Real Techniques Concealer Sponge

The first beauty find I want to talk about is the concealer sponge from Real Techniques. This sponge is designed to help achieve flawless application of concealer. I personally find it extremely user-friendly. It has a thin and lightweight consistency, making it easy to blend and build coverage. The sponge is also cruelty-free and vegan, making it a great option for those with sensitive skin.

Tower 28 Swipe Serum Concealer

Next up is the Tower 28 Swipe Serum Concealer. This concealer offers medium buildable coverage with a natural finish. It is also safe for sensitive skin and is vegan and cruelty-free. I really like the consistency of this concealer. It is thin and lightweight, making it easy to apply and blend. The description of “buildable medium coverage” is spot on. It works well when paired with a lighter coverage complexion product.

Tower 28 Sunny Days Tinted Moisturizer

I wanted to pair the Tower 28 Swipe Serum Concealer with the Tower 28 Sunny Days Tinted Moisturizer. This tinted moisturizer not only provides a light coverage but also offers SPF 30 protection. The amount of coverage you get from this product depends on what you use underneath it. If you apply it over a medium to full coverage foundation, it can provide practically full coverage. However, when used over a lighter coverage product, like this tinted moisturizer, it adds just the right amount of coverage.

Comparisons to Other Concealers

When comparing the Tower 28 Swipe Serum Concealer to other popular concealers, such as the elf Camo Concealer or the tarte Shape Tape, one might notice that it is a bit lighter in coverage. However, this difference can be attributed to the fact that these other concealers are typically used with heavier coverage foundations, whereas the Tower 28 concealer is designed to pair well with lighter coverage products.

Overall Impressions

Overall, I am impressed with these random beauty finds. The Real Techniques Concealer Sponge and the Tower 28 Swipe Serum Concealer are both easy to use and offer buildable coverage. The Tower 28 Sunny Days Tinted Moisturizer provides a natural-looking light coverage with added sun protection. If you’re in the market for new makeup products, these beauty finds are worth considering.

Review 1: Tinted Moisturizer

When I applied the tinted moisturizer, I noticed that it had a lightweight feel to it. I used just a little more than I would with a full coverage concealer. To ensure maximum coverage, I used my elf Duo complexion brush to spread it out and make the dots take up more surface area. I didn’t want the sponge to absorb too much of the product, so this technique worked well for me. The end result was a dewy and luminous look that blended seamlessly with my skin. It almost looked like I didn’t have any concealer on, but don’t be mistaken, it did provide medium buildable coverage. If you prefer a concealer that doesn’t feel thick or heavy on the skin, this could be a great option for you. Additionally, Tower 28 is known for being eczema Association approved, making it a suitable choice for those with sensitive skin.

Review 2: Concealer

Now, let’s talk about the concealer itself. I used the sponge to dab it onto my skin after applying the tinted moisturizer. The coverage was impressive, giving me a medium buildable coverage. However, what stood out to me was how well it blended with the texture of the tinted moisturizer. There was no visible thickness or the appearance of a heavy product on my skin. It seamlessly merged with the existing base, creating a natural and flawless finish. This aspect of the concealer makes it ideal for those who prioritize a lightweight and natural-looking makeup application. If you want your concealer to appear undetectable on the skin, this could be a great option for you.

Review 3: Sponge

Let’s delve into the specifics of the sponge. After swiping the concealer onto my skin, I used the sponge to blend it in. The texture of the sponge was soft and gentle, allowing for a smooth application. The dabbing motion helped the concealer meld into the skin effortlessly. I didn’t experience any issues with the sponge absorbing too much product, which can often be a problem when using sponges. It maintained its shape and integrity throughout the application process, ensuring even coverage and a seamless finish. If you’re in need of a reliable sponge that won’t compromise the quality and performance of your makeup products, this one could be worth trying.

Review 4: Coverage

When it comes to coverage, this concealer delivers. It provides a medium buildable coverage that allows you to tailor the amount of product to your desired level. Whether you prefer a sheerer or more opaque finish, this concealer can accommodate both. The formula is effective in concealing blemishes, redness, and under-eye circles. It doesn’t settle into fine lines or accentuate texture, making it suitable for all skin types, including mature skin. The versatility and effectiveness of this concealer make it a standout option in the market.

Review 5: Skin-friendly

Lastly, it’s important to highlight the skin-friendly nature of this concealer. Tower 28, the brand behind this product, is known for being eczema Association approved. This means that individuals with eczema or sensitive skin can trust the brand’s commitment to creating products that won’t irritate or aggravate their condition. If you

Lighter Coverage, But Still Impressive

I was getting lighter coverage than my fuller coverage concealers, just pointing that out there. I could still see some sort of shadows on my under eye that I might not see if I used something that was a little fuller coverage, but once I set it with some powder, I think it really took things up a notch. I used my Maybelline Fit Me Loose Powder and I just like patted it on with my triangle powder puff and then dusted away any excess, and I feel like I’m nearly at the place where I would be with a lot of products, like just sitting here.

A Refreshed and Natural Look

Talking to you, seeing myself in the monitor, I think, wow, it actually looks really refreshed, really nice, not heavy at all. I think this is totally a concealer I’m going to want to have in the rotation and keep using with frequency. Sometimes you have to stop and think, do I want or need the fullest coverage option that’s out there. And if you feel like you can get away with something a little lighter, that’s great. Like I said, if I’m being super picky, I would take a little extra coverage, like maybe on the under-eye area. Here, I feel like I could make that look more flawless with some other options, but yet this does look very, very natural, and I like that, and I like the thought that it survives a day of wear and doesn’t really change its look.

Bite-Size Review: Real Techniques Miracle Concealer Sponge

Thats not always something you can rely on with the thicker products, but yeah these two things working together today. I think its a really pretty base. Look now lets talk about this little sponge here. This is a real techniques. Concealer sponge Im grabbing out my packaging. So I can see here its called The Miracle concealer sponge, and this has been saturated. Okay, its been dampened, so its grown a little bit in in size. It was slightly smaller than this and Ive used this a few times.

A Soft and Squishy Texture

So when you see it in the demo, it looks a little bit dirty, but its nice and soft super duper squishy and the same texture. You know and love from the standard. Real Techniques Miracle complexion sponge, but you know its skinnier, its smaller and your point stays more narrow, so it really does fit the under eye area nicely, and then you still have this flat plane on this other side, which can be nice, for you know, dabbing over.

Versatile Application

What you just did, or maybe, if youre one who likes to apply powder with a sponge, you could bake and use it that way if you wanted to. I think this is a very good size, because, frankly, I could see this being awesome for just applying foundation too and just having a bit more control with it. Its not all that much smaller than a beauty blender but blending in certain foundations with my brush and then taking this and just hitting pinpointed areas where I really want to make sure.

Precision Blending for Smaller Areas

You know those around the nose inner corner of the eye areas where youre, like Okay, its going to be telling if these areas arent Blended enough, so you can kind of like additionally go over those spots, really nice for just hitting those smaller surface areas.

The Final

The Real Techniques Miracle Concealer Sponge is a must-have tool for makeup enthusiasts. Its smaller size and narrow point make it perfect for applying under-eye concealer and reaching smaller, hard-to-blend areas. The soft and squishy texture ensures a smooth and flawless application. Whether you’re using it for concealer, foundation, or powder, this versatile sponge delivers precise and controlled results. Try it out and experience the difference it makes in your makeup routine!

Beauty Blender Review

The first product we’ll be discussing is the Beauty Blender. I must admit, I’m quite impressed with it. The sponge is still slightly damp when using it to touch up midday, which is great for refreshing your look. I believe this could work wonders as a concealer refresher. The mini Beauty Blenders and mini Real Techniques sponges work well for going over your concealer later in the day, rejuvenating your makeup. If your makeup starts to look cakey, this product will definitely come to the rescue. I can already tell that I’ll be using it regularly.

Benefit’s Fan. Fest Mascara

Let’s move on to Benefit’s Fan. Fest Mascara. The packaging is impressive, with an optical illusion-style design on the cap and tube. This mascara features a traditional curved brush that tapers slightly toward the tip. When I first opened the tube, I noticed a considerable amount of product on the brush. While some mascaras benefit from being loaded with product, this one has proven to be a bit of a struggle. Initially, I’m giving it a 25% chance of improving as I continue to use it. Perhaps with time, it will work better for me.

Introducing the Tom Ford Lipstick

Next up, we have the Tom Ford Lipstick. The packaging exudes luxury, as expected from the brand. The first thing I noticed when applying it is how smoothly it glides on. The color is vibrant and long-lasting, and it doesn’t smear easily. I appreciate that it doesn’t dry out my lips, keeping them hydrated throughout the day. Overall, it’s a fantastic addition to my makeup collection.

Discovering the Fenty Beauty Highlighter

Now, let’s delve into the Fenty Beauty Highlighter. The shade range is impressive, with options for every skin tone. The formula is highly pigmented, and a little goes a long way. I’m particularly fond of how buildable it is, allowing me to achieve a subtle, natural glow or a blinding highlight, depending on my mood. It blends seamlessly into the skin and lasts all day without fading. This highlighter has definitely become a staple in my makeup routine.

The Game-Changing Setting Spray

Last but not least, we have the game-changing setting spray from Urban Decay. This product truly lives up to its claims of keeping makeup in place throughout the day. It has a refreshing mist that evenly distributes the product, ensuring all areas of the face are covered. I appreciate that it doesn’t leave a sticky residue and doesn’t alter the finish of my makeup. My makeup stays intact, even in hot and humid weather. I highly recommend this setting spray to anyone in need of long-lasting makeup.

Product 1: Heavy-Handed Lash Mascara

When I first used this mascara, I was immediately struck by how much product it wanted to load onto my lashes. It was as if it couldn’t wait to bulk them up. Unfortunately, the result was not the fluttery, voluminous look I was hoping for. Instead, my lashes clumped together, leaving me with the appearance of having multiple sets of lashes. Not the most flattering look, I must admit.

As time went on, about a week and a half to be exact, I noticed a slight improvement. The application began to build some thickness, but the issue of separation persisted. It seemed that no matter how carefully I applied the mascara, my lashes wanted to stick together. This made it especially difficult for me, as I prefer to apply multiple coats for added volume and length.

Applying a second or third coat quickly became a challenge. The mascara would clump excessively, creating an undesirable effect. I had to be cautious and constantly on guard to prevent my lashes from becoming an unattractive mess.

Additionally, after wearing the mascara for over half an hour, I noticed that the curl I had initially achieved with my lash curler began to fade. This was not surprising, considering the heavy formula of the mascara. It seemed that the weight of the product was causing my lashes to lose their defined curl.

Product 2: Multi-Purpose Tinted Lip Balm

This tinted lip balm claims to offer multiple benefits, but unfortunately, it fell short of my expectations. While the color payoff was decent and provided a subtle pop of color to my lips, the balm itself felt heavy and slightly sticky.

Additionally, I found that the balm didn’t provide the level of hydration I was hoping for. It left my lips feeling somewhat dry, with the need for constant reapplication throughout the day.

On the positive side, the tinted lip balm did have a pleasant scent and tasted slightly fruity, which added a touch of delight to the overall experience. However, considering its lackluster performance in terms of hydration and texture, I would personally look for other alternatives in the market.

Product 3: Illuminating Face Primer

This illuminating face primer promises to give your skin a radiant glow, but it left me feeling slightly disappointed. While it did provide a subtle shimmer to my complexion, the effect was not as noticeable or long-lasting as I had hoped.

The consistency of the primer was smooth and easy to apply, gliding onto the skin effortlessly. However, I found that it didn’t quite live up to its claims of prolonging the wear of my foundation. Throughout the day, I noticed that my makeup began to fade and lose its luminosity.

Furthermore, the primer didn’t do much to minimize the appearance of pores or blur imperfections, which are features I value in a primer. It simply acted as a basic base for my foundation, without offering any exceptional benefits.

Product 4: Clay-based Cleansing Mask

This clay-based cleansing mask aims to detoxify and purify the skin, but I have mixed feelings about its effectiveness. Upon the first application

BITE-SIZE REVIEWS: 5 Random New Beauty Finds

1. Average Mascara, Heavy on the Lashes

That is kind of heavy and is putting a lot of bulk on your lashes right away. So this is an average mascara for me, I feel like it can load up my lashes and make them look kind of big, but at the same time I want to see a lot of lashes.

2. Clumpy Brush, Harder to Control

There are some mascaras that really like you can apply them and you keep seeing a lot of lashes as you go, and it manages to not stick them all together. This brush, I think, is just slightly out of control with the product on it and it’s just harder to control as you go, and there will be that temptation to keep like, especially on this eye for me today, you’re trying to go through it and almost undo some of the clumps, like the purpose of still raking through, is like.

3. Thicker Product, Difficult to Clean Up

I want to clean this up a little bit. I want to get rid of some of the clumps, but you just kind of keep adding on, because the brush is just so thick with product and you might say well just swipe it around on the top of the tube. I don’t like to do that and I don’t think in this day and age we should really have to.

4. Potential Improvement with Continued Use

I mean there are so many mascaras that you pull them out of the tube, and maybe you have to remove a little bit from the tip, but that tube should be taking care of a lot of the excess. There’s a chance that, with time this mascara gets a little bit better as more of it gets used up, but right now I see like from a distance a sort of big lash look but I’m not super duper satisfied with it.

5. Lack of Desired Curl Holding

I don’t love the curl holding either, which is really important to me.

LOreal Voluminous Superstar: A Drugstore Gem

LOreal Voluminous Superstar Red Carpet Black is a drugstore mascara that has quickly become one of my favorite beauty finds. What sets it apart is the primer coat, which differs from the regular Voluminous primer. This primer holds my curl in place better, creating a long-lasting effect that I love. The top coat adds a stunning finishing touch, giving my lashes a voluminous and dramatic look. However, while the overall effect is impressive, some may find it average in terms of performance.

Milani Fruit Fetish Tinted Lip Oils: Creamy and Pigmented

Milani’s Fruit Fetish tinted lip oils have recently caught my attention. I had previously tried their transparent glossy lip oils, but now they have released a new collection of nudes. These lip oils have a creamier texture and provide a bit more pigment. I decided to try a couple of shades from this collection, and I have been wearing one called Lychee Nectar throughout this video. It gives a “my lips but better” look that I adore.

Blackberry Agave: Deeper and Opaque

One of the shades I tried from the Milani Fruit Fetish collection is Blackberry Agave. It is slightly deeper and more opaque compared to Lychee Nectar. I noticed a warm, brownish undertone in this shade, which enhances its beauty. When worn alone, it looks really pretty. Additionally, the lip oils from this collection have a delightful fruity scent that is both refreshing and unique.

Rich Berry Fruitiness

Like Rich Berry fruitiness, I really like it. I think these would look amazing on top of a fully lined lip and filled in lip like take your Revlon Color Stay lip liner and nude use that as your base and then pop these on top um theyre comfortable theyre, a good, Pleasant consistency where I think, Okay, theres thickness there theres enough thickness to hang on, but not too much stickiness to make me constantly be thinking about whats on my lips.

Blackberry Agave

You know I I dont like that feeling theres a very fine line for me. I really like this Blackberry Agave, shade and of the two that I have. That would be probably the one Id be most content to wear on its own, but this lychee nectar is definitely the moment. I put it on my lips. I think thats looking just like my natural lip color with that sort of mauviness, just a lot shinier. Of course, a scent on that is really good. I dont really know what lychee smells like, but this is different from the other one and still like really good Pleasant, not knocking you over with scent, but just a really nice scent.

Lychee Nectar

It just has a little more coolness, a little more pinky tone in this one and is just very much making my lips look like themselves, but a little more color and definitely more shine as Ive been wearing this throughout the video youre. Just seeing that lychee nectar gloss on its own and I think most of the time I would probably pair this one with a lip liner of some sort, maybe a little bit of a pinky lip liner would look nice alongside this.

Dior Lip Glow Oil in Mahogany

I recently got a Dior lip Glow oil in Mahogany and these I kind of feel like a little color, maybe develops on the Dior ones, as you wear them a bit.

Milani Lip Products

The Milani lip products are worth mentioning. They have an impressive amount of pigment, making them stand out from other similar products. Unlike some clear lip products, which merely provide shine, these ones offer a pop of color. Personally, I enjoy wearing both shades and find them to be long-lasting. It’s difficult to determine the exact length of this video, as it feels like time has been dragging on. However, I will continue giving these lip products a lot of use.

Tree Hut Whipped Shea Butter Body Butter

A new addition to my beauty routine is the Tree Hut whipped shea butter body butter. In particular, the limited edition scent called sweet cream caught my attention. When I use the Tree Hut scrubs in the shower, they tend to leave a strong scent lingering on my skin. While I appreciate the fragrance, I often wonder what I should apply on top of it. The sweet cream body butter seems like a logical choice to pair with any body scrub I have used. This product complements the previously re-released pumpkin spice scent that I purchased last year. In comparison, the sweet cream scent feels lighter and less overpowering than a typical vanilla perfume.

Tree Hut Body Butters

You know it’s a little bit more airy and light than that. I love the consistency of the Tree Hut body butters, though. I mean, we’re talking nice and creamy, but not so thick and heavy that you really have to work to break them down into the skin. They feel like a fluffy lotion, if that makes any sense. But I really like the scent. It’s light and I think it will mesh in with any kind of scrub or any body product you use in the shower that you feel like gives you lingering scent.

Real Techniques Concealer Sponge

What was the number one pick out of all these? I might have to go with the Real Techniques concealer sponge. I think this is a really handy size. I think it could also blend in foundation and just give you a little bit more controlled size with that. This is a big win for me.

As a beauty enthusiast, discovering new products is always exciting. These five random beauty finds have definitely caught my attention. From the rich berry fruitiness to the blackberry agave and lychee nectar shades, each gloss offers a unique and pleasant experience. The scents are delightful, not overpowering, and the consistency of the product is just right – not too sticky but with enough thickness to hold.

The lychee nectar gloss stands out as my favorite, giving my lips a natural mauviness with a beautiful shine. Whether worn alone or paired with a lip liner, it enhances the natural color of my lips.

Additionally, I recently tried the Dior Lip Glow oil in Mahogany, and it seems to develop a lovely color as you wear it.

Overall, these new beauty finds are worth a try for anyone looking to add a little more color and shine to their daily makeup routine.

Thank you all so much for your time today and I will see you again very soon.
