Revlon ColorStay Foundation
They say that its medium coverage and its buildable – I would agree with that, but its a little thicker consistency than other foundations that Ive worked with that are also labeled as medium coverage, and for that reason I tend to use a little bit less on application, but It Blends in extremely well its one of those foundations that, even if you let it sit on the skin a little too long before youre able to blend it in its very forgiving and it doesnt dry down too fast.
It gives you plenty of time to work with it, and the results are absolutely phenomenal with this one, its one that even though Im oily and I live in Florida with high levels of humidity here, it stays on my face. It doesnt move it doesnt, budge and thats without primer. This is one that I do not have to apply a primer with. It is phenomenal and its one that I would repurchase over and over and over again, but I feel like its a Hidden Gem, because not many people talk about it. Rave about it – and I feel like Revlon – is like that in general, anyway, theres so many hidden gems in the Revlon line that go UNH Herald for La of a better word that unsung unsung, but this is definitely one that needs to be sung about. Okay, I know I know Im just passionate okay. When I find something I love Im going to, let you know Covergirl.

This is one that was recommended by one of you. I did not write down the name of who recommended this to me, but it came from one of your suggestions when I was talking about hidden gems this past year, Covergirl’s blush in the shade Soft Mink. This is a little booger to find. Let me tell you, you wouldn’t think it would be because it’s been around so long, but it was one that I had to finally order off of Amazon, because I went to several different Walmarts and could not find this shade. I could find every other shade. Not this one, but it was worth the hunt because it’s one of the most beautiful natural flushes of color on the skin and it’s one that I’ve been using consistently since it was recommended. So I want to say thank you to whomever it was that recommended this shade to me. The formula is amazing, also, and definitely a new love for this past year.
La Colors Brow Pencil in Soft Brown
La Colors has a brow pencil that is not talked about enough and I want to say you can find this either in Family Dollar or maybe Dollar Tree. It’s one of those stores where it does maybe more, it may be $1-52. It’s really not that much and the shade that I’m showing you here is Soft Brown. It’s a standard pencil. You wouldn’t really think it would be that great, but it does a beautiful job of filling in the brows and, if you’re on a budget and you’re looking for an affordable option, this is definitely a hidden gem to try out.
