Let’s start our Dollar Tree anti-aging skincare routine with a cleanser. I found one that claims to be similar to Cetaphil, which is paraben-free and fragrance-free. Upon checking the ingredients, I noticed an ingredient called Mi, a common contact allergen. If that’s not an issue for you, it seems like a decent option overall. Another option I considered was the smooth and lift collagen facial cleanser, which contains peptides, hyaluronic acid, and squalane. Although the quantity is smaller compared to the first cleanser, the ingredients seem promising at the same price point.
Anti-aging Treatment
Moving on to our anti-aging treatment, I look for ingredients like retinol, vitamin C, and peptides. I came across the smooth and lift collagen facial serum, which contains peptides, hyaluronic acid, and squalane. Upon checking the ingredients, I found hyaluronic acid, peptides, pomegranate oil, tripeptide 5, and Arginine. While it doesn’t contain retinol, it does have acetyl hexapeptide-8, touted as a Botox alternative. I’m quite intrigued by this product and excited to incorporate it into our skincare routine.
Exploring the Eye Cream Selection
Going to have my little pile of things we are making into a routine cleanser treatment product lets see what else we can find OOH eye cream. I love a good eye cream only if it has good good, anti aging uh ingredients in it. Retinol peptides vitamin C lets see what this has collagen and peptides its a little bit odd way.
Comparing Ingredients for the Best Choice
To put it but lets see what we see in here: vitamin E okay, the peptide they use is oat peptide, Im iffy on that not the best one. Okay, it does have retinol and ascorbic acid, and sodium hyaluronate done were getting this as our eye cream. Okay, I found another eye cream, so lets actually compare it to this one that I picked out and see if its any better peptides hyaluronic acid, taking out the ingredients label, has some good stuff, but okay, it doesnt have retinol like this. One does and the vitamin C so Im going with this one, so this gets put back okay.
Choosing the Perfect Moisturizer
So now we have cleanser or treatment product our eye cream. Now we need a great moisturizer. Something thats simple is fine. This should be doing your heavy lifting for your anti aging treatment, so lets just find something simple: okay, so this brand same as our treatment glowing vitamin C skin cream, o niacinamide ahas vitamin E love. Those buzzwords lets see whats in it. Looking at the ingredients label, yep niacinamide okay, seems pretty good. I, like it, okay bam face moisturizer.
Exploring Dollar Tree Anti-aging Skincare Products
This is easy. This could easily be a nighttime routine, so you don’t need sunscreen, because this is going to be our nighttime routine. We like to use retinol eye creams like that at night, okay, so we have a routine actually already so far. That was quick, so a cleanser, a treatment product eye product and our moisturizer were doing this at night.
Discovering New Additions to the Routine
So we don’t really need an SPF here, but let’s see if there’s anything else fun. I Found A Little Spa bougie section over here. Look at this retinol age defying sheet mask not totally necessary, but how fun is this and honestly, 125 vegan woman-owned were loving. This lets see what’s in it ingredients a whole bunch of things that are going to be hard for me to evaluate quickly, but it looks awesome: okay, throw this in your routine because we are under 10 bucks. So far, so we’re adding this okay.
Exploring Additional Skincare Products
What else? Oh? Do we like these Hydro gels for the eyes and the lips? I actually really love products like these to use under the eyes, never really used a lip one, but these actually can do a really good job, helping get rid of puffiness and just brighten the under eyes. So let’s get these two okay, look what I found Dove sensitive skin. This is like Dermatologist number one recommendation, that’s actually true uh. This is great for the body to cleanse with its hypoallergenic.

This is fragrance free. I love this were getting this too. So we have this that we can add, or I just came across this look.
Body Skincare Options
This is like giving aeno Vibes here. So if you wanted an actual lotion instead of a cleanser, you know choose whatever you like there or how about just restocking. Your Vaseline Vaseline can fix, like any skin condition its exaggeration, but you know what I mean so lots of options here for the body.
Creating a Skincare Routine
It could probably do a whole body video but Im going to grab one of these and we have our routine. So lets recap: before we check out: we have our routine here, our cleanser gentle cleanser. We love that one, our peptide face serum to treat our wrinkles and a little eye cream that has vitamin C and retinol in it. So this is a great one.
Self-care and Anti-aging Treatments

Trying Out the Routine
Okay, so Im home. I got the goods lets. Do this routine together and see if its any good step, one is our gentle cleanser. This is similar to Cetaphil lets, see how it Stacks up its hydrating, its creamy, its fragrance free. It gives a really nice lather so far far. It is soothing and it does not feel irritating on the skin so so far, so good, okay, so my skin feels nice and clean lets go to step two step two.
Eye Cream with Retinol, Vitamin C, and Hyaluronic Acid
Is this anti-aging eye cream? So here it is – this one has retinol, vitamin C, and hyaluronic acid in it, and I think peptides. Pretty good consistency, it’s a little thin. I usually like eye creams that are a little thicker, almost like a balm-like texture. But if you are prone to milia in this area, maybe a thinner formulation eye cream is better. I feel a little bit of a tingle there, but not bad – it feels nice.
Smooth and Lift Collagen Facial Serum with Peptides
Next, let’s move on to our face treatment. I got this smooth and lift collagen facial serum. This has peptides in it. Peptides help build collagen but are way less irritating than retinoids, so they’re a great option if you have sensitive skin or want to avoid retinoids in your routine. Let’s see how this dries on the skin. I want to make sure it’s not tacky, so I’m going to let this set in for a few minutes. Okay, so it’s dried – it feels nice on the skin, not tacky at all.
Vitamin C Skincare Cream with Niacinamide and AHA
For step four, I got the vitamin C skincare cream. It’s smaller than I thought, but you probably don’t need a lot. It has a subtle scent to it, a lightweight cream that rubs in quickly and easily. This has niacinamide in it, and I think it has AHA as well. Feel the nice texture and see how it works on the skin.
Finding Skincare Staples at Dollar Tree
Yes, some vitamin E and vitamin C and that’s the whole routine. Honestly, not bad. The moral of the story is, do not count the Dollar Tree out for skincare. You might just find some interesting skincare staples or new fun products to try.
Final Thoughts on Dollar Tree Skincare
The morning after I did my Dollar Tree anti-aging skincare routine, I have some new thoughts as I was editing back this video footage. So here are my kind of final thoughts on Dollar Tree skincare and this routine.
Experience with Skincare Products
First of all, a couple hours after I did the full anti-aging routine with these products, I had some pilling on my skin. If you don’t know what pilling is, it’s where the skincare products can kind of pill up or ball up on the skin that you can just wipe them away. I did have that. Pilling is unique for everybody; not everybody is going to have the same experience. A product that pills on my skin might not peel on your skin, for example.
Excessive Use of Skincare Products
The other caveat I will say about that is that when I film these skincare routines on YouTube, I actually end up putting way more amount of the product on my skin than I usually would. Sometimes it takes me like a couple of takes to get a good clip without me looking embarrassing or crazy, so I put a lot of extra product on and that can be a reason things pill.
