This is the K-Secret Soul, 1988 Essence um. This has actually a slightly higher concentration of that snail mucin in it. It’s also got rice ferment, alongside it that’s going to Cal and Soo the skin minimize inflammation, going to double down on that hyperpigmentation fighting qualities of that snail mucin, and I think this is just a more comprehensive formula, it’s slightly cheaper, which I love, and for me I just think it has a nicer texture if you see how this goes on the skin, it still has a thicker viscosity than a traditional serum, but it’s not sticky. It glides on it feels great on the skin, definitely gives you that immediate plumping, and for me this is like a dingding ding Holy Grail. That Cox is like a seven out of 10 honestly, I would Reon that K-Secret one will work so much better for people and have a nicer texture.

However, when you look at this, its got a really beautiful easy to use, pump Glides onto the skin and gives hydration that locked in proven, because theyve released their tests. Spf protection – and this is nice and hydrating – look at that finish. It absolutely stunning.
The New Favorite: Num Buzzing Pure Full Calming Water Sunscreen
I personally love this product and, like I said last year, it was my favorite Korean sunscreen, but at the moment Im just finding I enjoy this, which is the num buzzing, pure full calming water sunscreen that little bit more, this cools the skin perfect in summer. Its super gel light and lightweight. For me, this is my current favorite Korean sunscreen Bar None, and this has just P that skin 1041 to the post.

Of course it comes to personal preference, and both of these are amazing, not surprised its on the best sellers list, but next year. I imagine that this one will be making an appearance and that skin4 one might just be losing some of its popularity.
Joon Apricot Blossom Peeling Gel
Now one product I’m genuinely stunned to find on this bestsellers list is this: the beauty of Joon Apricot Blossom Peeling Gel. Again, I’m assuming it’s because of some viral content that everyone’s in a frenzy to buy this. But I really don’t get it. So, I’ve used this and it’s like a very traditional peeling gel. You kind of work it into the skin and it balls up on itself, which feels very satisfying. It does allow you to take away some of the dead skin cells, but I just don’t see the hype about them as much now.
Why the Hype?
Clearly, there is hype, because this product is up there on the bestsellers list. However, if you’re looking at Joon as a Korean skincare brand, they have other amazing products. Personally, I would say this is my least favorite from their lineup. They have a great sunscreen, amazing cleansers, and beautiful moisturizers. There’s so much going on, but I’m not quite sure why this specific product is their bestseller. Honestly, this has genuinely stunned me. So let me know if you’ve tried this and love it. Firstly, let’s address the elephant in the room – the name “Mugw.” I must say, it’s not the most enticing name in the world of skincare. However, as we all know, we shouldn’t judge a book by its cover, or in this case, an Essence by its name. Unfortunately, the name just doesn’t do it for me. It gives off the impression that it would have a rather unpleasant scent. Surprisingly, Mugw has a completely neutral scent, so no need to worry there. This product is particularly beneficial for those with acne-prone skin, as it helps regulate oil levels and provides hydration. It also possesses some calming properties. That being said, when it comes to these two options, the Secret Key steals the show in my opinion.
2. The Secret Key – A Skincare Gem
Now, let’s delve into the Secret Key. While the IR from Mwat is decent, I can’t help but feel that it doesn’t live up to the hype surrounding it. Perhaps some people find it amazing, but personally, I believe the Secret Key surpasses it any day of the week. This is the holy grail of my skincare routine.

Cuz, like I said its going to be a viral, a hot skincare ingredient of 2024, this one by purito, I personally really love um, purito arent, one of my favorite skincare Brands, Ill, be honest. I I think their sunscreens kind of were hyped. Then they were found to not be delivering the right, SPF and now theyve kind of faded a bit Into Obscurity even with the reformulation, but I do think you know where a brand, even if I dont love the brand, has a good product Im happy to you Know say how amazing it is, and this the galacto nyin 97 power Essence is a great product.
If you want to get your galactomyces in a serum form rather than an Essence like with that secret key one. This is the one Id recommend its going to hydrate. You to the gods, its also got a five concentration of n cinnamide in there. So if you are somebody that already has a n cinnamide serum in your routine, you could almost ditch that swap it in. For this youll get the nice cinem youll get the galac toyes and you dont need to have an extra step in your routine, which for me, is win: win, win, ding, ding ding, so yeah purito, not my favorite brand, but that honestly is amazing.
