Rediscovered Blush
The day, injecting new life into my makeup bag with new launchers bits, I brought back from the US and new shades in older products, Ive rediscovered. This is described as Rich taupe. I keep finding that Im drawn to Colors called taupe, even though they dont really feel like taupe to me. It makes me picture brownie gray, taupe, not this fresh peach meets Coral, meets sun kissed shade. The texture is a little sticky in the compact, but it still Blends evenly and has nice lasting power and color payoff.
Fresh-Faced Black Brand
Another blushing Beauty I brought back from La Ami colle was in one of my Sephora wish lists. Last year, its a fresh faced black brand with multisticks that were bound to book a ticket home with me, their desert date, cream blush and lip multistick shade June is an earthy, warm Brown.
New Makeup Im Loving
That instantly said Sunny, cheeks and eyes to me and the creamy matte texture, but easy blend reminds me of nude sticks.

Old Favourites Revisited
Flush, balm Obsession, Beverly Hills and fox are my most used shades, but a more recent color I’ve been into is pmen.
Soft Orange Red
This is called Soft orange red, but there’s nothing soft about this color it screams summer, but the result can be soft, its a perfect formula to try a bolder shade like this, because it shears out and looks so natural and dewy.

Armani Ey Tints
You’ve heard me talk about one of my top oneandone, no makeup makeup Shadow formulas: the Armani ey tints countless times but I’ve been patiently waiting to try the new formula and shades 2 2 cashew is an absolute winner, excellent replacement for my beloved old 23 camel smoke.
New Makeup Im Loving
So glad this is yet another perfect lightweight tan Brown, more pigmented now, but just as easy to soften and blend with a fluffy brush, then it doesnt budge.
Fresh Formulas and Shades
You might have spotted the Laura Mercier caviar stick bed of roses in my travel makeup bag video. I included a few Peaks at products that went straight into my routine. While I was away if Im going for a shimmery or glowy eye. Look this metallic pink is my ticket to brighter bigger eyes in a few swipes great for everyday looks to get ready in a Flash, but I wore it to a wedding recently too still need to recap that look as well.
Old Favourites Revisited
I cannot say enough nice things about the bakeup beauty, micro Palm palette in desert road trip. Honestly, I could sit here and compliment this color scheme all day. Thank you to the brilliant makeup artist, Joe Baker, for dreaming this into life. We love saying products are great for travel in the beauty world, but this actually is eight buttery smooth Shades in a slim line. Light palette that fits in the palm of your hand.
Fun New Discoveries
Ive also seen a sneak peek of an upcoming bakeup colorway and I will not rest until its released fun new discoveries in the lip Department, too, leading the way glossier generation G in fuzz. I have been waiting to get my hands on this color, so many of you have mentioned it to me and you right. I love it.
Rosy Taupe Lip Color
This soft rosy taupe shade is my perfect, “my lips, but better” flushed lip color. It gives a warm mid-pink healthy flush that I absolutely adore. The formulation of this lipstick has gone through numerous changes, but I’m happy that the current version feels comfortable and is perfect for achieving easy blotted lips. It’s a brand I was eagerly anticipating to see in person and I was not disappointed.
Minky Lip Pencil
The lip pencil in ‘minky’ was high on my wishlist and it didn’t disappoint. It’s a light brown beige with a touch of rich rose, making it a versatile shade that blends beautifully. Personally, I enjoy shading in my entire lips lightly with this pencil and then topping it off with a balm for a natural look. I have a feeling that this pencil marks the beginning of a year filled with lip liner experimentation for me.
Haley’s Peptide Lip Treatment
My first experience with Haley’s much-hyped peptide lip treatment was well worth the wait. The original unscented version is a perfect balm-gloss hybrid, providing ample hydration, impressive key ingredients, a plush feel, and a glassy shine that earns compliments. It’s everything I look for in a lip treatment.
Hourglass Phantom Volumizing Glossy Balm
During my trip, I finally decided to try the Hourglass Phantom volumizing glossy balm formula that I had seen all over social media. And let me tell you, it lives up to the hype. This lip shine is delightful, providing a glossy finish without any sticky feeling. It’s a must-have for any makeup lover looking for a subtle yet glamorous lip look.
New Makeup Obsession: Haze Lip Gloss
Just smooth, sheer color and juicy shine. Haze is described as deep move, but there’s a kick of wearable red about this. One swipe is like a my lips but deeper boost. I can see why people end up collecting quite a few of these. I’d love to hear if you’ve tried any and what your favorite shades are.
Exciting New Launch: Merit Lip Mates
Last but not least, the new Merit signature, lip mates are coming to my channel. I’ll be reviewing and swatching all eight shades. Apologies for the illness delay there. In the meantime, Maison made its way into my most recent travel makeup bag for a work trip. It’s called mauve by Sephora, deep move by Merit, and wearable berry red by me in one of the softest matte textures I’ve ever tried. It doesn’t just glide. It feels like it floats across the lips, so you can apply just a hint of blurred color or build the intensity. Excited to share more on these soon!
