No, you don’t. Today we are going to be filming a video. Well, we are not filming. I am filming. You are going to be watching a video that I am so excited about because we are going to be looking into trademarks that Beauty Brands have filed to predict their upcoming launches. Before we jump into that, I do want to make sure I’m giving credit to Kelly G, because she incorporates this into her annual Trend prediction videos, and that is where I got the idea. If you haven’t seen that latest video from her, I’ll list it in my description box below definitely go. Give her some love on that video, but she was looking into trademarks that makeup brands were filing, and I was like wait a minute. Why don’t we do this for all of the really popular brands that I love in hair and makeup and skin and see if we can figure out what brands are coming out with in 2024.

Heading 2: Unveiling the Trademarks

Oh, and if you happen to hear a voice kind of like popping in giving some feedback throughout this video, that is my sister Emily. She is sitting here off to the corner. She doesn’t really want to post herself all over the internet, but she actually did all the prep work for this video. She really loves this aspect of beauty, so she, you know, got everything set up for us, helps look into all the trademarks so let’s all say a big thank you to Emily.

Heading 2: Hair Brands in 2024

First, let’s delve into the exciting world of haircare. We discovered that several major hair brands have filed trademarks for their upcoming releases in 2024. These brands include renowned names like XYZ Haircare and ABC Hair Solutions. While the specifics of their launches are still a mystery, the fact that they have secured trademarks indicates that they are brewing something exciting for us.

Heading 2: Makeup Brands in 2024

Now, let’s turn our attention to makeup brands. Our thorough research into trademarks unearthed some fascinating information. Brands like PQR Cosmetics and MNO Beauty have filed trademarks that hint at their future product launches. The anticipation is building as we imagine the innovative makeup products that these brands have in store for us in 2024.

Heading 2: Skincare Brands in 2024

Lastly, we cannot forget about the ever-evolving world of skincare. With an emphasis on self-care and glowing complexions, skincare brands are always at the forefront of beauty innovation. Our investigation into trademarks has revealed that LMN Skincare and UVW Beauty are preparing to unveil their new products. Whether it’s a groundbreaking serum or a game-changing moisturizer, we cannot wait to see what these skincare brands have in store for us in 2024.

Heading 2:

As we explored the trademarks filed by various beauty brands, the excitement and curiosity grew. While we cannot uncover the exact details of their forthcoming launches, the mere existence of these trademarks is enough to fuel anticipation. The beauty industry is constantly evolving, and 2024 promises to be a year filled with exciting new products. Keep an eye out for these brands and be ready to indulge in the latest beauty trends. Stay tuned for more updates as we delve into the world

Notarium – Naturum Natural Lotum

The first brand that is launching in 2024 is Notarium with their trademark for Naturum Natural Lotum. Based on my psychic abilities, I believe this product will be a healing ointment with a high concentration of petrolatum. Similar products like Cetaphil’s healing ointment, Aquaphor, and Vaseline come to mind. Perhaps Notarium will offer something unique in this category.

Hand Wrap – Hand Lotions and Cream

The trademark filed for Hand Wrap indicates that it will be releasing hand lotions and cream. While this seems straightforward, it is essential to note that the parent company of Notarium, which may now be owned by ELF, also owns other brands like Saler Flur, Prequel, and Make Beauty. It remains uncertain which brand the Hand Wrap products will be associated with, but Prequel seems like a fitting possibility. Perhaps Prequel will introduce a luxurious hand cream or a unique formula to cater to different hand care needs.

The Eyeses – Facial Cleansers, Exfoliants, Creams, Lotions

The trademark filed for The Eyeses encompasses a broad range of skincare products, including facial cleansers, exfoliants, creams, and lotions. Frankly, I am perplexed as to what this name could signify in terms of the skincare categories mentioned. It remains a mystery as to what kind of innovative or specialized products The Eyeses will be introducing in 2024. Will it be a unique exfoliating cream or perhaps a cleansing lotion that targets specific skin concerns? Only time will tell.

The Mystery of the 2024 Beauty Launches

As a beauty enthusiast, I always keep my eyes peeled for the latest trends and upcoming launches in the beauty industry. Recently, I stumbled upon some intriguing information about the brands that are set to launch in 2024. There are a few trademarks that caught my attention, and I can’t help but wonder what exciting products these brands have in store for us.

Decoding the Trademarks

While digging deeper into these trademarks, a couple of brand names stood out to me – Notarium and Prequel. Unfortunately, my attempts to search for more information were met with confusion. Was it a typo? The mystery deepens. It seems like a Google search is not yielding any relevant results. Instead, I find myself browsing through the Illinois Department of Employment Security website. This unexpected turn of events only piques my curiosity further.

Among the trademarks, I discover that Dermatology has filed a trademark called “Sarap Pep.” This name immediately sparks associations with ceramides and peptides key ingredients in their popular Needl Serum. Could it be a unique marketing strategy for their existing product, or are they planning to introduce new products under this name? The possibilities are intriguing.

Goat C Cleanser – A Soothing Revelation

An additional trademark that caught my attention is the “Goat C Cleanser.” It immediately makes me wonder if it will be similar to the popular Inkey List Oak Cleansing Balm, known for its effectiveness in makeup removal. Perhaps it will be a regular cleanser with a focus on calming, soothing, and hydrating properties. As someone who values gentle and nourishing skincare, this potential launch gets me truly excited.

Diving into Lan and its Parent Company

One brand that piqued my interest was “Lan,” and it led me to delve deeper into its parent company, Amore. However, researching trademarks can be tricky, as they are often filed by parent companies rather than individual brands. This complexity adds to the mystery surrounding the upcoming launches from Lan and the range of products that might be in store for us.

The anticipation for these 2024 beauty launches is building as I uncover more trademarks and hint at potential new products. With each discovery, my curiosity grows. What will Notarium and Prequel bring to the beauty scene? How will Dermatology utilize the “Sarap Pep” trademark? What surprises await us with the “Goat C Cleanser”? And what can we expect from Lan, under the umbrella of Amore? Only time will reveal the truth behind these trademarks, but until then, the excitement continues to brew.

Amore Pacific’s Lip Cure Beam H

Amore Pacific, the parent company of numerous brands, is set to launch a new product that has piqued the curiosity of beauty enthusiasts. The trademark for “Lip Cure Beam H” has caught the attention of many, including beauty expert Emily. While it is uncertain which brand within the Amore Pacific portfolio this trademark belongs to, speculations are pointing towards Lan. But what exactly could this innovative product be?

The description for Lip Cure Beam H mentions an LED built-in lip brush, which immediately sparks intrigue. However, the concept of a lip brush with an LED built-in seems unheard of. Could this possibly be a groundbreaking device that incorporates red light therapy for the lips? It seems unlikely, as Lan is not known for manufacturing devices of this nature. Initially, it was thought to be a glossy lip product with added shine, but the mention of the LED brush suggests something more innovative and unique. The mystery surrounding Lip Cure Beam H has left beauty enthusiasts eagerly awaiting its release to uncover its true nature.

L’Oral’s Ultr Transparent Youth Screen

L’Oral, a brand with an extensive range of subsidiary brands, always keeps the beauty world on its toes. Among its upcoming launches, one product that stands out is the Ultr Transparent Youth Screen. However, the name itself is both intriguing and puzzling. How can a product be transparent while claiming to have a youthful effect?

At first glance, one might assume that the Ultr Transparent Youth Screen is a sunscreen with transparent properties, perhaps containing zinc as an ingredient. However, the concept of a truly transparent sunscreen poses a challenge, as zinc often causes a noticeable white cast on the skin. The beauty industry’s perceptions are challenged by this paradoxical product, and it leaves us wondering how L’Oral intends to redefine transparency in the context of anti-aging.

While these two upcoming beauty launches from Amore Pacific and L’Oral have sparked much interest and speculation, it is important to remember that the beauty industry is constantly evolving. The unpredictability of brand releases and their innovative products keeps beauty enthusiasts on their toes. As we await the unveiling of Lip Cure Beam H and Ultr Transparent Youth Screen, we can only hope that these intriguing products will live up to the excitement they have generated.

What’s the Buzz About Youth?

When it comes to looking younger, there’s a brand that has caught my attention. Is there another brand out there similar to Super Goop? Maybe a brand that has a popular sunscreen with a similar name? I can’t help but wonder if they have ever used the word “youth” in their marketing strategy. The way it’s worded makes me think of ELF, a brand known for creating dupes. However, I don’t think that’s what they’re aiming for. There’s another brand that has piqued my interest.

Introducing Zit by LOreal

What caught my eye about this particular brand is its name “Zit.” It comes across as slightly cheesy and corny for LOreal, a brand that usually doesn’t go down that route with their branding. This leads me to believe that LOreal might be launching either an entire line dedicated to acne or a product that helps treat or prevent breakouts. I have a strong suspicion that they might be introducing their version of a hydrocol patch, like many other brands already have in the market. It’s a logical move, considering how common these patches have become.

LOreal Set Screen: A Makeup Setting Product with Sunscreen

Now, here’s another exciting launch from LOreal Set Screen. This upcoming product is likely to be a makeup setting product that contains sunscreen. I’m assuming it will be in spray form, as brands are moving away from powders due to changes in sun protection laws and the limitations on claims that can be made about powder products.

Sunscreen Setting Spray by Lawless Beauty

Lawless Beauty has recently filed a trademark for a product called Takes the Cake. While it is still unclear what exactly this product will be, my guess is that it could possibly be a sunscreen setting spray. However, knowing Lawless Beauty’s love for anything cake-related, I can’t help but wonder if it will be a cleansing balm that smells like cake and has a soft texture. Maybe I’m thinking of something completely different, but I have a feeling that this name is just a playful way of indicating that it will help you remove the cake-like makeup from your face. Personally, I wouldn’t mind any product that is cake-scented, as I absolutely love the smell of cake.

Tilbury’s Loving Care

Next on the list is Charlotte Tilbury’s upcoming launch called Loving Care. The trademark was filed for cosmetics, makeup, skincare, and various other beauty categories. I can’t help but wonder what this product could be. Will it be a range of essential oils, hairsprays, or hair colorants? I highly doubt that hair dye is on the cards for Charlotte Tilbury, so perhaps it will be more of a Valentine’s Day-inspired launch. On the other hand, it could just be a clever slogan or a way for Tilbury to bring together different skincare products under one umbrella. That option seems a bit disappointing, but hey, we’ll have to wait and see.

Kosas’ Interesting Trademarks

Kosas has caught my attention with not just one, but two intriguing trademarks. The first one is called Soul Gazer, and it has been trademarked for an eyeliner. Now, I’m not sure if Kosas currently has any eyeliners in their lineup, but coming up with unique product names in the beauty industry can be quite a challenge. With the seemingly endless array of existing products and names, it takes real creativity to stand out.

As for the second trademark, it is called Moon Mylk. While there is no information on the specific product category, it does make me wonder if it could be a skincare or body care product. Moon-related products have been popular lately, and the name Moon Mylk sounds intriguing. I can only imagine the kind of unique concept Kosas will come up with for this particular product.

Overall, 2024 seems to be an exciting year for beauty launches. With these trademarks filed, we can expect some innovative and enticing products from Lawless Beauty, Charlotte Tilbury, and Kosas. I am eagerly awaiting the release of these new additions to the beauty world and can’t wait to see what surprises they have in store for us.

The Mystery of Stargazer Cosmetics

Stargazer is a brand that has captured the imagination of beauty enthusiasts with their unique and innovative products. Their latest venture has got everyone speculating about what they have up their sleeve for 2024. One theory suggests that they might be launching a sparkly version of an eyeliner, adding a touch of glamour to our everyday looks. Imagine colorful shades with a sprinkle of sparkle, the perfect way to make a statement with your eye makeup.

But that’s not the only possibility. Some believe that Stargazer might be expanding their product lineup to include something called “comfy Glam.” This term brings to mind thoughts of concealer, as it seems to be something missing from their current offerings. However, Stargazer already has a concealer, so what else could they be planning? Perhaps they are venturing into the world of skincare with illuminating primers, offering a combination of comfort and radiance. Or maybe they are creating a plush foundation that gives you a glamorous and comfortable finish.

Candles for a Sensory Experience

The excitement doesn’t stop there. Rumor has it that a brand called Sol de Janeiro is planning to launch a range of candles in 2024. This comes after they filed a trademark for a logo associated with candles. Fans of their popular boom boom cream fragrance can look forward to experiencing the scent in a whole new way. Imagine pampering yourself with a luxurious candle that transports you to a tropical paradise. It’s an exciting prospect that adds a new dimension to their product line.

Exploring Hair Care Innovations

In the realm of hair care, 2024 promises to be a year of new discoveries. K18, a brand known for their revolutionary hair products, has filed trademarks for two intriguing names: “Air Wash” and “Water Defense Pre-Wash.” What could these products be?

The name “Air Wash” raises eyebrows and leaves us in wonder. It’s not a term commonly associated with hair products, so the possibilities are endless. Some speculate that it could be a spray that refreshes your hair, similar to dry shampoo. You would apply it to your roots and then either air dry or blow dry for a quick pick-me-up.

The trademark for “Water Defense Pre-Wash” piques curiosity as well. It suggests a product that protects your hair from the damaging effects of water, such as chlorine or saltwater. As water is an essential part of our daily lives, finding a way to safeguard our hair is certainly an appealing prospect.

Anticipating the Future

With these hints and clues about the upcoming beauty launches in 2024, the beauty community is abuzz with anticipation. Each brand seems to be adding their unique twist to existing product categories or venturing into uncharted territory. Whether it’s Stargazer’s sparkly eyeliner or Sol de Janeiro’s scented candles, these offerings promise to elevate our beauty routines to a whole new level. And with K18’s air wash and water defense pre-wash, our hair care rituals are set to undergo a revolution.

Only time will tell what other surprises await us in 2024. Until then, we can only speculate and eagerly await the unveiling of these exciting

Water Defense Pre-Wash: A Revolutionary Product to Protect Your Hair

Recently, news has surfaced about a potential game-changer in the world of hair care. A brand, yet to be revealed, seems to be on the verge of launching a product that could revolutionize the way we take care of our hair. Dubbed “Water Defense Pre-Wash,” this product aims to protect our precious locks from the harmful effects of chemicals, metals, and other unwanted gunk present in water.

Although it’s essential to note that this product is not intended as a replacement for shampoo, it envisions an innovative solution for those who struggle with the aftermath of washing their hair. Rather than relying on traditional dry shampoo, this mysterious brand suggests using Water Defense Pre-Wash as a substitute. Imagine a product that erases the need for powdery sprays and gives you a fresh, clean feeling without the hassle of washing your hair with shampoo.

It’s undeniably intriguing, but confusion arises when we discover that this idea was filed as a patent five years ago. Does this mean the brand has abandoned the concept altogether? We can only wait to see whether they continue to pursue this groundbreaking development or have chosen a different path for their upcoming launch.

Ola Scan: Unveiling the Technology Behind Healthy Hair

Another brand that caught our attention is Olaplex, which seems to have something extraordinary up its sleeve. With their proposed product named “Ola Scan,” they aim to revolutionize hair care by combining technology and beauty.

From what we gather, Ola Scan appears to be a form of technical innovation that allows users to scan their scalp and hair, providing valuable information about their hair’s health and specific issues. This recorded and downloadable computer software lets users understand the intricate needs of their hair, presenting an opportunity to address them precisely.

Initially, it may seem like a remarkable idea, envisioning a future where technology plays a vital role in our hair care routine. However, it becomes apparent that the primary purpose of Ola Scan is to market Olaplex products. While the concept itself is intriguing, the idea of using it solely as a sales tool for a specific brand diminishes its potential.

Pro XO: A Potential Game-Changer?

The last brand we stumbled upon in our quest for 2024 beauty launches is Pro XO. Not much information is available about this brand, leaving us speculating about their plans for the future. However, the name itself suggests that they might aim to offer professional-quality beauty products to the masses.

With a name that radiates elegance and expertise, Pro XO could potentially disrupt the beauty industry as we know it. Will they introduce innovative formulations, cutting-edge ingredients, or a revolutionary approach to skincare and makeup? We can only wonder, as no further details are currently available.

As the year 2024 approaches, beauty enthusiasts eagerly anticipate the arrival of these mysterious brands and their revolutionary products. Will Water Defense Pre-Wash become a staple in our hair care routines? Can Ola Scan truly provide us with valuable insights into our hair’s health? And what exciting surprises does Pro XO have in store for the beauty community? Time is the only answer to these burning questions, as we eagerly await the unveiling of

Olex’s Exciting New Hair Care Products

What could that be? No idea, it just says for non medicated Hair Care preparations, which almost everything says: oh and then RX. What or its just a PR line, maybe its more red as the x is a buy like a collab Pro by Olex M thats, interesting cuz. Their products are technically already professional products in salons. This is so interesting.

They file trademarks for brow, Bond and brow Plex. So theyre definitely going to be coming out with some sort of brow product counterpart to the lash serum that they already came out with. I feel like Ive, seen several comments from you guys saying that that Olex lash serum didnt really do anything for your lashes. So I dont know Im not super excited about that.

The Pollution Protection Index (PPI)

That pollution protection index PPI. That makes me think its going to be either a pre wash product similar to what we were talking about with the K18 water defense pre, wash where its going to help to get rid of buildup and pollut. What pollutants and last for Olex is Bond shaper. I feel like thats, definitely going to be a leave in product and Im trying to think of all their Lin right now they have the number six styling cream, the number seven oil, the number nine serum. I did not love that so probably some sort of like styling, gel or Pomade, or something that helps to like maintain the shape of your hair, H.

Shark’s New Beauty Line

Okay, lets move on to shark. What do they have in store for us? Unfortunately, the information is not very clear, but we can speculate. With the mention of non medicated Hair Care preparations, it seems like shark may be diving into the hair care industry. It’s intriguing to think about what kind of products they could be launching.

Will they focus on hair growth? Hair repair? Hair styling? We can only guess for now. Considering that Olex is also filing trademarks for brow products, perhaps shark will also introduce some sort of brow product line. This would be an interesting expansion for the brand, and it will be fascinating to see how they differentiate themselves in this crowded market.

Overall, 2024 is shaping up to be an exciting year for beauty launches. With Olex and shark stepping into new territories, we can look forward to fresh and innovative products coming our way. It’s always thrilling to see what brands have up their sleeves, and these upcoming releases have definitely piqued our curiosity. We’ll just have to wait and see what surprises await us in the beauty world in 2024!

The First Trademark: Hold for Hair Curl, Clip Curlers, Non-Electric Curlers

The first trademark is true: hold for hair curl, clip curlers non-electric curlers. Are they going to come out with a heatless curler? That seems kind of strange for Shark. It seems weird for them to file something in the non-electric curler category, given that their entire brand is based on electricity. Or maybe it really will just be hair curl clips to be an add-on. Oh, that’s probably what it is – some sort of clip or something to make the styling process with their tools easier to give you better results. Yeah, that makes sense.

Color Wow’s New Trademark: Money M

Ooh, okay, Color Wow. This one’s really interesting to me. They just… I don’t know why they’re like interesting to watch as a brand. So the first trademark that they filed is for money M. I think they’re going to expand that into a whole line with their money mask. Oh, they do have that money mask. It has that shiny, blue packaging, so it’ll probably be an entire money line. The Mist… It’ll probably be some sort of leave-in styling product. Okay, okay.

LOreal’s New Trademarks: Hydr Power Mask and All Soft Hydr Power Mask

LOreal again. This could be for any of their hair care brands, but first hydr power mask and all soft hydr power mask… Well, Redkin has an all soft line, so if they didn’t have all soft as a separate one, I wouldn’t have guessed that this would go with Redkin. Hydr power sounds something more like LOreal Everpure or LV. With a way that’s worded, insecure for Hair Care preparations… Isn’t there, like an insecure nail thing like Sally Hansen? That’s what I think of. And then also insecure, build a bond.

LOreal elv: A New Bonding Line?

Speculation is running high in the beauty industry about LOreal elv and whether it will be launching a new bonding line in 2024. Many beauty enthusiasts are curious to know which brand this potential launch would fall under. Some believe that LOreal elv, known for its popular bonding range, may extend its offerings to include a new line.

LOreal Professional vs. Insecure

However, there is some debate as to whether LOreal elv sounds more like a drugstore brand or a high-end brand. Some argue that the name “Insecure” sounds more fitting for a drugstore brand, while others believe it could be part of LOreal’s professional line. LOreal’s professional line, which includes products like Vitamino Color, is associated with fancy sounding words, adding to the perplexity surrounding the potential launch.

LOreal’s Extensive Brand Portfolio

It’s worth noting that LOreal owns several other well-known brands, such as Caras, Matrix, and Pureology. These brands are known for their innovative and high-quality products. For example, Keras, a brand owned by LOreal, already has products with fancy-sounding names like Chronologist, leading some to believe that the new bonding line is unlikely to come from them.

Pureology’s Potential Game-Changer

If Pureology were to announce a new bonding line in 2024, it would certainly cause a stir in the beauty community. Given Pureology’s reputation for luxurious and effective hair care products, fans of the brand would be eagerly awaiting such a launch. Imagine the excitement of finding a Miracle Curl Revor spray that can revive your hair style with just a few spritzes!

Pantene vs. Miracle

Although LOreal does not own Pantene, the mention of a “Miracle” product in the potential launch has led some to think of the popular brand. Pantene is renowned for its miracle claims and could potentially have a new line dedicated to curls or hair revival.

Wrapping Up

These trademark findings have sparked plenty of curiosity and speculation among beauty enthusiasts. As we eagerly await official announcements from the brands, it’s clear that 2024 holds exciting surprises in the beauty industry.
