Full Face of NOTHING NEW šŸ˜

Full Face of NOTHING NEW šŸ˜

Getting Started: Full Face of NOTHING NEW

Welcome! Today, weā€™re going to embark on a beauty adventure ā€“ a full face of nothing new. Although this trend has gained popularity, did you know that it all started with me, a few years ago? Fun fact! So, join me as we dive into my beauty room and rediscover some old favorites mixed with a touch of novelty. Letā€™s get started!

The Inspiration: Sugar Plum Fairy Vibes

I canā€™t help but feel inspired by the enchanting Sugar Plum Fairy vibes. It seems to be gaining momentum this holiday season, but secretly, it has always been my go-to look. Thereā€™s something magical about it, donā€™t you think? So, letā€™s create that whimsical vibe together.

Preparing the Canvas: Rafi Primer

First things first, we need a flawless canvas. Today, Iā€™ll be using the Rafi primer. Iā€™ve used it before, although not frequently on camera. I must admit, the packaging is rather intriguing. However, it did spark some controversy in the beauty community due to its application method. Some argued that rolling it on the face was unsanitary. Letā€™s put that aside for now and focus on its performance.

Complexion Perfection: Timeless Foundation

Moving on to the foundation, I opted for a timeless favorite. This brand-new-but-not-really foundation has been a staple in my collection. It effortlessly blends into the skin, providing a natural and flawless look. I canā€™t help but wonder why I ever strayed from it.

Eyes that Mesmerize: Vintage Eyeshadow Palette

Ah, the eyes. Theyā€™re our canvas for creativity. Today, Iā€™ll be reaching for a vintage eyeshadow palette. The colors still hold their charm, and the pigmentation is surprisingly impressive. It brings back memories of countless looks Iā€™ve created with this trusty companion. Sometimes, old is truly gold.

Fluttering Lashes: Iconic Mascara

No full face is complete without mesmerizing lashes. For that, Iā€™ll be grabbing the trusty iconic mascara that has never failed me. It lengthens, volumizes, and gives a dramatic flair to my lashes. Itā€™s safe to say that this mascara is a classic for a reason.

Glow Like a Goddess: Familiar Highlighter

To achieve that ethereal glow, I canā€™t resist using a familiar highlighter. This product has been in my collection for years, and its radiance remains unmatched. Every time I sweep it across my cheekbones, Iā€™m reminded of the countless compliments Iā€™ve received. Itā€™s truly a highlighter fit for a goddess.

The Finishing Touch: Vintage Lipstick

Last but not least, letā€™s enhance those lips. For this look, I found a vintage lipstick that I completely forgot about. Its formula glides on like silk, leaving behind a rich, luscious hue. Itā€™s remarkable how effortless it is to wear a lip color that truly stands the test of time.

And there you have

The Perfect Primer

I donā€™t know, it honestly doesnā€™t bother me, but I also get what youā€™re saying, you know. I really like how this sinks in though, and leaves a really beautiful, glow without being sparkly, and then it kind of leaves like a grip on the skin too, which is really nice, obviously for a primer just so your other products really adhere to everything.

A New Discovery

Next, I wanted to use this again. This is actually pretty new to me. I bought it during the Sephora sale and I just havenā€™t been able to use it that much. This is the Denessa Myrix Yummy Skin Serum Skin Tint. Iā€™ve been really into everybodyā€™s skin tints. These days, I feel, like a lot of people, are launching a similar type of product and Iā€™m here for it honestly. This is the shade two. Iā€™m just going to start applying this over the areas where I have the most redness first, which for me, is on the cheeks and on the jawline and then Iā€™m going to buff that out all over and then press it into the skin.

Skincare-Infused Coverage

With my sponge, all of the Denessa Myrick Yummy Skin products are like super skincare infused, which is nice, so the coverage on this is like. I feel like light, I would say itā€™s a light coverage itā€™s not sheer okay. Well, maybe I would say itā€™s like a light medium coverage because I do feel like it really evens out the skin tone, but you can still see my skin through it.

The Perfect Base

If that makes sense like you can still see any freckles any spots and some slight discoloration it just kind of like, creates a veil in a way to make it look more Flawless, but still skin, like which I really like theres certain times and occasions where I Want my skin to still look like skin, just like an improved version, you know what I mean.

Makeup Forever HD Skin Concealer

Next, Iā€™m going to hop into the Makeup Forever HD skin concealer. I feel like I used this once or twice and then got hooked on another like new concealer and Iā€™ve been hearing people love this concealer, and so I was like wait a second. I need to like not forget about this and give it a fair shot.

So Iā€™m just going to apply this under the eyes. The shade is a little bit yellow honestly, itā€™s 1.3n. They did send me this concealer. So sometimes, when I get like complexion products in PR, the shades can be a little bit different than what I would personally use or choose for myself. But I feel like once itā€™s blended out, it looks fine, so Iā€™m just going to press that into the skin and blend it out with my sponge.

Iā€™m going to make sure to drag a little bit of the excess product onto the eyelid, just to cancel out any discoloration that I have there. This actually looks really nice with the Danessa Myricks skin tint kind of gives a similar vibe, where itā€™s like not too heavy, still looks like skin.

The Base

To achieve a natural and radiant look, I started by applying a skin tint that evens out my complexion. Although there are still some signs of discoloration under my eyes, the skin tint helps to create a more balanced and even tone. However, to add a bit of dimension, I decided to incorporate some cream contour and bronzer into my routine.

Cream Contour

To begin the contouring process, I opted for the nude sticks nudies matte in the shade Bondi Bell. This particular shade is a gorgeous neutral bronze color, perfect for creating a warm and subtle contour. I applied it all over my face, using it as a base to shape and define my features. However, I noticed that the cream product didnā€™t blend out as seamlessly as I expected.

Blending Difficulties

I have a suspicion that the tackiness of the primer and skin tint may be causing the matte cream contour to resist blending. Normally, the product would effortlessly buff into the skin, but this time, I had to go back in with my foundation brush to ensure a more seamless finish. I wanted to achieve a dewy glow, but it seems the matte texture of this product didnā€™t cooperate as well with the tackier base.

Skin Effortlessly Blended

Despite the blending challenges with the cream contour, Iā€™m pleased with the healthy and natural look it creates. The color adds a touch of warmth to my complexion, giving me a glowing and lively appearance. To ensure a flawless finish, I pressed the product into my skin using a sponge, further enhancing the seamless effect.

Overall, the combination of the skin tint, cream contour, and bronzer has given my face a beautiful and subtle transformation. Although it took a bit of extra effort to blend the cream contour, the end result is worth it. With a healthier and more radiant look, I am ready to conquer the day with my full face of ā€œNOTHING NEWā€ makeup.

Contouring with Precision

You know weā€™re going to sculpt things. A little bit see how this oneā€™s like an actual cool tone. This is the um Contour stick from um Beauty in the shade white pearl. You can see like, even on top of this, itā€™s a lot more cool toned, so weā€™re going to use this one to do a little a little bit more of like a Precision sculpt under the cheekbones. Do a little bit right here! Well, do some along the jawline and then a little bit like right here down the center of the neck. Also, I guess Iā€™ll take some kind of through here to shape that out slightly and down the sides of the nose with whateverā€™s left on the brush. Iā€™ve also been trying to like get better at contouring my lips because so many people swear by this and I just never really do it. So I put a little bit of that one around the lips as well.

Setting with the Classic

Oh powder, I didnā€™t grab a powder and I certainly probably should not use the Huda Beauty powder again itā€™s just my favorite, though you know, weā€™re going to use this classic right here. The rcma no color powder, it just spilled all over my desk, okay Iā€™m going to take a little bit of this on a brush and start just kind of pressing this under the eyes, buffing it around the nose a little between the brows and then Iā€™m taking a fluffy brush and just tapping a small amount of that powder.

Setting the Base

When it comes to applying powder, I have a little trick to avoid getting a messy clump of it on my face. I always pour the powder into my hand first before using a brush or powder puff. This way, I can control the amount and ensure it doesnā€™t skip. Once Iā€™ve applied all my cream contour, I lightly set everything with a fluffy brush. For this, Iā€™m using the Jones Road bronzer in the shade Light Tan. I sweep it onto the perimeters of my face, blending it seamlessly with the cream contour.

A Touch of Rosy Glow

As I reached for the bronzer, I couldnā€™t help but notice the dusty rose shade. Itā€™s absolutely gorgeous and adds a pink undertone to the bronzed look. So, I decided to apply it to the back of my cheeks. This gives me a sun-kissed appearance. But wait, I have another blush that I want to apply on the apples of my cheeks for that perfect flush.

The Perfect Brows

Moving on to the brows, I always go back to my trusty Kamiko brow pencil. The color, Coffee, is just perfect for me. Thereā€™s something about this pencil that makes my brows look amazing every single time. I donā€™t know what it is, but Iā€™m loving it.

Holiday Palette Inspiration

Since weā€™re still in the holiday season, I decided to dip back into the Pat McGrath holiday palette that I bought. Thereā€™s something about the festive colors that instantly put me in a celebratory mood. Itā€™s the perfect opportunity to explore and experiment with different eye looks.

As I continue to play with the palette, trying out different shades and blending techniques, I canā€™t help but feel a sense of excitement and creativity. The holiday season may be coming to an end, but that doesnā€™t mean we canā€™t continue to embrace the joy and spirit it brought us.

Glowing From Within

To complete the full face of NOTHING NEW, I reach for my favorite highlighter. This little product has the ability to make my skin look radiant and glowing from within. Itā€™s the perfect finishing touch to enhance my features and add that extra sparkle.

A Versatile Palette

This palette is one that can be used all year round, making it a versatile addition to your makeup collection. It not only includes various eyeshadows, but also two blushes to complete your full face look.

Star Struck Splender

Among the different palettes launched this year, the one I bought is called ā€œStar Struck Splenderā€. With its wide range of colors, it provides endless possibilities for creating stunning eye looks.

Transition Shade

To begin my eye makeup, I will start by taking a fluffy brush and selecting this warm shade in the palette. By working it into the crease and slightly above, I can create a soft transition shade that will help blend other colors seamlessly.

Creating Depth

To add a bit more dimension to the eyes, I will use the same brush and pick up a small amount of a warmer brown shade. This will be applied to the outer edge of the eye, creating a subtle depth. By focusing on the outer third of the lower lash line as well, I can further enhance the overall look.

A Sparkling Touch

One trend that seems to be making a comeback is using the Fenty Beauty Diamond balm on the eyes. While I used to use this product solely as a highlighter, I now want to try it on my eyes again. The shade I have is called ā€œHow Many Caratsā€ and it offers a beautiful, luminous finish.

A New Approach

In the past, I would use the diamond bomb strictly as a highlight, but Iā€™m eager to experiment with new ways of incorporating it into my makeup routine. By applying it to the eyelids, I can add a touch of sparkle and create a unique look that stands out.

Overall, this palette offers a wide range of possibilities for creating stunning eye looks. From the transition shade to the sparkly finish, it allows for a multitude of styles and can be used throughout the year. Whether you prefer a natural everyday look or a bold, glamorous effect, this palette is sure to inspire endless creativity.

The Blinding Highlight and Pretty Eyes

I canā€™t help but notice the trend of a blinding highlight on the eyes that seems to be taking over Tik Tok. Itā€™s absolutely mesmerizing to see how beautiful it looks. With just the touch of a finger, the lid becomes a canvas for this stunning shimmer. Itā€™s hard not to fall in love with it.

Mascara Cravings

When it comes to mascara, thereā€™s nothing quite like the Thrive Cosmetics mascara. It has a certain allure and effect that no other mascara seems to possess. Itā€™s a classic choice for me, and I canā€™t resist applying it to both my top and bottom lashes. The result is a captivating look that perfectly complements the mauvey brown eye with a touch of silver glitter.

A Lippy Dilemma

Choosing a lip color can be quite the decision, especially when going for a neutral look. But what if we ventured away from the ordinary and opted for a pinky red shade? Thatā€™s when the endless cacao pencil with tulip from ravie beauty caught my attention. I had never tried it before, but I was intrigued. So, I lined my lips with the pencil and blended it out with my finger. And then, it was time to unveil tulip.

Tulip: Effortlessly Beautiful

Tulip, oh Tulip, you are a vision in pinky red. The color is simply stunning and effortlessly beautiful. As I applied it to my lips, I couldnā€™t help but admire its charm and appeal. Itā€™s a shade that truly stands out and makes a statement.

And there you have it ā€“ a full face of NOTHING NEW that is nothing short of breathtaking. From the blinding highlight on the eyes to the captivating mascara and the bold lip color, every element comes together to create a look that is undeniably alluring. Itā€™s a makeup routine that I canā€™t help but love and appreciate. Who knew that trying something new could lead to such a fantastic outcome?

Creating a Pretty Look

I think this could actually look really pretty. It does MHM. It really really does, thatā€™s so nice. Okay, and Iā€™m really kind of mixing it with that lip liner, so that it turns into more of like a soft pinky red.

Adding Blush

Weā€™re going to add a little bit of blush to the cheeks with the Fawn Beauty Blush palette right here, a little blush quad. How cute, um for this look? Normally, I would go for like a hot pink, but Iā€™m kind of feeling that this color has a little more peach in it, which I think will complement the lips a little bit.

Buffing and Assessing

These are pigmented, so pretty okay, Iā€™m going to take a little bit of my powder brush and just kind of buff around the edges of that blush. Iā€™m adding a little bit more to lips, and then weā€™re going to assess the situation. Do I need a highlighter? Ooh, you know what I want to use again? Is this Jones Road highlighter?

Shimmering Face Oil

This is the Shimmer face oil in the shade pink opal, itā€™s the coolest product. Iā€™m going to kind of like get it warmed up on the back of my hand and letā€™s just Pat that onto the high points of the cheeks with my fingertips. Itā€™s so pretty, you guys. I feel like this product needs more love. I actually picked it up because it won an alert award, and this is one of those products that I was like.

Setting the Face

Okay, this actually does feel Innovative. It does feel like an award winner. You know itā€™s just so pretty all right. We are going to set the face, letā€™s use my Lisa elridge skin and makeup enhancing Mist all over, let that kind of dry down and then once itā€™s almost dry.

Perfecting the Skin

I like to take my sponge and just press that into the skin. Iā€™m taking my powder brush and just tapping a little more powder through the center of the face. This helps to create a smoother and more matte finish. The skin looks flawless and ready for the next step.

Setting the Brows

Now, Iā€™m going to set the brows with my rare Beauty brow gel. I forget what itā€™s called, doesnā€™t have it on the bottle. My brows got spikier than usual just now, but I kind of like it. I donā€™t know, I used quite a bit of pressure to put the brow gel through, but I feel like it goes with this look. Well, just leave it.

Nothing New, Fresh Look

Okay, that completes this full face of nothing new. I hope you guys like it. I love it. I feel like it feels very fresh, very healthy, a little bit holiday, but not too cool tone. You know, like my typical winter looks. So, I hope you guys love this look as much as I do.

Rediscovering the Classics

I really enjoyed just sitting down and playing with the things that I wanted to use that arenā€™t brand new. You know, itā€™s just nice for me to sit down, use what I have, revisit some new makeup. I donā€™t know if you guys are the same, but it feels like things launch so often that we get distracted from the good things that maybe just launched as well or maybe that have existed for a long time.

Enjoy experimenting with your makeup, and remember, you donā€™t always need something new to create a beautiful look. Sometimes, going back to the classics can give you a fresh and unique perspective.

The Joys of Makeup Playtime

Thereā€™s something so fulfilling about not having any obligations or expectations, just the freedom to let our creativity run wild.
