New Products and Favorites
Today, we are diving into a full face of ELF makeup, testing out some viral products from e.l.f. beauty in 2024. In this video, I will be sharing my thoughts on these new products, including some first impressions and favorites from the brand.

I have a great variety of ELF products to share with you, covering each category of makeup. From foundation to eyeshadow, I will be highlighting their new mascara, as well as some lip and blush favorites. Skincare Favorites
In addition to makeup, I also want to talk about a couple of skincare favorites that were sent to me as complimentary products with my order. One of the products is the Super Clarify Cleanser with Nicamide, which has been a refreshing addition to my morning skincare routine. The superhero Nicinamide in this cleanser helps maintain moisture content, tones, and clarifies the skin, making it a gentle yet effective product.
Another standout product from my order is the Holy Hydration Gentle Peeling Exfoliant, which contains papaya and tangerine extracts. This exfoliant reminds me of more expensive versions I have used in the past, making it a great affordable option for skincare enthusiasts.
Prepping the Skin
So I was glad that I got this one its much more affordable and still has great ingredients. So this is what I did to prep my skin. I did this in the morning and now we’ll jump into my foundation and the rest of my e.l.f. products.
Foundation
We are going to use the e.l.f. camo hydrating CC cream. This is a less expensive version compared to It Cosmetics CC cream. I’ve used both and I’ve also used the original e.l.f. camo. I got this in the shade Fair 120 neutral. This also has sunscreen and I have played around with this recently so this isn’t the first time that I’m wearing it. It creates amazing full coverage on the skin and at only $15, it’s a steal.
Concealer
This e.l.f. Hydra camo concealer in satin finish is a new product for me. I got it in the shade Fair Rose. I’m excited to give a full first impression of how it performs. Let’s see how it covers up any imperfections.
Product Application
I must say, the coverage of the CC cream instantly conceals the redness and evens out my skin. The finish is dewy and long-lasting. Moving on to the concealer, I’m impressed by how it blends seamlessly into my skin, giving me a flawless look. The only downside is the strong sunscreen smell from the CC cream, but the results are worth it.
Testing the Camo Liquid Blush
It has a very thick applicator, very similar to their blushes and their lip oil that we will get to shortly. Taking a little bit of this, just where I need some extra coverage. Okay, I think that actually worked out not as Pink as I thought. Oh yeah, all right cool. That was a good match.
Using the Halo Setting Powder
I’m going to take the Halo setting powder in the shade fair. I can’t believe how much I love this setting powder. Normally, since I have dry combo skin, a lot of setting powders will go into the dry spots that I have on my face and just not give me the result I want, it just makes my skin feel patchy. This really does the trick. I will take a fluffy brush and put this in the T Zone of my face, big fluffy brush going to take some of the product and press it all over.
Shaping the Eyebrows
Let’s go ahead and help my eyebrows out. These are what my eyebrows look like naturally. So normally, when I’m doing a full face of makeup, I have to fill them in, and this is definitely one of my Holy Grail eyebrow pencils. It’s a 3 e.l.f brow pen. I love this instant lift brow pencil and, depending on my hair color, I did just dye my hair a little bit more strawberry blonde. So normally I was going for taupe, I’m still going for taupe, we’ll see.
Testing e.l.f. Eyebrow Pencil
Hopefully, everything matches up and looks nice. This has a fluffy spoolie. So you can brush it out, and then it has the product on the other side, so well, go ahead and fill these brows Music together want to play around with this new bite-sized e.l.f eyeshadow palette.
Trying Out e.l.f. Eyeshadow Palette
This has so many beautiful shades. Its definitely up my alley. These are shades that I normally go for in a lot of high-end eyeshadow palettes. I look for these types of colors, so we’ll go ahead and create an eye look probably pop these on the lid and then use the dark brown one to add a little definition on the outer corner.
Finalizing the Eye Look with e.l.f. Mascara
Wow, I’m really liking this eye look. I can’t believe that was created with a 3 eyeshadow palette, so I popped the lighter shade and then I did one of the glowy shimmer shades and added that dark brown to the outer corner. We’re going to just finish up the eye look – and I also just got in this e.l.f lash and roll mascara, and not only does the tube remind me of the Benefit Roller Lash. So does the mascara wand definitely see what they were doing here? First, impressions wow, I am liking this mascara a lot.
Definitely lifting my lashes, okay, maybe a little too much I don’t know but I’m liking it a lot. I think that looks beautiful, okay, I’m getting a ton of lift with that mascara.
Mascara Magic
Okay. So far so good, we will see how this wears throughout the day, but it looks like I’m wearing false eyelashes and I’m very happy with that. I’m very happy with this mascara so far. It did create amazing length, and I think this was a very inexpensive mascara, so I’m excited to keep this in my collection and continue playing around with it.
Bronzer and Blush
Next, we’re going to do some bronzer and blush. I have the e.l.f Halo Glow Beauty Wand in the Contour shade. I’ve played around with a darker version of this, so I wanted to get the lighter one (fair light) because I really liked this shade. So it’s got a cool little wand here, but I think I’m also going to use the Music sponge. I think that’s beautiful and perfect for when my skin tone is super light.
Camo Liquid Blush Drama
I was so excited to place an order for their camo liquid blushes. These are supposed to be dupes for Rare Beauty liquid blush that I have played around with and it’s so pigmented. I have definitely played around with this already and oh my gosh, I made the biggest mistake. I placed three dots on my cheeks and tried to blend that out, I looked like a clown.
Testing e.l.f. Camo Liquid Blush
It was so bad. So if you want to get your hands on this, I want to show you how much product I use, because you just need literally a DOT of product, so it also has a thicker doe foot applicator. This is the color Dusty Rose, and this is literally okay. Maybe a little bit bigger: this is the amount of blush you need and were going to blend it out.
So you can see what I mean: Beauty blender here and show you so that is just enough to give me the effect that I want and if I do want to add a little bit more, we can. I just I think, Im scarred from that three dot.
E.l.f. Pout Clout Lip Plumping Pen
Horror Story: one of the other new launches that e.l.f. came out with is their pout clout lip Plumping pen, and these are supposed to be similar to the tarte ones. They have great lip balms that have this click, and then you get get out the product. I got this one in a neutral beige. Its toasted Ive already been wearing it a lot, and it is a very nice soft hydrating lip pen. It does a little bit of Plumping, but it doesnt have any of those crazy Plumping effects.
So I definitely would recommend picking up one of these here’s the result of how that lip Plumping pen looks in the shade toasted. I definitely think Im going to grab a few more of these and you dont need a lot of product with this as well.
Final Thoughts on e.l.f. Beauty 2024 Collection
The e.l.f. Beauty 2024 collection has a lot of promising products to offer. The Camo Liquid Blush and Pout Clout Lip Plumping Pen are definitely standouts in the line. The blush gives a natural flush to the cheeks with just a tiny amount of product, while the lip plumping pen provides hydrating color with a subtle plumping effect.
