However, I realized that I might not have purchased the correct ones as they seemed to only enhance the appearance of my normal-sized eyes. Nevertheless, these gray lenses are very pretty and surprisingly comfortable to wear. Unlike regular contact lenses, which no longer work for me after having lasik surgery, these feel perfectly fine. It definitely has a lot more coverage than I was expecting it to have. I was definitely expecting this to be super light coverage because I feel like the vibe over there is very much just like dewy radiant skin, but this is definitely giving off a more glamorous look.
I will say, I’m not loving this applicator. It’s very flimsy and cheap feeling, so it’s taking quite a while to actually apply this product. However, despite that, the D.Power Vegan Cushion is impressing me so far. It looks really beautiful on the skin. Obviously, there’s still quite a lot more routine to go, so I won’t give my final thoughts just yet. Let’s move on to the next step.
The Deer Dollia Concealer
Now, I have two different shades of the Deer Dollia concealer that I purchased in Hong Kong. This brand is a really big brand over there and one of their best sellers in Sephora. The employee was telling me all about it.
I picked up the shade lc3 soft Beach, and I’m just going to go in and apply it. The concealer feels very nice, and it smells good too. I’m impressed so far. I’m using a brush from BK Beauty to blend out this concealer. I just bought this brush on TikTok shop and I’m really loving it.
The Forgotten Contour Product
Oops, I just realized that I forgot to buy a contour product while I was there, which definitely sucks. It would have been nice to complete the full face look with a proper contour. Oh well, I guess we’ll have to make do without it this time.
Onto the Rest of the Routine
Despite the lack of contour, I still have the rest of my routine to complete. I’ll be applying some blush, highlighter, and finishing off with some setting spray.
I have some blush from a local Hong Kong brand that I’m excited to try. The packaging is really cute, and the shade looks perfect for a natural flush of color on the cheeks.
For highlighter, I brought along my favorite one from a Korean brand. It gives the perfect glow without looking too harsh or glittery. I always get compliments when I wear it.

Contouring the Face
I’m just going to use the Patrick to contour and I’m going to go light-handed because that is very much the vibe over there, but we’re still going to add just a little color. Now, I’m going to come to my nose and the craziest thing I learned while doing makeup with Kenny was that they don’t love a tiny, little nose Contour, which is so scary. To me, you guys know I love looking like. I can barely breathe like I’m fresh out of the Beverly Hills rhinoplasty office, and that is not the vibe.
Creating a Beautiful Balance
I will say when he did it on me. I didn’t mind how I looked. I actually thought it was very, very beautiful and it balanced out. My face nicely so I’m going to try my best to recreate that style. I want to do it justice.
Setting the Makeup
Let’s set this face in place because I’m tired of the de, it’s a little too much de, a little too much I’m wet. Who said, why is my wet y’all, please? Why? So? I would like to change that now.

After layering on multiple rounds of powder, I can safely say that I will never be using this particular product again. It’s time to add some blush to bring some color back to my face. I have another product from the brand exal, and it’s a lovely ombre blush. Lately, I’ve been enjoying the ombre blush trend, where I apply a brighter pink shade on the apples of my cheeks and blend it with a lighter pink powder.
I must say, the end result is absolutely gorgeous. The combination of the under eye powder and blush creates a seamless blend that enhances my complexion.
Midtone Blushing: The Tik Tok Trend
I think it was called like midtone blushing, that was the Tik Tok Trend or whatever, but it seems like this light pink might actually be yep thats light highlight, oh, my God.
The Obsession with Radiance and Shimmer
Why do they have like Radiance and Shimmer in every product? I totally understand wanting to have that, like dewy glass, skin type of look, we all love that, of course right. But when I do it, I like to have you know mostly matte products and then pick and choose the products that have Shimmer in them. So I can really carefully place them, so its the most flattering on my face.
A Potential Oil Slick Effect
Every single one of these products so far seems to have Radiance in it, which seems, in theory like itd, be nice, but instead of looking like glass, skin youre, going to look like an oil slick, youre look like youre melting, not a Vibe. Im going to use Some please tell me this doesnt say that its supposed to be dewy the formula insures, your complexion remains bright, radiant and dewy, as if you just applied makeup for an extended period.
Sensational Feeling with Tokyo Rich Casual Grayish Brown
Ooh ooh that smells amazing, hello, M, thats, a gorgeous sensation as well. That feels very nice on the skin lets. Do some eyebrows? I am going to grab the cell Tokyo Rich casual grayish Brown, brow pencil pencil powder.

Is there a powder in here wo? Okay, wait a second! So if you wo, if you twist this up with like a typical brow pencil, but you can also take this off and theres like app wo W an applicator okay and then we have a spoolie on this end too.

Frustrated, I moved on to the other brow, hoping for a better outcome.

To avoid having a harsh line, I’m going to use a little bit of cookie dough and maybe a touch of UV index to buff out the contour. The goal is to achieve a natural and blended effect. Okay, that seems to be giving it the desired look. Let’s continue.

Now, I’ll grab my j14 brush and dip into the same duo shade. We don’t have a lot to work with here, but I’ll put a little bit of this in the crease to add some slight dimension. This will prevent my eyelids from looking flat. Of course, that’s pretty good.
Glittery Center Lid
Next, I’ll take this shimmery shade and use my little finger to apply it right in the center of the lid. This is supposed to create a glittery and reflective look. Hmm, that doesn’t look too great. I don’t want the entire eye look to be dominated by the basic canvas palette, but it might have to be for now. Let me try dipping into a little bit of fin and Gold Coast. Ah, that’s more like it! This achieves the full glittery and reflective effect I wanted.
The Perfect Eyeliner
I bought two different options for eyeliner. The first one is a brown liner from a Japanese brand called super black real lasting eyeliner 24-hour waterproof one day tattoo 10. It was highly recommended to me and I’m excited to try it. The second option is the K palette one day tattoo real lasting eyeliner. I’m not sure if these eyeliners actually last for 24 hours, but let’s find out.
A Language Barrier
The only problem is that I can’t read any of the product information since it’s all in Japanese. Despite that, this brown eyeliner comes highly recommended, so I’m eager to see how it performs.

When applying the eyeliner, it’s crucial that it stays thin. I gently rest the brush on my lash line and start creating a wing, just like how Kenny did it on me before. Surprisingly, this might be the best black eyeliner I’ve ever tried. The precision is remarkable, and the end result is stunning.
