The Pink Stuff – Toilet Cleaner and Spray
I have tried my fair share of viral cleaning products, and the pink stuff toilet cleaner and spray were no exception. The hype around these products was insane – claims of life-changing results and a complete transformation of your history. Naturally, I was intrigued and decided to give them a go.
Now, don’t get me wrong, the pink stuff does indeed work. The paste, the cleaner, the spray – they all deliver on their promises. But for me, they just didn’t stand out from other toilet cleaners and sprays in the market.
When it comes to cleaning my toilet, I prefer to use more natural alternatives. I lean towards products like the Method spray or EOS, which are not only effective but also environmentally friendly. Unfortunately, the pink stuff didn’t offer anything significantly different or better in terms of performance.
Justu Hair Oil
Another viral product that left me feeling disappointed was the Justu hair oil. This product claimed to be a game-changer, and although it is essentially castor oil, it came with a hefty price tag.
I have to admit, the packaging of Justu hair oil is really cute. But that’s about the only positive thing I can say. The bottle has a tendency to leak, which is inconvenient and messy. And when it comes to the actual oil, it seems to be no different than regular castor oil that I can purchase for a fraction of the price.
Round Lab Cleanser
Now, let’s talk about the Round Lab cleanser. I had high hopes for this product, as it promised to hydrate and nourish my extremely dry skin. However, it fell short of my expectations.
Despite its claims, the Round Lab cleanser did little to improve the dryness of my skin. It left my face feeling stripped and tight, which was the exact opposite of what I was hoping for. It’s safe to say that this viral product was a regrettable purchase for me.
Round Lab Cleanser: Too Stripping for My Dry Skin
Even my lips right now, I never just do a straight up lipstick and that is for a very good reason. I am a dry girl and I’m very sensitive, so I need to use cleansers that aren’t too harsh for me and that won’t strip my skin and will actually add hydration to my skin or help hydration kind of penetrate my skin a little bit better. So for me personally, the Round Lab cleanser was a little bit too stripping for me. I’ve used it a handful of times for a video I’ve done in the past, and I haven’t used it since. I’m sorry, I’m not going to lie to you guys.
Kyash Mascara: Brush Size Dilemma
The Kyash mascara completely caught me off guard. That brush is so damn big. It was also like $15 for a travel-sized mascara, but the bottle is cute. I regret buying it because the brush size is just too overwhelming for my liking. It’s a challenge to apply the mascara without making a mess, and honestly, it’s not worth the trouble for me.
Sk SKU: Expensive Toner
The skin toner that came with the set, I regret buying it. To be honest, I didn’t have much choice as Kims bundles are kind of expensive and you can’t really pick and choose the items you want in your bundle. The toner itself is a little bit too exfoliating for me. It’s meant to be an exfoliating toner, but I feel like it might be too harsh for my skin. I only bought it because it came with the set, but if given the option, I wouldn’t purchase it on its own.
High Smile Tooth Whitener: A Gimmicky Product
The High Smile Tooth Whitener is one of those viral products that I regret buying. Despite the hype surrounding it, I found it to be a little too drying for my taste. Moreover, the product’s effectiveness disappointed me as it reminded me of cheaper alternatives like witch hazel that I have used before. I have given it a fair chance, using it about three to four times, and yet, it failed to deliver the expected results. It didn’t work for me, my partner, or even my mother. It simply doesn’t live up to its claims.
The Gimmick and Illusion of the High Smile Tooth Whitener
This product seems to rely heavily on gimmicks and the illusion of magically whitening your teeth. While I understand the principles of color theory and how it could potentially work, I believe that your teeth would have to be excessively yellow for the High Smile Tooth Whitener to make any noticeable difference. My teeth may not be the brightest shade of white, but they certainly aren’t terribly discolored either. When I compare the results of this product to the effectiveness of my trusted whitening strips, there is simply no comparison. The High Smile Tooth Whitener falls short.
The Turmeric Soap Bar: A Disappointing Purchase
Another viral product that left me with regret is the Turmeric Soap Bar. This product claims to have numerous benefits, but I found it to be nothing more than a glycerin soap. I have tried various types of soaps in the past, and many have worked wonders for my skin. However, the Turmeric Soap Bar did not meet my expectations.
It’s important to note that viral products may not always deliver on their promises. It’s easy to be swayed by the online hype and reviews, but personal experiences can be vastly different. In the case of the High Smile Tooth Whitener and the Turmeric Soap Bar, they simply did not live up to their perceived effectiveness or value. The Deception of TikTok Shop
I think also. I bought like some like because the thing with Tik Tok shop right. This is where you got to be careful. If you ever shop on Tik, Tok shop, theres, Im, Im pretty sure theres a lot of like just duplicates of the same type of product, so theyll kind of feed off of the traffic from other products that are literally the exactly same thing but theyll. Like maybe skim on it a little bit or something I dont know, I dont know the scamming um Scientology behind it, but some of these products are not what they look like on Tik Tok shop or on Tik Tok.
Misleading Glycerin Soap
When you see like these videos of these people, promoting it and stuff like that, so that is definitely on this list. I 100 regret regret buying it. I regret spending like a 11 on glycerin soap, which Im pretty sure I can get for like 1.
Counterfeit Harem Sultan Perfume
Next up is to get this Harem Sultan perfume. That thing you now yall know that yall know that aint no Harem Sultan perfume. You can get a lot of people just selling some fake. If youre, not careful – and I guess I wasnt careful – because that herim Sultan perfume – that I bought was not herem sultan, the pheromone perfume, I feel like the best pheromone perfume is like just you and just your favorite scent like I dont know it doesnt.
A Gimmicky Scent
Even it have it, doesnt have like a super strong scent which Im sure its not really supposed to, but I dont really feel like it does anything different its kind of gimmicky.
Viral Body Shimmer Butter: Not Worth the Hype
It is a little bit gimmicky. I dont even know why I bought it. I bought it for the Tik Tok Shop video, but I didnt even end up using it because I was like all right.
Lackluster Shimmer
This product was advertised everywhere, and I fell for the hype. I saw how it looked on a dark-skinned girl and I immediately audibly gasped. I was like, “this is going to look so good on my skin tone.” However, after the first two layers, I realized that it was nothing more than a whipped body butter. There was no mixing of glitter and no glitter piped around it, as some ads had suggested. The middle part of the product had no shimmer at all. I felt disappointed.
Unpleasant Scent
Not only was the product a letdown visually, but it also had an unpleasant smell. It reminded me of cheap candy, the kind you find in those double bubble gums. I personally found the scent off-putting. It might work for some people, but for me, it just wasn’t what I had hoped for.
There Are Better Alternatives
I’m sure there are other body shimmer butters on Tik Tok that are pretty good, but the one I bought left much to be desired. Perhaps I should have done more research before making the purchase. It’s important to look beyond the hype and find products that truly meet our expectations.
Tor and Divin Moisturizer: A Dry Skin Nightmare
This is going to ruffle some feathers, but the Tor and Divin Moisturizer did not live up to its claims. Yes, I said it again: I’m dry, and I live in Arizona so granted.

Living in a dry climate like Arizona, finding a moisturizer that effectively hydrates my skin is crucial. Unfortunately, the Tor and Divin Moisturizer fell short. Rather than providing the desired moisturizing effect, it seemed to have a drying effect on my already parched skin. I expected much better from a product with such a promising reputation.

Neutrogena Water Gel Moisturizer: Not Worth the Hype
Someone said something about like K in Korea: certain products are made for the weather there, which obviously would make sense, because Korean products, their climate, is different than Arizona’s. I always have to follow it up with another moisturizer and it really reminds me of the Neutrogena, like the water gel moisturizer, which I did not like.
I think if you have oily skin, it might work for you, but for me it just didn’t really work out that well, and it was a little bit harsh for me too. It had a little bit of a sting to it to me.
Jlo Beauty Skincare: A Pricey Disappointment
Jlo Beauty, skincare. When I tell you, I have not used the JLo beauty skin care items, since I did that video of trying celebrity skincare, I mean it. I have not touched a single item. Let me fix my teddy bear. I have not touched a single item from that Trio since buying it and it was kind of pricey too. I should have got the mini set. I don’t even know why I didn’t. I don’t even know if there came if it came in a mini set, but either way big regret.
Tatcha Lip Mask: A Controversial Take
Tatcha lip mask now. This is a little bit of a controversial take and I did love it a lot at first when I bought it like. It literally makes your lips so plump, so nice, so like just good but and it comes with a lot too – it comes with a lot.

About four months ago, I stumbled upon a viral product that claimed to be the ultimate lip balm. Intrigued, I decided to give it a try. I must admit, it did work quite well in keeping my lips moisturized. However, my regret lies in discovering an alternative product that does the same job at a fraction of the price. The lip peptides by Road beauty have become my go-to, providing the same exact results as the pricey Tacha lip mask.

The only reason why it’s on this list is because the freaking squeeze B bottle thing is so extra. I love a cleanser that comes in a nice convenient like quick boom boom boom and you’re done, but the fact that you have to press it and you kind of have to press it kind of firm to get any product out it just automatic. Product #2: Fenty Tinted Bomb
For me – and I love Fenty too, so I had high expectations, but it just like you know now this product was on this list, but I’m actually wearing it right now on my lips. I have never a combo like this before, but I really like it. I mean I, I really like it and I’m using the kyy Cosmetics tinted bomb.
The Initial Disappointment
Now, if you remember from my previous video on uh, trying Celebrity Skin Care, this tinted bomb was not my favorite thing in the world at all. When I tried it at first, I was thrown it back. I was not rocking with it at all.

I tried it with a lip uh, liner and – and I did not like it at all, but I kind of figured out that the lip liner that I was using this tinted bomb with was a little bit, not it wasn’t in the same, like color palette. In the like same color, what is it called undertone palette? So when I use it with something like this, that has more of a red undertone, it’s perfect.
