In fact, it is not really a mascara, its their real, the tinted primer, its in Brown. I love it. I love it for a natural look, as you know, Im a minimalist when it comes to makeup. I just like that natural fresh look today I have on three coats and its the perfect daytime. Look, I love it.
3. Tower 28 Mascara
It never clumps for me personally. I love it its easy to put on its easy to layer, and it is my go to my Holy Grail. Mascara for years – and I think I think its been – I think, Kim introduced me to benefits about 10 years ago, so thats been a while, and I before that I kind of dabbled in mascara mascara always made my eyes itch. So I kind of steered clear of it as a teen, so it wasnt until my late 40s early 50s that I found this and have stuck with it ever since, and of course you guys know, my new find is the tower 28 mascara. I love them both, but this is my Holy Grail that I cant live without all right.

So that is one of the toothbrushes now I cannot live without. I’ve always had an electric toothbrush, but that one I can’t live without alright.
Teeth Whiteners
Also in the teeth, healthy teeth area are teeth whiteners. As soon as the teeth whitening strips came out, I was obsessed. My kids were, I think they were in their early teens and my youngest was obsessed with them too. He was the first one to try them and I was a little bit worried about messing up my teeth. He convinced me to try them and I’ve been obsessed ever since about home teeth whitening.
Orolow Teeth Whitening System
The current system that I use right now is Orolow. I love this. I purchased this about maybe 2 or 3 years ago and you can get refills for it. Now I purchased the older version. This one doesn’t actually come with the tray attached to it, but now the newer version comes in this cute little kit, it’s super convenient, really inexpensive, and it comes with the trays. You just fill up the trays and then you turn on your LED light. The Orolow system will whiten your teeth like nobody’s business. I have gone in for in-office Whitening every two to three years, but this is my maintenance program.

Lipstick in Mauve Shades
I gave that to my mom, but this is the one in Lily and you can tell these shades are all pretty darn similar. But I like a sheer lip color but theyre all mauve, like every single one that I pick out is mauve, like even the one from Charlotte Tilbury, her Superstar lips. Mauve again, you can see every color I own is mauve and last year I did a video. I was trying to get out of my comfort zone and you guys really encouraged me to use these apricot toned lip products and they were really pretty, but I tell you everything I purchase is Mo. I might need an intervention, so if you, if you think I need an intervention to change lip colors, let me know, but this is what Im comfortable in this is what Ive wor born for a million years, and I also have an obsession now with lip masks. So thats pretty new, but I have lip masks and lip glosses are my favorite. I, like that kind of sheer look to my lips thats my obsession and a product that I cant live without a mauve lip color, either a lip gloss or lipstick.

Next up is an exfoliation product for skin care. Now I went wrong and strong with exfoliation products. I did the apari scrub. Do you remember the apari scrub the apricot scrub tore my face apart with that Ive done. The St IES tore my face.

It will make your skin glow. Everybody seems to love it. I’ve even purchased the one with glycolic acid in the UK. This is a little bit more potent as glycolic acid is a smaller molecule that goes deeper into the skin and can help build collagen. If you want to start with an exfoliating treatment that can change your skin in your 50s, this is it. My cupboard always has one.
2. IPL Hair Removal Device
This product breaks my first rule for inclusion, as I have purchased it over and over for years. However, it has made a significant impact on my beauty routine. The IPL device for hair removal would have saved me from so many struggles when I was younger. As someone prone to eczema, shaving was always a struggle for me. If I had this device back then, it would have been lifechanging. I always felt self-conscious about my legs, but this device would have made a huge difference.
Smooth Skin Bear Plus
I only found this two years ago, at 56 I havt tried laser hair removal in the early 2000s. Girlfriends were doing it and I was yes, please thank you, but I did multiple rounds of it and it just didnt work for some reason this guy does. This is the smooth skin bear Plus, and I love it if I like. I said if I had found this when I was 15, it would have been life changing. So I highly recommend, even if youre in your 50s – and maybe your hair, spend out on your legs as it does as we age its not probably as robust and thick as it used to be. And maybe you dont have to shave as often. But if you really dont like shaving or if you your thin, is very your skin is very thin and it gets irritated from shaving underarms legs bikini area. This is my Miracle Worker.
LED Laser Light Cap for Hair Growth
The next Bey product Im going to share with you, is an extensive product, but its a beauty product that I stand by, that. I have used now for 11 years and I have repurchased it because the inner lining wore out – and they gave me a discounted price on the next one. This is an LED laser light cap for hair growth. Now this was the original laser light cap that was sold like I said 11 years ago, and you could only get by prescription. I spent a lot of money on this, but I was diagnosed with androgenetic alp Pia and I was up for anything at the time.
Oxidil Program
So I started on an oxidil program. I started on lowlevel laser therapy and I was able to regain a significant amount of hair growth now over the years. Its ebbed and flowed Ive tried different things and I have a whole playlist on my hair loss journey and its an ongoing process. This takes it. Hair loss is a marathon and it takes a village to try and discover the root of your hair loss.
