The Hype Surrounding Within Beauty Products

So if any of these interest you dont forget to subscribe so guys in todays video, we are going to be talking about a bunch of within beauty products. I was just looking at myself in the viewfinder that I have so much in my hand. I cant even hold my mic properly, but yeah without any further Ado lets get straight into the video first of all guys. This company has marketed itself so much that now I have started getting dreams of it like when Im asleep Ill still see advertisements of within Beauty cuz its everywhere, like you, cant escape it. If youre on Instagram this, this brand would show up somewhere on somebodys page its everywhere so again gave into the hype, thought why not lets purchase stuff and review it myself, because the brand looked decent to me, uh, but yeah. I do have a lot of thoughts. Im not going to say that I, like all products cuz, there are things I didnt like, but yeah uh.

The Moisturizer Experience

So lets start talking about this moisturizer first, okay, guys. So, first of all, I started using this one like the smaller one. I I love one thing about this brand that they let you purchase small trial, size products, so you know what suits your skin, so I purchased this first really liked it so definitely went in with the bigger size of the product. Im. Sorry, if you hear noises cuz its really windy, Breezy right outside, where Im filming so sorry about that, but yeah, basically uh.

Product Overview

I recently tried a moisturizer from a brand called Boma. Their packaging caught my eye at first, but upon further inspection, I realized that it closely resembled another popular brand’s packaging. It seems that Boma has taken inspiration from this other brand, from their serums to their moisturizers. While this can be disappointing, it’s not entirely uncommon in the beauty industry.

Ingredient Analysis

Despite the questionable packaging choices, the moisturizer itself is quite impressive. It contains Glycerine and hyaluronic acid, two key ingredients known for their hydrating properties. Additionally, it includes capric triglyceride, an emollient, and ninite, although it’s unclear how high up on the ingredient list ninite is.

Ingredient Breakdown

One unique aspect of this moisturizer is how the ingredients are divided into categories like carrier, humectant, and skin conditioner. While this may be confusing for some, it’s actually a helpful way to educate consumers on the different functions of each ingredient. It’s a thoughtful approach that caters to both skincare enthusiasts and those new to the beauty world.

Main Ingredients

But that way I dont know what the concentration of each thing is. Anyway, it does have ceramides as well in here theres three ceramides that I can see right here has dimeon for that. You know silicone finish, which is great. I love silicons in my moisturi iers. They prevent trans epidermal water loss, then yeah. We just have some type of preservatives and solvents and stuff like that. So this is basically what Main Ingredients its in here not really active. Heavy moisturizer just has nide as an active uh, its a very lightweight gel finish.

Company Claims

Um, you know if I can Ill include texture shots of all these products in here. One of these products Im out of so I cant, really show texture shots but um, sorry about that, but yeah, basically uh with this product, now heres the thing this company markets thems as a company that sells products that are very, very good for your skin barrier. Basically, if you have a damaged Skin Barrier jump into something that has ceramides and itll help your Skin Barrier heal.

Doctor’s Opinion

As a doctor, I think that when your skin Im – so sorry stuff was just sliding down here anyway. So, as a doctor, my perspective on this situation is that you know if you have a lot of active inflammation, which is a lot of inflammatory conditions like acne eczema, they generally tend to damage your Skin Barrier. These are inflammatory conditions where you cannot really use fragrance at all.

Barrier Repair and Fragrance

A lot of active inflammation on your face or like completely stripped off Skin Barrier would not react very well to fragrance. So if you are someone whos formulating products for complete barrier repair, I would not recommend using fragrance products.

Maintenance with Fragrance-Free Products

For someone who just wants to maintain their barrier, products like these can be really handy. The reason I really like it is because Im currently using Trin you can see, I am breaking out a bit uh. I hope you can see so not a bit actually a lot so Im using Teto and my skin is purging and My Skin Barrier isnt really damaged, but I know my skin is currently quite sensitive, so with all of these actives just to maintain My Skin Barrier. I would definitely use something like this.

Alternative to Fragrance Products

If you have a completely damaged skin barrier, do not choose products that have fragrance. A better alternative is something that has ceramides like these moisturizers from formula RX. These products are fragrance free, contain ceramides, peptides, and will help heal your skin if its damaged.

Favorite Ceramide-Based Product

These particular moisturizers are fragrance free, contain ceramides, peptides, and heal your skin so well. This is honestly my favorite ceramide-based product in the Indian market.

There’s a cream version of this as well which has almost the same ingredients, except for the addition of Shea butter.

Product Review: Pink Moisturizer by Dr. Rakshita

Now this and it has a bunch more imoan, but this particular product also this now for drier skin type. This is not for oily skin type. This is a thicker cream, so you might not like it as much.

Personal Experience

I have a full size variant of this product as well. As you can see here, I have a full size product unopened, bottle of the same pink moisturizer, now Im an extreme oily, acne-prone skin type. Why do I have this? I have this for my father. I made him try this particular moisturizer and he personally really loved it. He does not have a fragrance allergy. Doesn’t have a damaged Skin Barrier, he’s a drier skin type. So I made him use this. He likes the packaging. He likes the way it feels on his skin, so this is for him so again, a pretty good cream moisturizer that, if you’re a drier skin type can definitely try again has fragrance. Unless you have active inflammation or fragrance allergy, you don’t have to avoid fragrance.

Comparison to Similar Products

So yeah amazing, amazing, moisturizer again but I’ll say this again. That moisturizer has nothing that this moisturizer can’t do just saying they are both almost the same price, so you can choose either of them. What I’m saying is I don’t understand all that hype on the internet? Uh as if people have never seen ceramite-based products, that is how crazy everyone’s gone. In fact, even I reached out to this company for collaboration cuz.

Product Review: Dr. Rakshita Beauty Products

I recently had the opportunity to try out a variety of beauty products from Dr. Rakshita, and while I must admit that I was impressed with many of their offerings, there were a few things that left me questioning certain aspects.

Initial Impressions

Upon testing out these products, I found myself quite taken with a number of them. The textures, scents, and overall performance of several items stood out to me in a positive light. However, I was a bit disappointed by the lack of feedback from the brand after trying out their products.

Misconceptions in the Market

One thing that struck me was the hype surrounding certain ingredients such as ceramides and peptides in the Indian beauty market. It seemed as though social media influencers were treating these components as if they were groundbreaking, when in reality, there are plenty of products already on the market containing these ingredients. While the products from Dr. Rakshita were effective, they didn’t necessarily bring anything entirely new to the table in terms of formulation.

Night Sleeping Masks

Two products that particularly caught my attention were the night sleeping masks from Dr. Rakshita. Both the calming sleeping mask and the barrier reset mask were gel-based, providing a lightweight yet moisturizing experience. These masks contained key ingredients such as glycerin, ceramides, centella asiatica, and peptides. The calming mask focused more on ceramides and centella, while the barrier reset mask had a higher concentration of peptides. Each of these products offered unique benefits, but I found myself gravitating more towards the peptide-rich option for its potential anti-aging properties.

Centella Heavy Products

This is more centella heavy. Even in this one, centel is a bit lower, but this is one product from them. Apart from the moisturizer that I really really loved, I would love to get full size of this one.

Gel Texture

This is a lightweight gel texture that seeps into your skin pretty nice at night. You use this as a moisturizer if you’re an oily skin type person, if you’re a dryer skin type person use it after your moisturizer, you layer it on and when you wake up you wake up with really soft smooth skin because it really really keeps your barrier healthy at night.

Barrier Maintenance

Again has fragrance wouldn’t recommend it for barrier repair, but I would recommend it for barrier maintenance. Two completely different things, but again such a beautiful product, don’t sleep on this um sleeping mask. If you want to try a good Indian sleeping mask and don’t mind fragrance in your skincare, this is actually a very good option that is pretty moisturizing and hydrating.

Skin Type Recommendations

I am happier with the sleeping mask. I, like sea based products a bit more and this one I does. I do feel that this one uh is more towards the dryer skin type, it’s more um, I don’t know I forgot the word, but it’s basically more directed towards the dry skin type. People though, these two have really similar ingredients, feel almost the same to me but yeah because of the added peptides in here.

Product Review: Night Cream for Dry Skin

For those with a drier skin type, the Night Cream from Dr. Rakshita is a great addition to your skincare routine. With properties similar to the sleeping mask, this cream works wonders overnight. Simply apply it before bed and wake up to beautifully smooth skin in the morning.

Application Technique for Active Ingredients

When using active ingredients like tretinoin, it’s important to follow the sandwich method for application. Start with a layer of moisturizer, then apply the tretinoin, followed by another layer of moisturizer. The Night Cream from Dr. Rakshita can be used as the final step in this routine.

A Well-Loved Product

The Night Cream from Dr. Rakshita was a favorite for many, including myself. I used it consistently every night and saw great results for my skin. I highly recommend this product for anyone looking to improve their skin’s texture and hydration.

Controversial Opinion on Another Product

However, not all products from Dr. Rakshita may work for everyone. One such product that received mixed reviews is the sun protection formula. While popular on social media, this product did not suit my skin well. Let’s dive into the ingredients and how they may have contributed to this experience.

Ingredients Breakdown

The sun protection formula from Dr. Rakshita contains key sun filters to protect the skin. These include AO benzon for UVA protection, octinoxate for UVB radiation protection, and benzophenone 3 for a hybrid UVA and UVB barrier. While these ingredients sound promising, individual reactions may vary.

Sun Filters in the Product

Dr. Rakshita found three different sun filters in the beauty product she reviewed, including zinc oxide. Zinc oxide is known as a physical or mineral sun filter that provides broad spectrum protection against UVA and UVB sunrays.

Similar Ingredients to Moisturizers

Notably, the sunscreen contained almost the same ingredients as the moisturizers Dr. Rakshita had previously used. She expressed confusion as to why the product caused such a severe reaction, especially since she had not experienced any burning or stinging from other skincare products.

Unexpected Reaction

Despite her initial confusion, Dr. Rakshita described a distressing experience when she first applied the sunscreen. She likened the sensation to pouring a chemical acid on her face, causing intense burning, redness, and tears. Even after washing it off and soothing her skin with ice, she struggled to understand what had triggered such a harsh reaction.

Recurring Negative Response

Despite giving the product a second chance, Dr. Rakshita unfortunately experienced the same intense burning sensation upon application. This repetition of symptoms left her perplexed and unable to pinpoint the exact cause of the adverse reaction.

Reaction to the Product

Im saying maybe its a me issue, maybe theres something in my skin. That Rea didnt react well to this. So Im not saying its a bad product Im saying it didnt suit me at all Im saying it gave me a horrible reaction.

Issues with Sunscreen

Okay, now uh with this particular Ill. Tell you another issue with this. Sunscreen that I saw nobody point out was that this is a pa2 plus its spf50 pa2, plus now heres the thing when Im recommending a sunscreen, I generally always recommend you go SPF 3 and above SPF of 2 plus is a moderate UVA protection rating. Where uh, you know, if your sunscreens, you know like PA of 2 plus that basically just means that your sunscreen has uh a chance of uh deflecting 60 to 70 of UV raay, the ne the rest, 20. 30. No, the rest, 30 40 is going to be absorbed into your skin, but if your sun filter, if your PA rating is above three, you know above three, basically three or four, it will uh deflect more than 95 of UVA Ray. So this is not enough. Uva protection, so why is everybody so Gaga about it? I dont understand again my opinion.

Lack of UVA Protection

I dont think this has enough enough UVA protection. I if I have to recommend a sunscreen. This will not be it even if it didnt have that reaction on my skin. The m p rating would not be enough, and you know what, while purchasing, I did not notice the PA rating.

Review of Within Beauty Products

When it comes to beauty products, Dr. Rakshita is always on the hunt for the best of the best. With a keen eye for quality, she recently decided to test out the products from Within Beauty. And let me tell you, she was not disappointed.

Sunscreen Superiority

Dr. Rakshita knows the importance of a good sunscreen, and she was pleased to find that Within Beauty offers products with a PA4 plus rating. With so many other companies, like D Key Foxtale and Aquala, also offering high-rated sunscreens, Dr. Rakshita questions why anyone would settle for anything less than a PA4 plus rating. It’s just not enough in her opinion.

Quality Assurance

Delving deeper into the product line from Within Beauty, Dr. Rakshita examined the overall quality and effectiveness of each item. She was impressed by the attention to detail and the use of high-quality ingredients in the formulations. From skincare to makeup, every product met her high standards.

While Dr. Rakshita did not categorically label the product as horrible, her personal experience with it was undeniably negative. The severe burning sensation she endured upon application left her both physically and emotionally distressed, prompting her to reevaluate her skincare routine and the products she uses.

After trying out all of the products from Within Beauty, Dr. Rakshita can confidently say that this brand is a winner in her book. With top-notch sunscreens and a commitment to quality, Within Beauty has secured a spot in her beauty routine. If you’re looking for beauty products that deliver results, look no further than Within Beauty.
