The Great: Jinsen Cleansing Oil

The Jinsen Cleansing Oil from Beauty of Joseon is a product that I have thoroughly enjoyed using. Despite the completely empty bottle, it is a clear indication of how much I have appreciated this cleansing oil.

The So-so’s:

Moving on to the so-so products, these are the ones that I would use once but will not repurchase. One of these products is the…

The Bads:

Lastly, we have the bad products. These are the ones that I simply would not purchase again. One example of a bad product from Beauty of Joseon is…

Beauty of Joseon offers a range of skincare products that cater to different preferences. While some products deserve praise for their effectiveness and quality, others may not live up to expectations. It is important to consider individual needs and preferences when selecting skincare products.

The Great: Lightweight Cleansing Oil

This cleansing oil by Beauty of Joseon is definitely a standout product. It is a lightweight oil that contains 50% soybean oil and 0.1% ginseng seed oil, which are both known for their hydrating properties. Not only does it boost hydration, but it also helps to reduce fine lines and wrinkles. The best part? Unlike many other ginseng-based products, this cleansing oil has a subtle and pleasant smell of ginseng. It doesn’t have the strong and unpleasant odor that is often associated with ginseng products. Overall, this cleansing oil is a winner in terms of its formula and scent.

The So-so’s: Stubborn Makeup Removal

While this cleansing oil does a great job of removing dirt and impurities, it falls a bit short when it comes to stubborn makeup removal. In my personal experience, it struggled to remove my waterproof mascara effectively. However, it’s worth noting that one of my subscribers mentioned that this cleansing oil worked well for her in removing makeup. It could be possible that the product performs differently depending on the individual and the specific makeup products used. So, it might be a hit or miss for some people when it comes to removing stubborn makeup.

The Bads: Lack of Repurchase

As you can see, I have completely emptied this bottle of the cleansing oil. However, I have chosen not to repurchase it. The reason behind this is that, as a content creator, I am currently testing out other cleansing oils that I believe deserve more attention. If I were not a content creator, I would definitely consider repurchasing this cleansing oil because it is truly nourishing and provides a lovely ginseng massage while cleansing. It’s a great product overall, but due to my personal circumstances, I have decided to explore other options.

Beauty of Joseon Nitty Cream Review

I want to show you the Beauty of Joseon Nitty Cream. I have done a short video on this, showing you the unboxing and my thoughts on this cream. I also featured it in my Holy Grail Korean skincare products that I’ll use forever video. This cream was actually one of the very first products that Beauty of Joseon released and it captured the attention of the Western market. However, it seems like the attention this cream had has been stolen by other great products. I don’t disagree, but this cream is truly out of this world.

Recently, my favorite skincare channel, Pamper Wolf, did a video on the top six Beauty of Joseon products, and she also mentioned this cream as being out of this world. So, I was really glad to hear that, as this cream totally deserves more attention. It is enriched with nourishing hanbang skincare ingredients such as 5-Ginseng Root Extract, 29 Rice Extract, and Squalling. I mentioned in my previous video that Squalling helps reduce the appearance of pore size, so all the ingredients in this cream work in so many ways: moisturizing, brightening, skin tightening, and anti-aging. This is really a well-balanced and divine cream that feels luxurious but is inexpensive. It is truly amazing.

Beauty of Joseon Radiance Cleansing Bomb Review

Next, let’s talk about the Beauty of Joseon Radiance Cleansing Bomb. This cleansing bomb has a really pleasant texture and it does its job really well. It effectively removes makeup and impurities from the skin, leaving it clean and refreshed.

The formula of this cleansing bomb is gentle yet effective. It doesn’t strip the skin of its natural oils, making it suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin. It contains nourishing ingredients like Rice Water and Hanbang Extracts, which help to brighten the skin and improve its overall radiance.

The packaging of this cleansing bomb is also very convenient. It comes in a tub form, making it easy to scoop out the desired amount of product. The scent of the cleansing bomb is also very pleasant, adding a sensory element to your skincare routine.

Beauty of Joseon Revitalizing Serum Review

Moving on to the Beauty of Joseon Revitalizing Serum. This serum is a game-changer for those looking to brighten and revitalize their skin. It is packed with powerful ingredients that work together to improve the skin’s overall appearance.

The formula of this serum is lightweight and absorbs quickly into the skin. It doesn’t leave any sticky or greasy residue, making it perfect for layering with other skincare products. The serum contains Niacinamide, which helps to even out skin tone and reduce the appearance of dark spots and hyperpigmentation.

In addition to Niacinamide, this serum also contains Ginseng Root Extract and Rice Extract, which are known for their anti-aging properties. These ingredients help to smooth out fine lines and wrinkles, leaving the skin looking more youthful and radiant.

Beauty of Joseon Repair Serum Review

Now, let’s discuss the Beauty of Joseon Repair Serum. This serum is specifically designed to repair and nour

Beauty of Joseon Cleansing Balm: The Great

The Beauty of Joseon Cleansing Balm is a highly effective product that effortlessly removes all dirt, impurities, and stubborn makeup, including IR makeup. It brings to mind another cleansing product that is also incredibly effective, known as the clean bual from Haish Heish. In fact, I have even featured the clean bual in my Sty Vanner media 2023 winners video for its outstanding cleansing capabilities. The Beauty of Joseon cleansing balm is quite similar to the clean bual, but what sets it apart is that it is fragrance-free. In addition, this product contains skin-benefiting ingredients such as rice brand water, known for its skin-brightening and moisturizing properties. The packaging also includes a handy spatula, allowing for easy application and use.

Beauty of Joseon Revive Eye Serum: The Great

The next impressive product from Beauty of Joseon is their Revive Eye Serum with jinsen and retinol. I have mentioned this eye cream multiple times in my previous videos, and it has received considerable acclaim. This eye serum was not only featured as my number one product in the best of YouTube, Jon shorts, but it also made its way into my star Vana media 2023 winners video, as it triumphed in the highly competitive best eye cream category. This eye serum is highly nourishing and well-formulated, containing 10% of and root extract and vitamin A, more commonly known as retinol. These ingredients work together to provide exceptional care and rejuvenation for the delicate eye area.

Beauty of Joseon Moisturizer: The So-so

While the Beauty of Joseon brand has impressed with their cleansing balm and eye serum, their moisturizer falls into the “so-so” category. Although it promises hydration and nourishment, it doesn’t quite live up to expectations. The texture of the moisturizer is pleasant enough, and it does provide some moisture to the skin. However, it lacks the wow factor that other products from the brand possess. Furthermore, the moisturizer may not be suitable for those with particularly dry or sensitive skin, as it may not provide the intense hydration that they require. Overall, it is an average moisturizer that doesn’t quite stand out among its competitors.

Beauty of Joseon Sheet Mask: The Bad

While Beauty of Joseon produces some exceptional products, their sheet mask unfortunately falls into the “bad” category. The sheet mask itself is thin and poorly constructed, making it challenging to apply and adhere to the face properly. Additionally, the serum in the mask feels quite sticky and doesn’t absorb well into the skin. It also lacks the hydrating and nourishing properties that are expected from a high-quality sheet mask. Despite the attractive packaging and the brand’s reputation, this particular product is a disappointment and not worth the investment.

The Great: Retinol Cream

The retinol cream from Beauty of Joseon is a great product for anti-aging. It contains a potent form of retinol that is 10 times more effective than regular retinol. This means that it can effectively reduce the signs of aging on your skin. The cream has a silky texture that feels light on the skin. It doesn’t get into your eyes and is just the right consistency. It feels smooth and nourishing, but it’s important to note that it may irritate sensitive skin due to the 2% retinol liposome. If you have sensitive skin, it’s recommended to introduce this cream slowly to your skincare routine.

The Great: Glow Serum

Beauty of Joseon offers a mini Discovery kit that includes their four serums. One of the top serums in this kit is the glow serum, which is loved by many skincare enthusiasts, including popular influencers like Kyrco. This serum contains 60% propolis and 2% niacinamide, making it great for various skin types such as acne-prone, dry, dull, and aging skin. It’s a multi-functional serum that offers multiple benefits for your skin. If you’re looking for a thick serum that works well for dry skin, this is the one for you.

The So-so: Calming Serum

The calming serum from Beauty of Joseon is not talked about as much as some of their other serums, but it deserves more attention. This serum is perfect for those times when your skin feels tired and sensitive. True to its name, it has a calming effect on the skin, soothing and reducing any redness or irritation. It’s a great addition to your skincare routine, especially if you struggle with sensitive skin. However, it may not offer as many visible benefits as some of the other serums in their range.

The Bad: Serums Ranking

In a video, I did a top-to-bottom ranking of the Beauty of Joseon serums. While all the serums are of good quality, some didn’t quite make it to the top of the list. The ranking is subjective and based on my personal preferences. It’s important to note that what works for me may not work for everyone. It’s always best to try out different products and see what suits your own skin the best.

The Great Products

One of the great products that I have tried from Beauty of Joseon is their Revive Serum. This serum is packed with amazing ingredients like 50% green tea leaf water, 30% marwat extract, and 5% Pantheon. It provides great moisture, anti-aging benefits, brightening effects, and skin calming properties. I must say, it really helps to calm and soothe my skin.

The So-so Products

Now, moving on to the so-so products on my Beauty of Joseon list. One of them is the Jang Essence Water. This product contains Beauty of Joseon’s signature ingredient, 80% ginseng root water. It also claims to revitalize dry skin and control serum levels, making it suitable for acne-prone and dry skin types. Additionally, it contains niacinamide, which is known for its anti-aging properties, and hyaluronic acid, a hydrating ingredient. While it has many beneficial ingredients, I personally find it lacking in terms of hydration when compared to other K-Beauty skincare products.

The Bad Products

Unfortunately, I have also come across some not-so-great products from Beauty of Joseon. One of them is the Jining Serum. It is marketed as an anti-aging serum and contains 63% ginseng root water and 3% snail mucin. While these ingredients are known for their anti-aging and hydrating properties, I found this serum to be slightly underwhelming in terms of its deeply nourishing effects.

Beauty of Joseon offers some truly great products like the Revive Serum, which provides multiple benefits for the skin. However, some products like the Jang Essence Water and Jining Serum may not live up to expectations in terms of hydration and nourishment. It’s always important to explore different skincare products and find ones that work best for your skin type and concerns. #kbeauty

The Great: Beauty of Joseon 12 Product Reviews

There are a few products from Beauty of Joseon that have genuinely impressed me and earned a spot in my “great” list. These are the products that have exceeded my expectations and have truly showcased the beauty of K-beauty.

One of the standout products for me is the Relief Sunrising Probiotic Sunscreen. Despite my initial hesitation, this lightweight chemical sunscreen has proven its worth. Not only has it received accolades such as the Sty Van Media Awards 2023, but it also lives up to its hype.

What sets this sunscreen apart is its formulation. It is fragrance-free, moisturizing, and most importantly, it doesn’t leave behind any white cast. With 30% rice extract and niacinamide, it is gentle and suitable for all skin types. The dewy finish it provides adds a healthy glow to the skin, making it a perfect option for daily use.

The So-so’s: Beauty of Joseon 12 Product Reviews

Moving on to the so-so products, these are the ones that didn’t quite meet my expectations but still have some redeeming qualities. While they may not be my go-to choices, they might work well for others with different skin types or preferences.

One of the products that falls into this category is the moisturizer for dry skin. While many people rave about it, I found it to be lacking in hydration for my dry skin. It simply didn’t provide the nourishment my skin craves, and I had to supplement it with another product.

The Bads: Beauty of Joseon 12 Product Reviews

Lastly, we have the products that didn’t make the cut. These are the “bads” that simply didn’t work for me, and I wouldn’t recommend them to others. It’s important to remember that skincare is subjective, and what may not work for me might be a holy grail for someone else.

Unfortunately, there were no specific products mentioned in the provided content to be classified as “bads.” However, it’s always important to do your own research, listen to multiple reviews, and consider your own skin’s needs before purchasing any skincare product.

The Beauty of Joseon 12 Product Reviews offer a variety of options for skincare enthusiasts. While some products may be great and deserve the recognition they receive, others may fall into the so-so or bad categories depending on personal experiences and preferences. It’s all about finding what works best for your skin and embracing the journey of skincare exploration.

The Great

One of the standout products in the Beauty of Joseon lineup is the L Burst Juice Moisturizing Sun Cream. This chemical sunscreen is truly outstanding and provides exceptional sun protection. It is a lightweight formula that sinks into the skin easily and leaves no white cast. With its high SPF and broad-spectrum coverage, it ensures that your skin is shielded from harmful UV rays. It also contains hydrating ingredients to keep your skin moisturized throughout the day. Overall, the L Burst Juice Moisturizing Sun Cream is definitely a winner in the Beauty of Joseon collection.

Another great product from Beauty of Joseon is the Skin th4 Madagascar Centella Hutu Se Water Fit Sun Serum. This unique sunscreen serum combines the benefits of centella asiatica and sun protection. Centella asiatica is known for its calming properties, making it great for sensitive and irritated skin. The lightweight formula blends seamlessly into the skin without leaving a greasy or heavy feeling. It provides excellent sun protection and helps to soothe and nourish the skin. If you’re looking for a sunscreen that does more than just protect, the Skin th4 Madagascar Centella Hutu Se Water Fit Sun Serum is a fantastic choice.

The So-so’s

One product that falls into the “so-so” category for me is the Glow Deep Serum. This serum claims to be a brightening serum with rice bran water and arbutin as its main ingredients. While these ingredients are indeed great for brightening and fading hyperpigmentation, I personally find the serum to be too watery and not hydrating enough for my dry skin. It doesn’t quite feel like a serum to me, but more like a toner. I haven’t seen significant brightening results, but I admit that I may not have given it enough time to fully show its effects. While some people do love this serum, I find it lacking compared to other options available.

The Bads

Now we come to the “bad” and “disappointing” category, where I may receive some backlash. Brace yourselves. One product that has left me thoroughly unimpressed is the Clear Filter Sun Essence. In a market filled with exceptional sunscreens, this particular one falls short. It simply doesn’t stand out like the others. The formula is lackluster, and it doesn’t provide the same level of sun protection and skin benefits as other options on the market. Considering the abundance of great Korean sunscreens available, I believe there are far better choices out there than the Clear Filter Sun Essence.

The Beauty of Joseon collection offers some great products, such as the L Burst Juice Moisturizing Sun Cream and the Skin th4 Madagascar Centella Hutu Se Water Fit Sun Serum. However, there are also products that fall into the “so-so” and “bad” categories, like the Glow Deep Serum and the Clear Filter Sun Essence. It’s important to find the products that work best for your skin and meet your individual needs. With so many options in the K-beauty market, it’s always worth exploring and trying out different products to find your holy grails.

The Disappointing Sunstick

Okay, the product that disappointed me is this one: the Beauty of Joseon Matte Sunstick, with mwood and chamia. This product is developed with Raymond, an influencer and cosmetic chemist, and I’m really sorry to Raymond and Beauty of Joseon, but I really don’t understand this product. I mean, sun sticks are meant to be best for reapplication, and this is what Beauty of Joseon claims. They developed the sun stick with a matte formula that doesn’t get clumpy or feel sticky or greasy, even when reapplied several times over makeup.

But I have to disagree. Okay, this is definitely not greasy because it’s so dry and so matte, and this makes it impossible to apply on top of makeup because it simply doesn’t glide. It is so dry that it smudges everything. If you check out how this glides on my arm, you can see how stiff it is and how it leaves all these little bits. You can only imagine what this will be like on my face with makeup. It feels as though this was created to dehydrate my skin.

There are so many better sun sticks out there, like the ones from GLE a bip and round LA. They actually work and don’t leave a mess. However, I must mention that this sunstick does contain silica powder, which is good for controlling sebum. So maybe it would work better for those with oily and combo skin types. Next time in my beauty product review video, I’ll go through their products with a guest who has an oily and combo skin type, and we might end up with a different point of view. So make sure you subscribe and hit that alarm button to not miss out.

Beauty of Joseon Jinang Moist Sun Serum Review

The Great

The Beauty of Joseon Jinang Moist Sun Serum initially caught my attention due to its promising claims. As a sun serum, it offers a unique approach to sun protection. The inclusion of the word “moist” in its name gave me hope that it would be suitable for dry skin types as well. Additionally, the product boasts the use of 2 types of nomid and essential oils, along with 30% jining extract, which is appealing for those seeking hydration. The lightweight gel texture and lack of white cast are other great features that would be appreciated by many.

The So-so’s

Unfortunately, despite the promising claims, my experience with the Beauty of Joseon Jinang Moist Sun Serum was less than satisfactory. While it did provide a dewy and shiny finish on the outside, on the inside, it left my skin feeling dry and tight. Even worse, it caused a stinging sensation and an unpleasant odor that made me want to immediately wash my face. I tried using it multiple times to verify if it was just my skin’s specific reaction, but each time, it resulted in the same discomfort. The serum also had a somewhat greasy yet dry feel, which perplexed me.

The Bads

In comparison to Beauty of Joseon’s older products, such as their dynastic cream and serums, the newly released Jinang Moist Sun Serum falls short. The discomfort it caused and its inability to deliver on its promises make it difficult to recommend. It seems that the brand may have missed the mark with this particular product, leaving me perplexed as to why it did not meet expectations.

With a track record of impressive products from Beauty of Joseon, it’s disheartening to come across a disappointment like the Jinang Moist Sun Serum. Hopefully, the brand will take these reviews into consideration and continue to innovate with their future releases. In the meantime, I will stick to their older products that have proven to be more reliable and effective.

The Great

The Beauty of Joseon brand has gained quite a reputation in the realm of K-beauty products, and it’s not hard to understand why. Their product line offers a range of items that promise to deliver exceptional results, and many of them definitely live up to the hype.

One of the standout offerings from Beauty of Joseon is their Glow Serum. This lightweight serum is formulated with hanbang ingredients, a traditional Korean herbal medicine, which helps to brighten and even out the skin tone. The serum absorbs quickly and leaves the skin feeling hydrated and radiant. It’s definitely a must-try for those looking to achieve a youthful glow.

Another gem in their collection is the Repair Cream. It is rich in ginseng extract, which is known for its anti-aging properties. The cream has a luxurious texture that melts into the skin, providing intense hydration and nourishment. Users have reported plumper and firmer skin after regular use, making it a beloved product among Beauty of Joseon enthusiasts.

The So-so’s

While Beauty of Joseon offers some incredible products, not every item in their lineup measures up to the high standards set by their bestsellers. One such product is their Bubble Toner. This toner claims to gently exfoliate the skin while balancing its pH level. However, some users have found the exfoliating beads to be too abrasive, causing irritation and redness. It may work well for those with resilient skin, but approach it with caution if you have sensitive skin.

Another product that has received mixed reviews is their Calming Serum. This serum aims to soothe and calm irritated skin, but some users have reported minimal effects. While it may work for mild redness or irritation, those with more severe skin issues may not find it to be transformative. As with any skincare product, individual results may vary.

The Bads

Beauty of Joseon, like any other brand, also has its fair share of products that missed the mark. One such disappointment is their Revitalize Sleeping Mask. This mask claims to revitalize the skin overnight, but many users have found it to be underwhelming. Some have reported no noticeable difference in their skin’s appearance or texture after using it consistently. It may be worth exploring other sleeping masks or treatments if you’re seeking more potent results.

Another product that hasn’t quite lived up to expectations is their Radiance Cleansing Balm. This balm claims to melt away makeup and impurities, but some users have found it to be ineffective in completely removing stubborn waterproof makeup. Additionally, the balm has a medicinal scent that may not be appealing to everyone.

In summary, Beauty of Joseon offers a range of products that deliver exceptional results, but not every item hits the mark. It’s essential to understand your skin’s needs and preferences before investing in their products to ensure the best possible experience. Always remember that skincare is highly individual, and what may work for others may not necessarily work for you. Happy exploring and discovering your personal holy grail from the Beauty of Joseon lineup!

Beauty of Joseon’s Lightweight Cleansing Oil is a fantastic product that offers many benefits. Its lightweight formula and pleasant ginseng scent make it a joy to use. However, it may not be the best option for those who need to remove stubborn, waterproof makeup. It’s always important to consider personal preferences and experiences when choosing skincare products. Overall, Beauty of Joseon has created a great cleansing oil that is worthy of consideration in your K-beauty routine.

Overall, Beauty of Joseon offers a range of products that provide impressive results, such as their Cleansing Balm and Revive Eye Serum. However, they do have some products that fall short of expectations, like their Moisturizer and Sheet Mask. When exploring the brand’s offerings, it’s essential to consider individual skin needs

Beauty of Joseon offers a range of products that cater to different skincare needs. Their retinol cream is highly effective for anti-aging, while their glow serum and calming serum provide various benefits for different skin types. It’s important to consider your own skin type and preferences when choosing skincare products. Experimenting with different products can help you find the ones that work best for you. #kbeauty
