I personally picked up Yum Rum 05 and Rich Hunnie 06, as these shades are more suited to my skin tone. Yum Rum is a beautiful golden bronze shade, perfect for adding warmth to the skin. Rich Hunnie, on the other hand, is a stunning champagne gold shade that gives a brightening effect to the complexion. The shade range is impressive and inclusive, ensuring that there is a highlighter for everyone.
Formula
According to Fenty Beauty, the Demi’Glow highlighters have a lightweight, long-wearing formula that delivers a natural-looking radiant finish. The formula is infused with super fine pearls that are designed to flatter every skin tone. Upon swatching the highlighters, I noticed that they had a silky soft feel and glided smoothly onto the skin. The fine pearls gave a subtle glow that looked flattering and not overpowering. The highlighters did not emphasize texture or fine lines, making them suitable for all skin types.
Performance
I applied the Demi’Glow highlighter in Yum Rum on the high points of my face, including my cheekbones, brow bone, and cupid’s bow. The highlighter blended seamlessly into the skin and gave a beautiful, natural-looking glow. It lasted throughout the day without fading or becoming patchy. Rich Hunnie, on the other hand, gave a more intense highlight that was perfect for a night out or special occasion. Both shades complemented my skin tone beautifully and gave me that lit-from-within glow that I love.
Yum Rum Swatch and Application
So this is the shade. Yum Rum, which is a soft rose gold Shimmer, oh no, my other one is broken, so this one is Rich Hunnie, it says, is a soft golden honey Shimmer and, as you can see, it is broken. Unfortunately, as soon as I opened it, I had a whole chunk fall out so thats just something to note immediately. This formula is a lot more crumbly, a lot more prone to Breaking anywho lets get into these two shades, well, Swatch them and then apply them on the skin. First Im going to go into Yum Rum Im scared to touch it now. To be quite honest with you very soft, very satiny for sure, so this is Yum Rum on my finger now lets go into the color Rich Hunnie.
Rich Hunnie Swatch and Application
Much darker, as you can tell so without further Ado lets, get right into it. I have two different shades, so I am going to be going in with one shade on each side of my face. So I would like to preface this by saying I do not have any highlighter on at all. I have blush on. I have Contour on Im, not exactly sure when my face looks like this. I just have a Natural Glow to me. Okay, going in with the shade yum Rum, its going to take a little bit picked up very easily on my brush. Um yall see what Im seeing right going in with Rich Hunnie on this side, and let me just it picks up very easily.
First Impressions
I will say that so I did not even need to dip in twice, which is what I did just like out of habit. I should have dipped in once: lets go in with Rich Hunnie, definitely seeing the difference there. I hope its picking up on camera as well. Do yall see that.
Application Process
Let me know what you think about each shade in the comment section below and lets get right into. My thoughts okay, so when they said low key glow, where did low key at because its looking very high key to me now granted I did dip in those palettes like multiple times. I think I did like two or three times, and I only needed just like a little bit so now.
Product Performance
I know for future reference. You do not need to like really go in heavy handed with this product. I could have did a little boop a little tap. It would been really good upon applying these Shades.
Shade Comparison
I have determined that Rich Hunnie is actually like my skin tone shade and the reason I say this is because when I was applying yum rum, I could immediately see that highlighter its like jumping off my face almost, whereas when I went in with Rich Hunnie, this Is a lot closer to my skin tone, its a lot closer to giving me like that glow from within, even though its still pretty pretty um conspicuous its just a better match for my skin tone.

So if we are Foundation, twins, rich Hunnie is definitely the girl for you. I feel like I need to go in with my foundation brush that has some powder foundation on it, and I need to marry this with the rest of my face.
Product Quality
If you are looking at this product, I think its a beautiful highlighter. It has that silky satiny Pearly formula that they’re talking about everything they said about the product.
Longevity
I think it does for sure. My makeup is not Disturbed that all mind you I’ve had this face on basically all day now.
Value for Money
With that being said, do I think these highlighters are worth $40? Um, friend I don’t think so. If I had to compare it to another highlighter, I would compare it to the Maybelline. Y’all know the Maybelline highlighter that I’m talking about, I feel like Nikkie Tutorials made it very popular back in the days.
Alternative Options
That is kind of what this formula reminds me of not in the feel of it, but the way that it looks on my skin. I see why I see what the hype was about it’s so amazing. It gives you such a beautiful glow into to be what seven8 yeah. I just think that you don’t necessarily need to spend $40 to get this look.
