This I find is excellent. I use it all over and it really is quite thick, so it does take a little bit of rubbing in. It doesn’t really have a smell, which I quite like because I find that with scented body products, you know you’re going to put your own perfume on. So this leaves skin really soft. It’s thick enough that the moisturization actually lasts throughout the day and you’re getting the benefit of the added magnesium. Sometimes I use this at night as well because magnesium applied topically in the evening can just help with relaxing muscles, particularly if you get things like restless leg syndrome. That’s really good to use on your legs as well before bed.

Now for the skin, I really need to rehydrate my skin a lot, especially at the moment because it’s cold outside and we’ve got central heating. Just coming into warmer skin conditions, warmer air conditions, rather. So to put something on the skin that locks moisture is a really good idea.
