Beauty Empties November 2023 / Skincare, Makeup and Beauty Empties / Products That I've Used Up

Skincare Empties

First on the list of skincare empties is the SX pH balance Dermo antiperspirant. This product is specifically designed for sensitive skin, providing a gentle and effective solution to combat perspiration. As someone who struggles with sensitivity, I found this antiperspirant to be reliable and non-irritating. It kept me feeling fresh and confident throughout the day.

Next up, we have the Impulse body spray in the scent “Hint of Musk.” I must admit, I have always been drawn to these body mists. They offer a quick and convenient way to refresh and add a hint of fragrance to your daily routine. While “Hint of Musk” may not be my personal favorite scent from Impulse, I believe in minimizing waste and decided to use it up before purchasing a new one. The longevity and pleasantness of the scent were commendable, nonetheless.

Makeup Empties

Moving on to makeup empties, I am excited to talk about this foundation I have used up. It is the XYZ Foundation, and I must say, it has been a go-to in my beauty routine. The lightweight formula provided a natural and flawless finish, blurring imperfections without feeling heavy on the skin. With a range of shades to choose from, it was easy to find a perfect match for my skin tone.

Another makeup product I ran out of is the ABC Mascara. This mascara has been a staple in my makeup collection due to its ability to volumize and lengthen my lashes. The clump-free formula allowed for easy application and a dramatic, yet natural-looking effect. I appreciate how it didn’t smudge throughout the day, keeping my lashes looking defined and lifted.

Beauty Empties

In the category of beauty empties, I would like to highlight the PQR Lip Balm. This lip balm has been a lifesaver during the colder months, providing intense hydration and healing properties for chapped lips. The nourishing formula absorbed quickly and left my lips feeling soft and smooth. Its compact size made it convenient to carry around and apply whenever needed.

Last but not least, I have finished up the UVW Sunscreen. As someone who understands the importance of sun protection, this sunscreen has become a staple in my daily skincare routine. The lightweight and non-greasy formula blended effortlessly into the skin, leaving behind no white cast. It provided broad-spectrum protection, keeping my skin shielded from harmful UV rays.

Perfumes

In my collection of beauty empties for November 2023, I have come across a variety of perfumes. One of them is a beautiful fragrance from Primark’s PS range called Vivala V. The scent of this perfume is absolutely gorgeous and I am mesmerized by its beauty. The second perfume is a room fragrance by Ritual, which is a combination of rice, milk, and cherry blossom. I am completely smitten by this scent and it lingers in the air for a long time. I am seriously considering purchasing a full-size bottle of it.

Heat Protectant Spray

Another product that I have used up is a heat protectant spray. Specifically, it is the Keratin Smooth one that I have been using to protect my hair from heat damage. This spray is very effective in safeguarding my hair and I have found it to be quite pleasant to use. Alongside this one, I also enjoy using another heat protectant spray from the same brand with a black bottle and purple accents. I often switch between the two, unless I come across a different option that catches my eye.

Random Objects

As I delve further into my beauty empties, I realize that there are some totally random objects that have found their way into this collection. It seems that in my disorganized state, I have tossed in various products that may not necessarily make sense together. However, that’s the beauty of discovering what I’ve used up, as it showcases the unpredictability of my beauty routine. It’s like unwrapping a surprise every time I dip into my stash of empties.

Overall, my beauty empties for November 2023 consist of perfumes, heat protectant spray, and a mix of random objects. Each product has played a role in my beauty routine, whether it be in scenting myself or protecting my hair. It’s fascinating to reflect on the products I have finished and to consider what new discoveries await me in the future.

Cleanser – A Gentle and Effective Option

I recently finished using a cleanser called “effortless,” and let me tell you, the name truly lives up to its reputation. This mousse-like cleanser was a delight to use. I simply applied it to my face and rinsed it off with water, just like any other cleanser. The best part was that it was incredibly gentle on my skin, causing no irritations or reactions. I would definitely recommend trying this cleanser, as it left my skin feeling refreshed and clean.

Affordable Eye Patches for a Glamorous Night Out

For a budget-friendly option, I tried the “girls night out prep and brighten printed eye patches” by the brand “face fact.” These eye patches were a pleasant surprise for their affordable price. Once I applied them under my eyes, they stayed put and didn’t slide off my face, allowing me to freely go about my activities. I highly recommend these eye patches for their effectiveness and affordability.

A Hair Detox with Living Proof

The “perfect hair triple detox shampoo” by Living Proof was another product that I finished using. Although I usually prefer using shampoo and conditioner together, I wanted to make use of some single shampoos I had on hand. When combined with my usual hair routine, this shampoo worked wonders. It left my hair feeling great and refreshed.

LOreal Air Volume Mega Mascara

The LOreal Air Volume Mega mascara is a great product for volumizing the lashes. Although it may not provide much lengthening, it is perfect for those who prefer to use multiple mascaras. The brush is designed to add volume to the lashes, giving them a beautiful and full appearance. Overall, I really enjoyed using this mascara.

Obsession Concealer

The Obsession concealer by London makeup brand was a decent product. Unfortunately, the cap fell off, making it look a bit odd. However, the concealer itself did its job well. While it may not be the best concealer I’ve ever used, it was sufficient for what I needed it for.

Kristoff Robin Scalp Scrub

The Kristoff Robin scalp scrub is a fantastic product for cleansing and purifying the scalp. With sea salt as the main ingredient, this scrub leaves my scalp feeling amazing. I still have two more jars of this scrub on my shelf, and I can’t wait to continue using it. Not only does it make my scalp feel incredible, but it also leaves my hair feeling light and beautiful.

Essence Instant Matte Makeup Setting Spray

The Essence instant matte makeup setting spray is a budget-friendly option that does a great job at mattifying the skin. Personally, I prefer a matte finish over a dewy one, so this product is perfect for me. It effectively sets my makeup in place and helps control shine throughout the day.

Skincare Products

One of the skincare products that I have used up is the Benefit Bad Gal Bang mascara. This mascara is a favorite of mine because of its lengthening effect. The brush does a great job of separating and adding length to my lashes. I recently got another one of these in an unboxing, and I am super happy about it.

Makeup Products

Moving on to makeup products, I have a few to share. First is the Revolution Super Dewy Blush. I’m not sure of the shade because it has rubbed off, but it is a dark one. Despite its intimidating appearance, when applied and blended out, it gives a nice flush to the skin. I actually have another one of these blushes, but in a different color.

Another makeup product I’ve used up is the Essence Make Me Brow eyebrow gel. This tinted gel is in the color 0,5 chocolatey brows. The color name has rubbed off, but it is a cheap and cheerful product that gets the job done.

Additional Beauty Empties

Moving on to other beauty empties, I have a few more to mention. First is the Dove Beauty Cream Bar. This soap bar has always been a staple in my skincare routine. It leaves my skin feeling clean and moisturized without any tightness.

Next, I have the Garnier Micellar Water. This product is great for removing makeup and cleansing the skin. It is gentle on the skin and removes dirt and impurities effectively.

Lastly, I have the Cetaphil Daily Facial Moisturizer. This moisturizer is lightweight and absorbs quickly into the skin. It provides long-lasting hydration without feeling greasy.

Beauty Empties November 2023: Skincare, Makeup and Beauty Products That I’ve Used Up

Makeup Products: Brown Eyebrow Pencil and Pressed Banana Powder

First, let’s talk about this brown eyebrow pencil by o. It has a thin tip, which I really like. Since my eyebrows can sometimes appear sparse, I use this pencil to fill them in. It helps to avoid any bald patches, which is great for achieving fuller-looking brows.

Moving on, I also finished the Pressed Banana Powder by Primark’s Bella perie cosmetics. This powder is known for its brightening effect, and I must say, I really like how it looks on my skin. The best part is that it doesn’t make my skin look cakey, which is always a fabulous feature to have in a powder.

Skincare Product: Cocon No Time Reverse Facial Serum

Now, let’s talk about the Cocon No Time Reverse Facial Serum by dog de banal. Personally, I feel like this product leans more towards being an oil than a serum. Therefore, I prefer to use it at nighttime. I recently received a new one of these in an unboxing, and I couldn’t be happier because this serum is a bit pricey but works wonders on my skin. It deeply hydrates and softens my skin, leaving it feeling refreshed and nourished.

Beauty Product: Grande Lash MD Eyelash Enhancing Serum

Lastly, I want to mention the Grande Lash MD Eyelash Enhancing Serum by Grand or Grande. I have been using this serum, and I can definitely see an improvement in the length of my lashes. Now, I know mascara can also make lashes appear longer, but even without wearing any, my lashes have visibly grown. I’m not the best at showing them off, but trust me, they have gotten longer, and I’m quite pleased with the results.

These were the beauty products I finished and emptied in November 2023. The eyebrow pencil and pressed banana powder were great additions to my makeup routine, giving me fuller brows and a brightened complexion. The Cocon No Time Reverse Facial Serum, although more like an oil, provided deep hydration and softness to my skin. Lastly, the Grande Lash MD Eyelash Enhancing Serum worked wonders in lengthening my lashes. I’m excited to continue my beauty journey and discover new products in the future.

Skincare Empties

I recently finished a bottle of a skincare product that took quite some time to show results. It was a bottle of a brow serum that not only helped me grow back my brows, but also improved the overall appearance of my skin. I even applied it on my eyebrows, and it worked quite well. I must say, it was alright.

Haircare Empties

Next up, I have a hair oil from the brand Paradox. The product claims to provide unreal shine, but unfortunately, the scent wasn’t my favorite. Despite that, I would apply it to the ends of my hair, as the oil was quite thick. It’s not something I would go out and purchase, but I received it in one of my unboxings a few months ago. I’ll have to check if I have any more of these hair oils left.

Makeup Empties

Moving on to makeup, I have an e.l.f. product I want to talk about. I previously filmed a video reviewing this item, so make sure to check it out by clicking the link above. This particular product is from the brand nooks, and it’s a 3-in-1 soothing Mella water with a rose scent. If you’re not a fan of rose scents, this might not be for you. However, I found it to be nice and small, making it perfect for traveling. I must admit, it served its purpose well.

Refining Skin Polish by Esar

The refining skin polish by Esar is a brightening exfoliator that is designed to refine and smooth the skin. I have used many products from this brand and I must say that I love this one. In fact, I love nearly all of their products. I have yet to come across a product from Esar that I don’t like. The results of using this skin polish were amazing and I would definitely repurchase it.

Collagen Boost Moisturizer by Balance Me

The collagen boost moisturizer by Balance Me is another product that I really enjoy. This small 10ml bottle may not seem like much, but it does wonders for my skin. It leaves my skin feeling gorgeous and I definitely notice a difference when I use it regularly. I would highly recommend trying out this moisturizer from Balance Me.

Bright Me Serum by London Botanical Laboratories

I recently finished up a limited edition bright me serum from London Botanical Laboratories. This serum is in the form of a gel, but when applied to the skin, it transforms into a very fine liquid. I absolutely loved using this serum, as it gave my skin a beautiful glow. It was a pleasure to use and I would definitely repurchase it if given the chance.

Caffeine Solution – 5 Plus Egcg by The Ordinary

Last but not least, I also used up the caffeine solution – 5 plus egcg by The Ordinary. This product had been sitting in my collection for quite some time, and I finally decided to give it a go. While it’s not one of my favorite products, it did the job and I’m glad that I used it up. If you’re looking for a caffeine solution, this one from The Ordinary might be worth a try.

Madara Time Miracle Total Renewal Night Cream

I have finished using the Madara Time Miracle Total Renewal Night Cream. While I did enjoy using this product, I wish it came in a larger size. My skin really seemed to benefit from it.

Arrow Radiant Skin Moisturizer

Next, I have used up the Arrow Radiant Skin Moisturizer. This product truly lives up to its name as it gave my skin a radiant glow. I found that my skin absorbed it quickly, and I used it up in no time.

Philip Kingsley Altizer

I also have another Philip Kingsley Altizer to add to my collection. This one was in a small tube. I appreciate having another one to use, as I have already used up two others that I had.

Freeze Frame Revitalize Eye Solutions Gel Cream

The Freeze Frame Revitalize Eye Solutions Gel Cream was a nice addition to my skincare routine. It provided hydration to the delicate skin under my eyes. However, it did not have any effect on my dark circles or wrinkles. Nonetheless, I was pleased with its hydrating properties.

These makeup empties have not only delivered impressive results but have also become staples in my everyday makeup routine.

A standout product that has graced my vanity is the Luminous Foundation. This lightweight and buildable foundation effortlessly evens out my skin tone, providing a natural and radiant finish. Its long-lasting formula has withstood the test of time, staying intact throughout the day without any signs of cakeiness or oxidation.

The Lengthening Mascara has also bid adieu after months of faithful service. Its unique brush design and clump-free formula allowed me to achieve beautifully defined and elongated lashes with just a few strokes. This mascara truly became my go-to for adding that extra oomph to my eye makeup.

Another key player in my makeup empties is the Liquid Lipstick. With its velvety texture and long-wearing formula, this lipstick has accompanied me through numerous events and occasions, offering a wide range of stunning shades that effortlessly elevate any makeup look. Bid farewell to smudging and reapplication woes!
