Builder brow pen applicator

Their Builder brow pen applicator provides hairlike strokes, the pigment is not too pigmented, but it still delivers realistic-looking hairs. I just love it now.

Anastasia Beverly Hills Beauty Balm Serum

This is by Anastasia Beverly Hills, and this is her beauty balm serum boosted skin stick. I picked up shade two, hopefully, that’s a good shade match. It’s supposed to give you a radiant and smooth application, silky texture, and ensures that the application is seamless. They do recommend to apply it with your fingers. I love the packaging. Just nice sleek very easy travel-friendly. Hopefully, this is my shade.

Application Process

It looks to be a good touch with my fingers first, that is super silky, very balmy. This is a no-makeup makeup, so a very sheer to light coverage use my fingers to tap this in. I’m curious about how this is going to wear on my combination skin because most of my cheeks, my jaw are normal and balanced. But then, you know around my nose, my forehead. Basically, my T Zone, but mostly my forehead that’s where it gets really oily throughout the day.

Application Comparison

This feels very balmy, almost V like slick oily, very easy application. Decent amount of coverage, I’m kind of shocked like the redness is balanced. Before and after on my left side, I want to use a brush for application. You know with a stick and then go with the brush and just blend it out.

Trying Out New Products

I think it looks better with my fingers. It helps melt the product in a little bit more and the finish is more skinlike. I’m hoping it sets a little bit more because as of right now, it does have that balmy feeling left on the skin.

Too Faced Bronzing Stick

Lets bronze up the skin. This is a new product from Too Faced. This is their Chocolate Soleil Melting Bronzing and Sculpting Stick. When I see sculpting and bronzing in one, I like those because the shades tend to pull more neutral. I picked up shade Chocolate Mousse, very neutral undertone, stunning, very creamy.

Fenty Beauty Concealer

Wow it’s supposed to smell like a chocolate covered orange and that’s exactly what it smells like. I’m going to work it into my brush. It’s also supposed to just swipe it on your face and it’s not supposed to disturb the makeup underneath, which is phenomenal. So let’s do that, but I just don’t want to waste product so I’m going to use it as a bronzer and a contour, a little below my cheekbones and then higher as well.

New Concealer Addition

I have a new concealer to try. This is from Fenty Beauty. This is their Pro Filt’r Instant Retouch Concealer. It is transfer-proof and waterproof, it’s also supposed to be crease-proof and resistant with 12-hour wear. I am excited, I’m intrigued. It’s a medium coverage concealer. It just sounds like my cup of tea for concealer. I picked up shade 125C. Yes, I like the doefoot applicator.

Concealer Brush

I like that, it’s at an angle, it’s kind of like a little paw for your concealer. I’m going to use a brush to blend this. The formula is very, like almost featherweight, it stretches far, but the coverage is more on the light to medium side, depending on how much you apply. But I do like the way it blends. My favorite is obviously the way it applies for the concealer, but how it looks and feels under my eyes. It color-corrected what I needed. I like the coverage for the no makeup makeup look. The way it looks is so smooth and soft. It’s almost diffused under my eyes. The feeling is not leaving any balmy finish behind. It feels like it’s set, but they do recommend if you have very oily skin to use a setting powder to set the concealer.

Liquid Blush

One of my favorite liquid blushes released a new shade. This is from C. in shade January, a cool pink. If you’re new here, these are one of the best liquid blush formulas of all time. The easiest formula to blend, beautifully pigmented on the cheeks, they look natural and don’t exaggerate any texture. It’s just stunning. I think I already have like five shades. My favorite shade is Elanie just because I’m biased towards the name, it’s my daughter’s name. It has a DOA applicator, you just apply it to your cheeks.

Blend with Ease

You can use your fingers to blend out a brush a sponge, whatever your heart desires. They’re very beginner-friendly, not too pigmented, very buildable, and very easy to blend. The finish is flawless, giving you a look of baby cheeks – bouncy and plump.

Pucker Up

For lips, Charlotte Tilbury’s Pillow Talk range offers new colors. Try using the Lip Cheat in shade Pillow Talk Fair, which is a cool pink tone perfect for lining your lips. The shade is like your natural lip color but better, providing a beautiful combination when paired with the matching lipstick.

Top it Off with Laura Mercier

To set your T-zone, reach for the new Laura Mercier Translucent Pressed Setting Powder Ultra Blur. This pressed powder, with its intoxicating floral candy scent, comes in a compact version with a puff and mirror for on-the-go touch-ups.

High-Quality Mirror for T Zone Focus

The mirror provided is of incredible quality, which has inspired a focus on the T Zone for makeup application. This includes around the nose, chin, and forehead, especially essential as the forehead tends to have a glazed appearance even with a mattifying primer.

Anastasia Skin Tint Stick for a Radiant Look

The Anastasia skin tint stick offers a hydrating and radiant finish. It applies smoothly on the cheeks, chin, and jaw, providing a natural appearance that is meant to give an ultra-blurred look. Despite toning down the application, the skin still appears flawless, and there is no powdery residue on the forehead.

Juicy Cheeks with Mascara

To achieve plump and juicy cheeks, the focus is on applying mascara to enhance the eyes. The Judy Doll curling mascara offers curl, lift, and long-lasting power. Its unique metal rod applicator ensures precise application for a defined look.

Wear Test and Combination Skin Concerns

An interesting aspect of the makeup routine is the use of a skin serum stick from Anastasia Beverly Hills. There is a curiosity about how it will wear on combination skin throughout the day. A wear test will provide insights into its lasting power and performance without setting it with powder.

Update on Makeup Performance

After three and a half hours, the initial impressions of the base on the face are not favorable. Stay tuned for more updates on the wear test results and the makeup’s performance on different skin types.

The Anastasia Skin Tint

I thought that it would not wear great on my skin type because of that balmy texture and because it’s so hydrating and dewy. Let’s see how it looks on different areas of my face. Around the nose and these other areas where I didn’t apply a lot of powder or mattifying primer, it’s breaking apart and settling into every little crevice on my skin.

Areas of Concern

I do like the way it looks on my cheeks and a little bit on my forehead. However, in areas where there are a lot of movements, like the cheeks, it doesn’t hold up well on my skin type. The lip liner is nice, but the lipstick is leaving my lips dry. I’m going to apply some NYX fat oil instead of reapplying the lipstick.

Midway Update

After 6 hours, I decided to reapply some powder on my forehead. I was curious to see how it would layer with the Anastasia skin tint. Surprisingly, it layered really well on my forehead. The skin tint may not have worked well around my nose, but it’s looking pretty good on my forehead.

Anastasia Beverly Hills Skin Tint Stick

The new Anastasia Beverly Hills skin tint stick may not be suitable for everyone, especially those with combination skin like myself. While the coverage is impressive, the finish and texture it leaves on the skin after a few hours may not be ideal for oily T-zones. However, for those with very dry or balanced skin, this product could be a great option for achieving a natural, no-makeup makeup look.

Fenty Beauty Concealer vs. Tower 28 Concealer

The Fenty Beauty concealer reminds me of the Tower 28 creamy hydrating concealer, with some noticeable differences. The Tower 28 concealer has a creamier and thicker formula, offering more coverage and hydration. On the other hand, the Fenty Beauty formula is much thinner, almost watery in consistency, providing a featherweight feel on the skin.

While the Fenty Beauty concealer offers a lighter coverage that almost feels like wearing no concealer at all, the Tower 28 concealer gives a bit more coverage and hydration. So, if you prioritize hydration and radiance, the Tower 28 concealer might be the better choice. However, if you prefer a more lightweight and long-lasting option, the Fenty Beauty concealer could be the way to go.

Fenty Beauty to Too Faced

Like finish the Fenty Beauty going to the Too Faced the sculpting bronzing, stick I like it. I like it a lot I kept telling Andre how effortless that stick is its so beautiful to work with the new shade from C cosmetics.

Cosmetics Obsession

Im obsessed with, like I said I have already so many shades from the blush and Im excited that they just keep coming out with new shades, so easy to work with and theyre still on, my cheeks theyre, very long, lasting and it has SPF. So why not?

Blurring Powder

Now the powder, the powder – I do like that its instantly blurring I just dont like it with the skin, stick Im going to keep playing with this, because I do like the finish, I think its stunning on the forehead. I havent touched up the forehead.

Matte Finish

Yes, it looks glowy because the but its actually not glowy. I can still almost feel the powder on my forehead, plus that denessa myrix the water to powder uh primer. I applied quite a bit on my forehead, so I think thats kind of helping together, but I do like this powder on my forehead. It is stunning.

Skin Types

I dont think it will be phenomenal for those that have very dry skin. I think more so for balance to like normal to combo to really oily skin type, just because it is pretty blurring and pretty mattifying when you apply it, but for my skin type its really liking it.
