However, it seems that the only products marketed to anyone over 50 are glowing products that provide hydration. While hydration is important for all skin types, it can be frustrating for those with oily skin. Many products targeted towards our age demographic are geared towards drier skin types. This makes sense as dryness is more common in mature skin, but it can leave those with oily skin feeling left out.

As someone with oily skin, I understand this frustration all too well. However, I since discovered on my own and from my viewers, telling me that this is actually better used, best used as a primer. It contains ingredients to help reduce the look of pores. It contains ingredients to combat sebum production and sweat, but it also contains hyaluronic acid. So your skin stays hydrated in this demo.

Oops, I Overdid It!

Unfortunately, I did take a little bit too much product, but this is about how much I would use if I were going to use it just as a foundation. Under my makeup, I typically try to use a little less, but I thought instead of using my fingers for the demo, I would use a little scooper and honestly I just got too much out. I should have just used my fingers like I normally do, and what I do is I pat it into my most oily areas, and then I go in with a light coverage foundation on top.

Color Corrector for a Hydrated Under Eye

On top of a color corrector and as we all know, the more product you layer, the more chances there are of the end, looking a little heavy or dry. The last thing you want is a color corrector that is going to make any area of your face, but especially your under eyes, look parched and just dehydrated, and this actually has a little bit of a Sheen finish to it. So not only is it color correcting those really dark circles, its also giving a more youthful sort of hydrated glowing effect to the under eye.

As you saw in the demo, I used a brush to pick up the product. I didnt just go in like this. However, you can you can apply it any way you want if you have some discoloration on the face and thats what youre going to use this, for. You can absolutely go in. You know just like this and then Pat out with your finger or with a brush.

Neutral, Matte Eyeshadow Palette for Versatile Looks

Next up is this neutral, matte eyeshadow palette from vizart a couple of months ago, when Patrick, to launched his major Dimensions: 3, all matte, eyeshadow palette and the internet was going wild over it. Of course, I purchased it and reviewed it. Not only did I review that palette, but I compar compared it to the ever popular Master, mattes eyeshadow palette from Makeup by Mario, as well as the new Kylie Cosmetics, all matte palette, and the comments of that video were Fast and Furious.

When it comes to beauty favorites, one product that I really wish I had tried sooner is the Viart All Matte Palette. This Parisian brand has a huge cult following among makeup artists and beauty lovers, and I now understand why.

For years, many of you have recommended that I try Victoria Beckham Beauty, and I must admit, I had my reservations. The brand was not easily accessible, with only a few physical stores and an online presence. But recently, I stumbled upon a store called Violet Gray during my visit to Los Angeles, and I finally had the opportunity to experience the Victoria Beckham line in person.

Walking into the charming little makeup Boutique on Melrose, I was immediately drawn to the sleek and sophisticated packaging of the Victoria Beckham products. The attention to detail was evident, and it piqued my curiosity.

One product that caught my eye was the Smoky Eye Brick. The shades were richly pigmented and catered to a variety of skin tones, including deeper ones like mine. I swatched the eyeshadows on my hand, and I was amazed at the smooth and creamy texture. It glided on effortlessly, and the color payoff was exceptional.

Another standout from the Victoria Beckham line was the Satin Kajal Liner. The sleek, black pencil was a statement in itself. I had often struggled with finding an eyeliner that would stay put on my waterline without smudging or fading. But after trying the Satin Kajal Liner, I was blown away by its longevity and intensity. I decided to start with the Mothership Eyeshadow Palettes, and let me tell you, they are worth the hype. The pigmentation is out of this world, and the shades blend effortlessly. Each palette offers a variety of finishes, from metallics to mattes, allowing for endless creativity and versatility.

There were several products that looked interesting to me, but I did go in with a budget and I had some products in mind that were specifically recommended to me. Like these Victoria Beckham lid lusters, these come in eight Shades in retail for 36. I purchased the shades t Rose and starlight, and I decided today to go for t Rose holiday season is upon us if you are looking for the fastest way to take your look from day to night or elevate your makeup to just that next level.

Gorgeous and Glamorous

Get yourself one of these lid lusters theyre, just I cant even explain how beautiful they are. They do remind me quite a bit of The Hourglass scattered light eyeshadows, but theyre a little bit more refined. I find that the scattered light, while theyre gorgeous they are a little bit more. At least the one I have is a little bit more of a chunky has a little bit more of a chunkiness to it, whereas this formula just seems to go on a little bit, smoother, both are extremely buildable. You can layer them to your desired intensity and I just apply them with my finger and I just Im crazy crazy about these Im.

Luscious Lip Definer and Posh Gloss

Also really loving the lip definer. I purchased it in shade two and I purchased the Posh gloss in the shade Picante. This gloss is one of the best formulas Ive ever tried. It goes on so smoothly. It doesnt run outside my lip lines.

As I apply the lip definer, it glides without any resistance. The texture is creamy and the pigmentation is just right. It creates the perfect outline for my lips, giving them a defined shape that lasts throughout the day. Once I apply the Posh gloss in Picante, it adds the perfect pop of color and shine to my lips. The gloss is not sticky at all and feels incredibly comfortable on my lips. It stays in place and doesn’t feather or bleed outside my lip lines, which is a major plus for me.

These two products, the lip definer and the Posh gloss, have become staples in my daily makeup routine. They add a touch of elegance and sophistication to any look. I wish I had discovered them sooner, as they have truly elevated my lip game. You just use warm water and your fingertips, and the tubes just slide off your lashes. It can be a little bit scary at first because it does look like your lashes are coming out, but it’s not your lashes, it’s just the tubes. Then you wake up the next morning, and you don’t have any smudges or flakes or anything. It is such a clean removal process. That is something I have found across the board with these Thrive products. They are really, really long-lasting.

Kim Blush: The Perfect Everyday Nude Pink

This blush is so pigmented. They sent it to me in one shade called Kim. I will definitely be ordering more. It is the perfect everyday nude pink. It is so richly pigmented, and it also has this sort of diffusing effect on my skin. It’s just honestly one of the most beautiful blushes I’ve ever tried.

The Amazing Liquid Eyeliner

I love, love, love this liquid eyeliner. It is so easy to use. This is the most perfect dark brown. If you don’t want to use black, although you can get it in Black, this shade is perfect. It glides on smoothly and lasts all day. It’s a game-changer for achieving that perfect winged liner.

This brightener is my new favorite for well brightening, especially right here in the inner corners. I’m putting a little bit right under the arch of my brow.
