I’m not typically a fan of matte or long-wearing lipsticks because they’re usually pretty drying and uncomfortable. They can feel tight and they’re not usually flattering, especially if you have dry or mature lips or any kind of lines or texture. So why am I going to bother trying it? I mean, these have been out for a while, but fast forward, and here we are. I caved and I’ve tried it, and I actually do like this formula. It’s different from a lot of other matte lipsticks that I’ve tried in the past. It’s not nearly as drying, and it’s really comfortable to wear. It doesn’t accentuate any dryness or lines on my lips, which is a big plus. The color payoff is also really great, and they have a wide range of shades to choose from.
