medica TNS. I can honestly say that I do not feel guilty when using it, unlike with the Skin Medica serum.

I was trying to use such a tiny amount, so I didn’t feel like I was wasting it. With this product, I don’t feel like I’m wasting it and it’s twice the size. The only drawback is that it had two cylinders, so one of them was always malfunctioning. However, the skin medical serum is great for anti-aging and doesn’t have a high amount of fragrance.
Great Retinol Option: Geek and Gorgeous A Game
If you’re looking for a good retinol product, the Geek and Gorgeous A Game is worth trying. It’s a combination of retinol and tretinoin, providing a strong effect initially and gradually becoming milder with prolonged use. This makes it a great option for those who find straight tretinoin too strong or drying. Additionally, it has a hydrating formula and is quite affordable, making it a middle ground for those new to retinoids or retinols.
All-Time Favorite: Casrx All in One Snail Cream
This product, the casrx all in one snail cream, has been a love of mine for years. Similar to the Claires midnight blue calming cream, it never fails to impress. The snail cream has multiple benefits and serves as an all-in-one solution for various skin concerns. It hydrates, soothes, and improves overall skin texture. If you haven’t tried it yet, I highly recommend giving it a go!
My Favorite Hydrating Skincare Product
The first product on my list is absolutely amazing. It is incredibly hydrating and has become an essential part of my evening skincare routine. During the dry winter months, when my skin tends to get even drier, I also use this product in the morning. The essence of this skincare product is truly great and it is definitely worth a try, especially if you haven’t experienced the wonders of snail mucin.

My Favorite Sunscreen
The LaRoche Posa UV Moon 400 is hands down my favorite sunscreen of the year. This sunscreen is incredibly powerful and provides excellent sun protection. However, I must admit that I can’t use it every day because it tends to be a little drying for my skin. Nevertheless, on hot, sunny days where I know I’ll be sweating, this is definitely the sunscreen I reach for. Another great option is NASA sunscreen, but the LaRoche Posa UV Moon 400 has truly won my heart.
You can also get this sunscreen in a fragrance-free version, which is my personal favorite. They also have a version with fragrance and a tinted version. However, I found the tinted version to be a bit orange for my liking. So, if you’re looking for a strong and effective sunscreen, I highly recommend checking out the fragrance-free LaRoche Posa UV Moon 400.
The Perfect Eye Serum
I couldn’t resist including one more snail product on my list. The casr X snail peptide Eye Serum has been a favorite of mine for years. It is a truly lovely eye serum that feels amazing on your eye area. You can even use it on your eyelids for an extra boost of hydration.
One of the things I love most about this eye serum is its convenience. When I’m traveling for just a few days and don’t want to bring along the giant Castle Rock snail cream, this eye serum is the perfect alternative. It provides all the benefits and nourishment my skin needs in a compact and travel-friendly form.

It used to be called Buffet, which was a name that easily stuck in my memory because, well, I love eating. But despite the name change, this serum is still top-notch. The blue color indicates the presence of a significant amount of copper peptides, and unlike some brands that add dyes or colorants to mimic the effect, this one is the real deal with one percent copper peptides. The affordability of this serum is another plus point. I personally love using it after treatments like micro-needling or laser therapy as it has a calming and soothing effect. The anti-aging benefits of copper peptides are truly impressive, making this serum a must-try.
Isntree LHA Chestnut Jelly Cleansing Oil
Number 10 on my list is the Isntree LHA Chestnut Jelly Cleansing Oil, which happens to be my favorite new cleanser of the year. 2. Geek and Gorgeous Jelly Joker Cleanser
This is a simple and well-formulated cleanser that is perfect for those on a budget. It is important to choose a cleanser that is not irritating, fragranced, or harsh on the skin, and this product meets all those criteria. It effectively removes dirt and impurities without stripping the skin of its natural oils.
3. PSA Reset Cleanser
The PSA Reset Cleanser is a nourishing and hydrating cleanser that contains vanilla. It is gentle on the skin and does an excellent job of removing impurities. I have been using this cleanser for a long time and recently ordered a two-pack because I love it so much. It is a great addition to any skincare routine, especially if you prefer to cleanse in the shower.
PSA Cleanser
When my skin is feeling dry or sensitive, I reach for the PSA Cleanser. Paired with a Foreo silicone cleanser, it does a great job of restoring hydration and soothing my skin. It’s definitely a product worth checking out.

The Dermatology Peptide Cream takes the number 12 spot on my list. This fragrance-free moisturizer is not only perfect for your evening routine, but also works well for daytime use. It’s a great alternative to the pricey Drunk Elephant protein. With shea butter, various peptides, ceramides, and vitamin E, this cream is a nourishing and affordable option.
Beauty of Joseon Revive Retinol and Ginseng Eye Serum
Initially, I used the Beauty of Joseon Retinol and Ginseng Eye Serum exclusively for my eyes. However, after a month or two, I realized it was wonderful for my whole face. This serum is perfect for combating aging signs like wrinkles and fine lines. What sets it apart is that it’s moisturizing instead of drying like many other retinol products. It’s definitely one of my favorites.
Jinjong Sung Soothing Moisture Essence
The Jinjong Sung Soothing Moisture Essence is a staple in my skincare routine. I’m currently on my second container because my friend ended up “borrowing” my first one, and it never made its way back to me. But that’s okay, I understand why she loves it too. Most nights, I use a stronger BHA like the one from Paulas Choice. It is a wonderful and effective exfoliant that provides great results.
2. Gorgeous Liquid Exfoliants
Gorgeous offers three formulas of liquid exfoliants, each catering to different skin types. I highly recommend trying one that suits your individual needs. Personally, I find that this brand’s liquid exfoliant is a true winner for my skin.
3. Neogen Real Ferment Micro Essence
Neogen’s real ferment line has made it on this list multiple times. While Neogen can be hit or miss for me, this essence is definitely a hit. Although the serum version is also impressive, be cautious as the essence may contain fragrance. However, it is packed with amino acids, sake, rice ferment, buffetta ferment, saccharomyces ferment, a latlin, calcium carbonate, sodium hyaluronic acid, and adenosine. It’s truly amazing and I have repurchased it multiple times.
4. Stradia Skin Liquid Gold
This product is an amazing, super thick moisturizer that is filled with antioxidant and skin-brightening ingredients. It also contains hydro ingredients, soothing ingredients, sea buckthorn oil, niacinamide, and more. It is definitely worth trying out if you haven’t already.
5. Poor Full Calming Water Sunscreen
This sunscreen is another great addition to the list. It provides calming effects and offers sun protection.
1. Round Lab Soybean Serum
This stuff is really wonderful. It is full of ceramides and has soybean as one of its key ingredients. The serum is incredibly hydrating and does not contain any fragrance. It is my favorite serum from Round Lab and definitely one of their top products.
2. Summer Fridays Lip Butter Balm
When it comes to lip products, I have two favorites on this list. The Summer Fridays Lip Butter Balm in vanilla is a vegan lip balm that is super hydrating. It comes in different colors, but I prefer the vanilla one because of its slight vanilla taste that fades quickly. I apply it at night before bed, and my lips still feel soft and moisturized in the morning.
3. Dr. Sam’s Flawless Brightly Serum
Dr. Sam’s Flawless Brightly Serum is a fantastic product for brightening the skin and fighting signs of aging. It contains powerful ingredients such as bakuchiol, niacinamide, ascorbic acid, and absorbable glucosamine. This serum is also effective in reducing redness, making it an excellent choice for those looking to address skin concerns.
