Introduction
If you ever wondered how to achieve the perfect latte-inspired makeup look, you’ve come to the right place! In this tutorial, we will explore the steps to create a stunning latte-inspired look that will leave everyone in awe. So grab your makeup brushes and let’s get started!
Shark Flex Style Review
If it hasn’t come out before this, it’ll come out after this. Obviously, if it’s not before, it’s after, but basically, I bought the Shark Flex Style. I got it because I was like, oh God, I’m so tired of my hair, which I love. So today is not about that, though. If you guys want to watch that, that’ll be coming in an upcoming review. I’ll show you all the parts and talk to you about it. I’ll talk about the price, whether I think it’s worth the price, and who I think it’s best suited for. So I bought it myself. I got it from Amazon. I bought the Shark Flex Style in blue instead of getting the Dyson Air Wrap because the Dyson Air Wrap is like 600 bucks. The Flex Style is still 300 bucks, so it’s super expensive. But I was like, you know what? I’ve heard so many good things about it, and if it makes me want to style my hair, then maybe it would be worth it. So far, I feel like it does actually, but we’re going to get there. I’ll talk to you guys about it in an upcoming video, so subscribe if you want to see that.
Latte Makeup Tutorial
Today, I’m going to be doing a latte makeup tutorial. I had a bunch of requests from you guys. I asked on my Instagram stories what you guys wanted to see me do a video on, and so many people requested the latte makeup.
Home Tour
A lot of people also wanted a home tour, and you know what? I’m going to do it. It’s just that my house is never fully clean at the same time. Like if one room is clean, the other ones are a disaster.
Moisturize and Prep
So what I think I’m going to do is maybe just like: do it in chunks, so that I can clean some areas. You know what I mean, it’s really not that deep. I need to just get it done. Don’t let perfection stop you from good enough.
So I’m going to start with moisturizer, this is Desi AA fresa. I really love this product, so much that I’m on my second bottle of it. I went through an entire one and I think it’s a great base for underneath makeup. If you guys are looking for just a nice moisturizer that moisturizes, nice moisturizer that feels like it, it’s just moisture, it’s nothing crazy, doesn’t have a scent, which I love. It’s just kind of like, I don’t know, dare I say, kind of perfect feeling.
What is Latte Makeup?
So let’s look at what latte makeup is because, as I’ve seen this all across the internet, when people are like latte makeup, latte I’m like isn’t it just like a wash of brown? Latte makeup is hands down the prettiest trend on TikTok right now. This is the picture that pops up, I mean, I can attest that it’s absolutely stunning.
The Perfect Palette
Alright, let’s do it. I think for this, when I think about using a palette that would work well for this, this is the first one that came to mind: Bare Necessities from Colourpop. I mean, need I say more? It’s literally latte makeup, so that’s what we’re going to use today.
Eye Makeup
I think I’m going to do my eyes first since lately I haven’t been feeling my best and I feel a little unkempt if I don’t do my eye makeup. I start by applying a bit of concealer on my eyelids to create a smooth base for the eyeshadow.
Chin Picking and Concealing
Look at this – I’ve been picking my chin real bad lately. It’s become a bit of an anxiety thing for me. I can’t help but focus on that area and I end up picking it until it bleeds. It’s become a habit and my sister and I even made a joke out of it. We call ourselves “chin pickers”. I even refer to my tweezers as “pickies”. I was sitting in my car the other day, before going into a restaurant to pick up my takeout order, and I was picking my chin. To my surprise, the lady sitting next to me was doing the exact same thing. It made me realize that I’m not the only one with this habit.
Morning Routine
By the way, it is 7:30 in the morning right now. I’ve been waking up before everyone else lately to get things done in the morning. It’s such a good feeling to have some time for myself before the hustle and bustle of the day begins.
Picking the Perfect Shades for a Latte Look
When starting a latte makeup tutorial, the first step is to choose the right shades that capture the essence of a warm and comforting cup of latte. As I scroll through my social media, I stumble upon a palette that catches my eye. I believe these shades would make for the perfect latte-inspired look.
Creating a Wash of Hot Gossip
To begin, I decide to apply a wash of the shade “Hot Gossip” all over my lid. This hue gives off a warm and inviting vibe, just like a freshly brewed latte. As I blend it onto my eyelids, I admire the trendy combination of pinks and browns that seem to be dominating the world of makeup lately.
Embracing the Playfulness of Latte Makeup
It’s interesting to see how makeup trends evolve and reinvent themselves with new names and concepts. The current latte makeup trend takes classic looks, like the brown smokey eye, and breathes new life into them with a playful and whimsical twist. It’s like a fresh take on embracing our youthful side rather than rushing to grow up too quickly.
Adding Depth with Banter and Tabloid
To add some dimension to my latte-inspired look, I decide to incorporate the shades “Banter” and “Tabloid” from the palette. I gently dab a bit of Banter on my inner corners to create a subtle highlighting effect. Then, I contemplate where to apply Tabloid for an added touch of flair.
Experimenting with Different Latte-inspired Looks
With the latte makeup trend, the possibilities are endless. You can mix and match different shades from the palette to create your own unique latte-inspired looks. Whether you prefer a more natural and subtle effect or a bolder and smokier look, the latte trend is all about getting creative and having fun with your makeup routine.
As I finish applying my chosen shades and admire the final result, I can’t help but appreciate the creativity and innovation that the latte makeup trend brings to the beauty world. It’s a refreshing reminder to embrace our playful side and find joy in the little things, even in something as simple as a cup of latte-inspired makeup.
Choosing the Right Shade
When it comes to makeup, finding the perfect shade can be a challenge. Sometimes, what looks amazing on camera might not translate as well in person. That’s exactly what happened to me when I tried out a certain shade of foundation. On camera, it appeared warm and inviting, but in person, it just looked like a neutral brown. Not exactly the look I was going for.
To combat this issue, I decided to do a little mixing. I took the warm shade and mixed it with a neutral brown to cool it down a bit. I used a larger fluffy brush, specifically the Morphe M535 (although any clean brush will do), and focused on applying it to the outer areas of my face. This technique created a soft ombre effect, perfect for achieving a more natural and blended look.
Making a Fresh Start
A few days ago, I decided to take the plunge and get a haircut. I had been feeling down about myself for a while, and my long hair wasn’t helping. It always ended up in a messy ponytail, with no effort put into styling it properly. My long, tangly, and wispy mess of hair was doing nothing for my confidence.
But ever since I got my haircut, everything changed. I suddenly felt a renewed sense of self-esteem and motivation. Now, I make it a point to do my makeup every single day, getting ready before anyone else in the morning. This simple act has made such a difference in how I feel about myself.
The Power of a Done Hair
For me, having my hair done is a game-changer. It’s become an essential part of my overall appearance and how I feel on a daily basis. When my hair is styled and looking good, I feel ready to conquer the day. It’s amazing how something as simple as a haircut can make such a big impact on your confidence.
Putting in the effort to do my hair every day has not only improved my self-confidence but also makes me more excited to go out and face the world. It’s a small act of self-care that has ripple effects throughout the rest of my day. So, if you’re feeling a bit crummy about yourself, consider giving your hair some attention. You might just be surprised at the difference it can make.
The Perfect Latte Makeup Tutorial
Creating the Base
To achieve the perfect latte-inspired makeup look, start by blending two shades together. “In the buff” and “tease me” are the top and bottom shades that will give you that desired coffee and milk blend. Gently apply them to the front of your face to lighten up your complexion.
Defining the Eyes
A good brown liner is essential to complete the latte-inspired look. The Master pigment pencil in “the perfect brown” is the ideal choice. Skip the brush on one side and focus on the liner itself. Sharpen it to ensure proper sanitation and precise application.
Press the brown liner into your lashes, adding some length as you go along. Don’t be afraid to pull it out a little to give a more elongated effect. To achieve a more smudged, sultry look, use the brush on the other side of the liner to smudge it out. This will give your eyes that added depth.
Intensify the Smoky Effect
To further enhance the smoky effect of the eyes, take some brown shades from your palette and smudge them out generously. This will create a more dramatic look and tie in with the latte theme, reminiscent of the rich and blended tones found in your favorite coffee beverage.
Remember to vary the intensity of the smudging to create a more nuanced and perplexing effect. This will add depth and dimension to your eye makeup, making it stand out even more.
Final Touches
Once you’ve achieved the desired smokiness, don’t forget to complete the look with some finishing touches. Add a touch of mascara to further lengthen and define your lashes. This will make your eyes pop and give them that extra wow factor.
Finish off your latte-inspired makeup look with a subtle nude lip color. Opt for a shade that complements your skin tone and adds a touch of warmth to your overall appearance.
Experiment and Have Fun
Remember, makeup is an art form, and the latte-inspired look is no exception. Feel free to experiment with different shades and techniques to make the look your own. Have fun with it and embrace the varying lengths of sentences and nuanced writing style, just like the different layers of flavors in your latte.
So why not treat yourself to a latte-inspired makeup tutorial and indulge in a little self-expression?
The Patrick T Palette
I want to get the Patrick T palette. I don’t know if you guys have it. Let me know if any of you have it. It just looks really lovely.
Applying Tabloid and Taboo
I’m going to go in with a little bit more of Tabloid and mix it with the darker shade, Taboo. I’ll pat it over the top to mute it down and smudge it out. Wow, okay, that looks really pretty.
Adding More Tabloid and Taboo
I think that looks super nice, so I’m going to take a little bit more of Tabloid and Taboo and pop it off. I’ll go through at the end and melt it down into the lower lash area to make it more cohesive.
The Beauty of Brown Wing Liner
I love a brown wing liner. It’s understated and so pretty. Every time I do one, I’m like, “Dude, black is just so harsh.” But this is just… so nice, I love it. Oh, that was so satisfying sounding. Those look similar enough.
Making Adjustments
Oh yeah, it’s the lower lash line. Something looks different here. Did I not do this? There we go, okay.
Choosing the Right Lashes
Now I’m going to toss a pair of lashes on, but I don’t know which ones to wear. I wish I had something different.
Final Touches
Well, I’ll figure it out. I’ll do kind of like an outer lashy thing and then I’ll be right.
Testing out new Foundation
I was planning on trying out a new Foundation for this latte makeup tutorial. However, I seem to have misplaced it somewhere. It’s so frustrating that I can’t seem to remember where I saw it this morning. I guess I won’t be able to test the Makeup by Mario Foundation in this video. But that’s okay, because I have been using The Hourglass Vanish stick Foundation lately, and it’s been working wonders for me.
The Hourglass Vanish stick Foundation
Let me tell you, this foundation is amazing. The coverage it provides is just mind-blowing. I have the shade linen, which matches my skin tone perfectly. I also have the shade warm Ivory, but it’s a little too warm for my liking. I find myself reaching for this foundation all the time because it gives such a flawless finish. I don’t necessarily need full coverage for every single blemish, but sometimes I like to tone it down a bit, especially when I have important meetings or appointments.
Morning routine and appointments
Today is a busy day for me. I have therapy in the morning at 9, followed by an important meeting at noon. I can’t reveal too much, but it’s something very exciting that’s happening. I want to look nice and presentable for these appointments, so I thought it would be the perfect morning to film this latte makeup tutorial.
Lovely Foundation for a flawless look
Every time I use The Hourglass Vanish stick Foundation, I can’t help but admire the coverage it gives. It’s not that I need heavy coverage for every single pimple, but it’s nice to have the option to tone it down when needed. This Foundation has become my go-to because it always leaves my skin looking flawless and radiant. I can’t recommend it enough.
LATTE MAKEUP TUTORIAL: Achieving a Natural, Radiant Finish
When it comes to makeup, finding products that provide good coverage and a beautiful finish is essential. One product that stands out in this regard is the Latte Makeup. This particular makeup not only offers great coverage but also leaves your skin with a natural, radiant finish. Let’s dive into the details of how to achieve this stunning look.
An Emollient Formula for a Movable Makeup Experience
If you’re looking for makeup that is set in stone, completely matte, and immovable, the Latte Makeup might not be the right choice for you. This makeup is emollient, meaning it has a movable quality that allows it to adapt to your skin throughout the day. Although it may not offer complete full coverage, it provides a beautiful, natural finish that many desire.
Experience the Natural Skin Toning Effect
If you, like many others, struggle with redness in your complexion, the Latte Makeup can be a game-changer. It effectively tones down redness, leaving your skin looking more even and flawless. Just look at the impressive transformation on the chin area, where the redness is visibly reduced.
Introducing the Hourglass Ambient Lighting Edit Sculpture Palette
In addition to the Latte Makeup, another product that deserves attention is the Hourglass Ambient Lighting Edit Sculpture Palette. This palette offers a variety of shades that can enhance your makeup look. Although it may no longer be available for purchase, it’s worth mentioning for those who happen to have it in their collection.
Using the Hourglass Luminous Bronze Light Bronzer
Within the Hourglass palette, you’ll find a bronzer that can further elevate your makeup game. Specifically, the Hourglass Luminous Bronze Light Bronzer is a great option. Its warm undertones and luminous finish bring a natural glow to your complexion, adding a touch of sun-kissed radiance to your overall look.
Finishing Touch: Colourpop Dame Lashes
No makeup tutorial would be complete without mentioning the finishing touches. To bring attention to your eyes, consider using the Colourpop Dame lashes. These lashes not only complement the entire look but also come in a stylish and attractive packaging.
The Bronzy Latte Makeup Look
If you’re yearning for a makeup palette that screams “latte,” look no further. The closest thing I’ve found is a palette that exudes a stunning bronzy glow. Now, let’s dive into achieving this mesmerizing latte makeup look!
An Alluring Bronzy Glow
To start, I apply the bronzer generously all over my face. I even take it up onto my forehead to create a seamless blend. It’s remarkable how different it appears on camera compared to real life. In person, it looks completely natural and not overly pink or exaggerated. However, through my camera lens, it seems as if I’ve gone all out with my makeup.
A Cheeky Blush Touch
Despite my efforts, I always seem to have these stubborn bumps on the sides of my face. But fear not, they won’t deter me from achieving the perfect latte makeup look. I gently dab on a touch of blush, being cautious not to go overboard. I opt for a mauvey shade that I feel complements the bronzy glow. Admittedly, it may seem a bit overwhelming on camera, but trust me, it’s perfectly balanced in reality.
Nose Contouring with Bronzer
Moving on to my nose, I lightly apply a hint of bronzer. This step is crucial as it pulls the entire look together, ensuring that my nose doesn’t appear washed out. By incorporating the bronzer on the nose, the entire facial area receives the perfect touch of warmth and cohesion.
Enhancing the Brow Game
Now, it’s time to tackle those brows. Using the same glow from the Hourglass palette, I delicately brush a small amount onto my eyebrows. The Hourglass palette is a fantastic choice as it includes not just highlighter, but also blush and bronzer. Although it may no longer be available for purchase, it’s undoubtedly a gem.
Without a doubt, this latte makeup tutorial will leave you feeling like a bronzed goddess. The bronzy glow, combined with the perfect touch of mauvey blush and expertly contoured nose, brings forth a truly stunning makeup look. So go ahead, indulge in the rich and captivating allure of a latte-inspired makeup routine.
The Products
I tried looking for it the other day on Sephora and I couldn’t find it, but I think they sell their products individually. Just the strobe palette, and then just the blushes, just the ambient lighting powers, and just the bronzer. So you can get a lot of these products individually.
Brow Time
I feel like I have become okay, a makeup by Mario lover. I just feel like the products are so lovely and every time I use one I’m like okay, yeah you’re adding to my routine. This is the master blade brow pencil in brown black, which I use for the tail and then I use classic brunette for the front. You don’t need two colors. I just happen to have two colors, but I would say of the two if I had to make a choice, I would choose classic brunette. For me, the brown black is a little bit too dark, but honestly, it’s still quite lovely. I normally used to hate pencils like this that were sort of the longer side of things like they weren’t. As I don’t know, if you can see the tip of this hello, what am I doing with my hands? You can see the tip it’s like one of those longer tips. I used to really dislike these, but I feel like that’s because they always come in sort of like a triangle. This one is just kind of like a long rectangle shape, so I don’t know just feel like it works better and then quite a lot of product.
Note: This is the given content provided and I have incorporated the html tags as per the instructions.
Product Description
The product being used in this latte makeup tutorial is a dual-ended brow pencil. The speaker in the tutorial mentions that she has used this product numerous times and there is still a lot of product left. The pencil has a spoolie on one end for brushing the brows.
Brow Application
The tutorial begins with the speaker applying the brow pencil to fill in her eyebrows. She mentions that she doesn’t usually brush her brows, but proceeds to do so before moving on to the next step.
Eye Makeup
Next, the speaker picks up a larger brush and uses it to apply eyeshadow. She wants the look to be “blown out,” so she combines the shades “tabloid” and “hot gossip” and taps off the excess product before applying it to her eyelids. She advises tapping the brush onto the eyelids for a seamless blend, especially if blending seems difficult.
Mascara Application
After completing the eyeshadow application, the speaker moves on to mascara. She mentions that she wants to “melt” her lashes and make her lower lashes appear longer. She acknowledges that some people prefer to only accentuate their upper lashes, but she personally likes to enhance both the upper and lower lashes.
Lips: Adding the Finishing Touch
To complete this latte-inspired makeup look, let’s move on to the lips. Lips are often a focal point, and it’s important to choose the right products and techniques to enhance your overall aesthetic.
Choosing the Perfect Lip Liner
When it comes to lip liners, I usually stick with a tried and true favorite. For today’s tutorial, I’ll be using the IL Makiage Carly Bible collaboration pencil. Unfortunately, this particular shade may no longer be available. However, you can always opt for the ColourPop BFF pencils, which offer a great range of shades that work well as lip liners.
Avoiding Harsh Lines
While some individuals prefer a harsh lip edge, I like to keep things soft and natural. If you’ve been following my tutorials, you know that this is my preferred style. So, in line with that, I won’t be going for a bold and defined lip line.
Starting with the Base Color
To begin, I’ll use a nude shade as the base color for my lips. This will provide a neutral canvas for the rest of the lip products. If you’re following along and don’t have the exact shade I’m using, any nude shade that complements your skin tone will work just fine.
Enhancing the Latte Vibes
Now, it’s time to add a touch of latte-inspired color to the inner portion of our lips. I’ll be using the Urban Decay Law of Attraction liquid lip color in a shade that perfectly captures the essence of a latte. Apply this shade to the inner portion of your lips and gently blend it outwards for a seamless transition.
Finalizing with a Glossy Finish
To achieve a glossy and luscious finish, I’ll be layering a lip oil over the entire lip area. For today’s tutorial, I’ll be using the House Labs PhD lip oil. While the shade I personally use has a hint of color, the lip oil is mainly meant to be clear. The glossy effect it provides adds an extra touch of allure to any nude lip look.
The Next Step: Styling Your Hair
Now that we’ve completed this latte-inspired makeup, it’s time to move on to the next step: styling our hair. Stay tuned for my upcoming video, where I’ll guide you through creating a hairstyle that perfectly complements this makeup look. Remember, the devil is in the details, and together we’ll create a cohesive and stunning overall aesthetic.
